Love this place! Super clean, professional and helpful staff that are always warm and welcoming. They have great coffee and breakfast if you need the convenience. The gym is always clean and there is a play room with table tennis and foosball. The rooms are quiet and kitchenettes are stocked with the necessities. The Parking can sometimes fill up but the hotel staff will always find a solution. Erik helped me find a safe place for my car and always goes the extra mile to be helpful.

My mother uses a walker full time, needs an accessible shower, and there were a few issues. The "hearing" mobility room only had a tub shower combo and only one rail to hold on to. When I asked for an anti-slip mat for the shower, the front desk clerk said they don't have any. My mother had a problem getting into the bed as well, it was not low enough to sit right down on. I have stayed in other Homewood suites, and never had this type of issue with accessibility. They would not change our room, as they were sold out and we arrived after 8pm. But we stayed at a Homewood Suites the following night in Denver, and they had the anti-slip mats for the bathroom. Breakfast was just ok. The breakfast meat options were pulled pork and ham. Kind of unusual. The hot tub wasn't hot. The hotel itself is very new feeling and clean. And the pullout sofa bed was actually comfortable.

Landscaping was horrible. Parking was a joke. staff wasn’t welcoming or helpful. Rooms were clean but the elevators were disgusting. I didn’t realize it was pet friendly hotel that’s my fault. but the amount of pets was absurd stayed for 6 days and wouldn’t recommend more then 2

This place was horrible. Dirty, holes in the carpet, stained carpets, stained bedding. I took pictures so I can post on Google. Do not stay here. I will be calling Expedia to get some sort of a refund. Free breakfast was horrible they were out of everything. And the kitchen staff was grabbing omelets with their bare hands in the back and the guy even coughed and grabbed another one after coughing in his hand. We were so grossed out. We spoke with a manager and even the manager didn’t seem surprised. Do not go here.

The hotel and room were clean. It was quiet, which is really nice. At breakfast, they ran out of the hot choices one morning, but overall there were a lot of choices. The mattress was really firm- too firm for my tastes.

I would have given it 5 stars had they done something about the blood found on my daughter’s pillow. The place was very nice but when you find something like that all over a pillow and pillow case generally someone in management would apologize and offer a different room or a discount, not a different pillow. It was gross and made us all not want to sleep in the beds. It was like someone had a bloody nose and just didn’t clean it up. The room looked clean but that made us question if it really was. As a nurse, I just feel something more should have been said or done. I was even very kind and waiting till there were no guests up at the desk and was quite about it. I just expected more for something so gross as a bodily fluid all over the pillow.

Beautiful, modern, and clean room. excellent breakfast and kid friendly. Easy access from parking to the rooms. Had a lovely fire-pit outside to roast marshmallows. Indoor pool and spa were clean and well taken care of. Staff is constantly cleaning and friendly. Well equipped kitchens in the suites. Kids and I adores the 24hr self service hot chocolate and coffee station. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

This is an excellent place to stay while in Steamboat Springs. We had the double bed suite and it comes with sofa area and small kitchen. Nice large bathroom area. Even had a ceiling fan! Far exceeded our expectations! We could only stay one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here on future visits. Excellent amenities, quiet area and our view was beautiful.

It was super noisy! We could here everything next to us, above us, and below us. At midnight it sounded like the room next to us was doing their dishes in our kitchen and we could here their TV like it was on in our room. Room was clean, staff was friendly, but our sleep was awful due to noise.

We like this hotel because the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the price is a little high, but that's true everywhere in Steamboat Springs. The wifi was just OK. It sometimes slowed down and we had to reset a device, and my wife's phone never did work well with their wifi. We used the free option, but they also charge for a higher speed if needed.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. However, there was no outlet for a nightlight in the toilet area, which is very important. And since my husband and I awaken at different times in the morning, it was very inconvenient that the dressing area (where the sink was) had no door! And the TV is mounted at a 90 degree angle from both the bed and the sofa which is awkward.

