Property was nice and safe. Warm and relaxing pool area with grills that were clean and plenty of outdoor seating. Gym and restaurant on site. Eureka has great food! Late night front guest desk is great, cannot say the same for during the day. Stayed for business. Carpets in rooms need a deep clean but otherwise room was very clean and had all the necessities. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day but they came everyday and replaced towels and tidyed up. I would stay here again.

Close location to the Renaissance where we were attending at conference. Just a quick walk across the street. Staff was friendly and gym and laundry made it a convenient and comfortable stay.

Everything was great the only thing I have to say I didn’t like. Beds where not comfortable, only one roll of paper, only 2 big towels, and pool was dirty and no towels to dry yourself.

This property is a great location and amenities. Pool and hot tub were awesome. We walked to an event at the State Farm stadium. Loved being able to walk to Westgate entertainment district and shopping!

The amenities they offer where great. The breakfast bar how several different options. The gym was small but had enough equipment to get a good workout in. The rooms offered alot of space. If you have more then two people everyone still has space to move around.

Check in and staff were accommodating and helpful. The location was convenient. The property it self and room could be better. The room had a musty smell. The ac unit had a fan running the whole time even if it was turned off that made a weird noise the whole time. The drain in the shower was clogged. The beds were not comfortable. The room just felt dirty and the bedding had a smell that didn’t seem to be freshly washed. The food at breakfast was never replenished both days we stayed. When the food was gone they never brought more out, regardless of time.

The hotel is itself quite attractive and well-maintained. The hotel allows pets, thus the one drawback was that the carpet was filthy. Stains in every corner of the room, including the common areas. The public spaces weren't too awful. however, I asked my children to leave their shoes in the bedroom area. Despite the fact that I enjoyed the hotel, I won't go back because of the flooring.

Found the staff to be very friendly. Conveniently located to where I needed to go. However, cleanliness was less than desirable. The room we had look like someone had thrown a party, and tore the place up corner of the entrance door had a chunk that look like it had been kicked in. There were stains on the couch, which consisted of Extreme amount of dirt, and what looked like it could’ve been blood that have been tried to be removed and had turned the corner of the couch pink. The blinds were solid and looked like someone had slit them in three or four places down the center. The sink in the bathroom as well as the shower, was dirty and had excessive watermarks all over the faucet. It look like it wasn’t even cleaned from the last party that stayed there. Checking the mattress, there was things that were disgusting between the mattress and boxsprings. This also included more pink staining on the bed ruffle. It was very evident that this had not been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. Will not be staying here again.

Paid $361 for 1 night and the room was nasty. Ripped blackout blinds, chunk out of entrance door to the room, dirty film on bathroom water faucet and in shower, some type of white substance on nightstand, looked like someone had tried to clean up blood on couch, couch was filthy, box spring cover had other peoples pubic looking hair on it and all kinds of small debris. Just disgusting.

Our room: spacious and equipped with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink to wash dishes, complete dinner wares (plates, bowl, glasses, mugs, knife, forks, spoons) and coffee maker. The beds and pillows were comfy. Great location. A few steps to Tanger Outlet mall. Short walk to eateries, also a huge mall, forgot the name.

We traveled for a Cardinals preseason game, our first time to Glendale. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Made us feel right at home. The room as clean, spacious and had most comforts of home. Would have bee nice if the bed was a king. The a/c in our room was a noise maker, but we became accustomed to it and didnt see a need for change. The breakfast is decent, a selection of pastries, and cereals. Also included waffles, oatmeal, small omelets, potatoes, and a spicy chorizo. Also had fruits, juices and coffee. A free shuttle is alao provided with a sercice to nearby attractions and a schedule of times is provided. Great proximity to State Farm Stadium, a 10 minute walk to the door. The Tanger Outlet Mall is just a stones throw away. The location is superb, easy to fimd and the area is well designed with wide streets and easy access to surrounding restaurants and shops. The only downside we had was that our room was not cleaned while we were out. We had to ask for service when we left foe the game, around 3:30 PM. Upon return, our room was cleaned, but no clean towels were left. We went down to speak with the front desk and told them about it. They apologized and said theyd send up some right away. They did. All in all, this is a great place. The staff are courteous and amazing. We will definitely make this place our GO To for future trips to Glendale.

There was a lot of confusion at check-in. The employee checking us in indicated that payment had not been received and we needed to pay for the room. After showing him the expedia receipt, he still asked that we show confirmation of the charge on our credit card. After showing him that, it still required a manager to finalize our check-in. I am still not sure what the acutal issue was.

Checkin started at 3:30…we didn’t get a key to our room until 5:30. I had to do my hair and makeup in the bathroom in the lobby to ensure I was ready on time for the concert! We booked and reserved our room on 10/14/2023, they said our room was a queen bed however it was more full size than queen. I understand things happen but a 2 and a half hour delay is not appropriate. Several other people who made reservations had to wait. There was a couple that arrived after us that did not have to wait and got a room immediately at check in. Additionally the remote to our tv did not work and we didn’t want to bug staff because they were not really concerned that several customers were put off by the wait time for rooms booked months in advance. All around very disappointed in the experience and cost for this trip. I will be calling for a refund in the morning.

From start to finish, our overall experience was wonderful. The young lady at check was extremely friendly and helpful, upgraded our room to a suite at no extra charge. The room had some normal wear and tear, but it was spotless. Parking was very safe and secure, and the lobby and outdoor seating were clean. We would stay here again, literally across from State Farm Stadium.

We booked this location for its walkability to State Farm Stadium and it was a fantastic location. Room was clean and quiet and has everything you need. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Close to shopping and restaurants galore. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is ideal. Adjacent to the Tanger Outlets for shopping. Within very easy walking distance (1/4 mile?) to the Westgate Entertainment District for a multitude of dining and entertainment options. This property is fairly new and still presents as new. The staff are excellent.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you’re attending an event at State Farm stadium. It served its purpose. Only 2 main complaints- I’m not fussy with hotel breakfasts.. it’s a little buffet and it’s always fine. This one really wasn’t good at all- except the waffle station. 2nd, and this isn’t their fault, but if you want to rest and relax, know that there A LOT of pets here. The people next to us left their room at 6:30am and their large dog cried, yelped, barked and howled for HOURS. So much for the sleep-in we were really looking forward to while the grandparents took kiddo for the weekend so we could get away. It was awful. Again, not much the staff can do (I did call after about 6 hours of crying and they said they’d try to reach the owners.) overall decent stay.

I came for a concert at the Desert Diamond Arena and this hotel was the perfect spot. It was a close walking distance and the hotel was super clean. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Would definetly come again !

room 202 needs some maintenance, the toilet water tank has a leak and the lamp mounted on the wall of the bedroom flickers on and off all night. During breakfast coffee, juices and some other foods ran out and it toók too long to replace.
