Well let me say that the hotel is clean but boring and no charm. The rooms facing the bay or rather the road are noisy. The atrium room view is like looking at a prison wall. I would stay at the Manila Hotel which has charm over this overrated boring hotel. Save your money and look elsewhere. The pictures are a poor representation of what you really get. The pool is small and the restaurant at pool level has a dress code for no sandals which is odd since it is at pool side. The food is bland and overpriced. Also found it rather appalling that they check your room before they let you check out.

the hotel is so beautiful and we loved the interior design of our room. It seemed like every corner we looked at had something new and interesting to see. We enjoyed some of the desserts offered downstairs and enjoyed walking around the hotel. unfortunately we were unable to go down to the speak easy due to a private event but was really looking forward to that.

Located on the beach front, it is indeed a fancy hotel with many exquisite facilities. The rooftop swimming pool is extraordinary. The staff are friendly and efficient in response to questions and requests. Some room for improvement is still there. We found bottled water is prepared only in some of the rooms of our group and so are the tea kettles. It is also a bit disappointing to find there is no bath tub in the marble-walled bathroom.

Pool was closed and restaurant was rather dull and without charm. They have a no sandals dress code at the restaurant where the pool is located which doesn’t make sense as you would wear sandals to the pool. Pictures for the hotel rooms were larger than reality. The service was average and given the number of other hotels in the area, i would choose another hotel over this hotel.

Excellent service from staff, pool was lovely as well! Room was quiet. Only complaints were no view from room - we had a window facing the lobby couldnt see anything unfortunately, and shower drain seemed to clog easily and almost flooded over, otherwise was a great stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Admiral. Everything was in good order, immaculately clean and well cared for. Employees were to a person friendly and helpful. Bellhops Louie and Dexter assisted us in getting taxi and Grab rides. They were courteous and quick to ask if we needed help. I will also mention Orlan the housekeeping manager, Lyreyn at the Atrio restaurant, Trixie and Marvin at breakfast, as well the security guards at the entrance of the hotel, as always cheerful and eager to help. Overall, the Admiral turned out to be a pleasant place to spend six nights. We also enjoyed the decor of the hotel, tastefully and colorfully furnished. We will definitely consider returning.

Decor is very good. Atria is exceptional and the bedrooms are very roomy and comfortable. Loved the shower. Staff are very helpful as you would expect in Manila. They go out of their way to help you.

Denmark and Albert along with other staff were amazing. One of the nights there was a party or wedding on the floor above us so it was a little loud. I called and let the front desk know and they brought dessert and a nice bottle of wine and a card apologizing for the party being to loud. It was awesome!

The stay was mostly ok. A very nice looking hotel on the inside, and although the check-in process was smooth and friendly, when my gf arrived (see was working when I checked in), they really made her feel like a street worker. The top floor restaurant, Admiral Club Manila Bay, was a very nice setting, but service was not good and they used way too much salt on all the dishes. I should point out that we ordered al la cart off the menu. We did not do the buffet. They have a really cool speak easy bar that is open until 1 a.m. but has a last call at midnight. I thought that was a bad practice.

This hotel was nice but did not work with our room cancelation after one night due to medical appointment change for a visa medical for a child . And did not give my nanny 5K ph deposit back at first night check out and everything was left in great shape still no refund. And I did book online and as far as I know the hotel will not grant a refund to my online booking but maybe later I hope I will get refund this was expensive nightly rate over $200 USD so I hope this will get resolved - But this is a nice hotel and anyone would love to stay here and view is beautiful of the bay

We stayed 2 nights with my friend and family, I like the place but the one that i don’t really like is when i left one baggage in the hotel and i am trying to communicate with then for my family to claim the items but no one bothers to responds back. I’m really disappointed with the service.

Excellent hotel and a true gem! Set on Manila Bay the staff, the roooms, the ambiance is all there! Staff even sent up an anniversary cake for my wife and I! Nothing bad at all to say about them!

The hotel in the room are exceedingly nice. However, the value for what you are getting is very poor. It is a very expensive hotel with even more expensive amenities. Forget using the pool unless you are super confident about your body and you enjoy other people who are eating their meals. Watching you. My family and I felt uncomfortable even attempting to go swimming because of this. The service at the restaurant on the top floor was some of the worst I've ever had. The food was very good but when you can't get service what good is awesome food? I will say the people at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.