1 night shouldn’t require a do not disturb sign, and 2 knocks waking us up before ready to do so. 8 am on the first one. There should be a clear list for the cleaning crew to know rooms are definitely unoccupied. I can see 11ish, close to check out coming and knocking, but to wake us up after needing the extra rest was big point off for me. Luckily I still gave you guys a solid star rating, the cleaning crew could certainly have that list and just trying to be proactive. I get it, get the work done quickly and your day gets done faster, but 8am is just too early to come knocking on doors, sorry I had to put this in writing. Place was extremely pleasant otherwise.

Here for a wedding. Stayed Weds - Sun. The check in was easy and was able to accommodate an early check in & extended check out, an hour on each side. Everyone at the front desk was delightful and lovely to work with. The room was extremely spacious and well appointed. A thought recommendation for future improvements; hand soap in matching pump dispenser at the bathroom sink. (The line of products provided are fabulous!) and a streaming tv.

There’s a staff member there named Kate that was beyond rude since the check in or out stay. She talked to my male friend with some respect but when it came to me, an Asian female, she was beyond rude and condescending. As a fellow service industry person, I would be ashamed to even have her on staff with the way she treated me on every encounter we had. There was a dog barking on our side of the floor, which didn’t bother me cause I have a dog of my own, but to be accused if my dog barking when it was clear it was the other room and then to have her threaten me to kick us out and call animal control was unbelievable. I don’t know if she was racist or what but the experience was garbage because of her. We avoided going through the lobby so we didn’t have to interact with her anymore than we had too. She also claimed she called me before check in multiple times and I told her I didn’t get a phone call and if I could see what number was she calling and she told me it doesn’t matter what number she called since I didn’t answer. Not recommending this hotel to other people, I feel bad for anyone that ever has to experience her.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The hotel felt a little overpriced. Do not get tempted by the included breakfast, it’s not something to look forward to. It is pre-packaged and warmed up. Also, H2B kitchen personnel gives you some attitude when asked to refill empty pans and supply clean plates. Though the hotel interior looks decent, the walls are thin: we were awakened by our neighbors 3 nights in a row by them either coming in after midnight or heading out at 5 am. It’s a nicer chain hotel but we won’t be staying there again because of the poor noise insulation between rooms.

Beautiful hotel right on the outskirts of Steamboat. Check in was easy, Eric got us checked in very quickly. Our room was a suite with a king bed, tons of space and full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Only complaint was the fan in the bedroom would not turn on. Everything else was great and clean. Bed was comfy. Huge breakfast spread which was awesome. We checked out on the morning of a massive snow storm and Kate at the front desk was AMAZING. She helped us tremendously with some questions about the drive and some advice for the direction we were going. Truly appreciated her help and how sweet she was.

Great property with large breakfast variety. If i had to complain about something, it would be the pillows are too soft for my personal liking but everything else was great. Free bus pick up is right outside the front door!! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We stayed here for a couples trip over the weekend. It is a nice and clean hotel located right at the entrance of Steamboat. It was not as close to downtown Steamboat as we originally thought so you tend to have drive to get to restaurants and shopping; however, it is very quiet and there doesn't seem to be a bad view anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was a typical hotel buffet.

Our overall stay was very good. The room was large with space for everyone. The hotel has been mostly updated. The kitchenette was nice and we were able to prepare simple meals. The only complaint we had was the gentlemen that were in charge of breakfast. Our stay was three days and each morning we would have to ask for items such as bowls or butter. Every morning one of the hot items was always empty. When we would ask questions the crew was very annoyed and sometimes ignored our questions.

Location, hotel, and room was great! Very clean and modern. Close to everything, but away enough for a peaceful, relaxing experience. I will say the free breakfast service was embarrassing. Many customers did more waiting than eating. Took about 30 minutes for scrambled eggs to be refilled, waffle mix took about 20 minutes, and the list goes on. Too many items out of stock. There were workers that kept walking around the buffet area, but not refilling the food. I couldn't tell what they were there for. Also, we kept asking them how much longer of a wait and none of them spoke English to communicate to us. They may need to hire more cooks/chefs to keep up with the demands. We ended up deciding to eat elsewhere.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was. The hotel had great amenities and was clean and the efficiency kitchen well appointed. The breakfast says it's available until 10:00; however they stop replenishing early, so make sure you're there by 9:00. Kind of a bummer for sleepy, hungry teenagers.
