Friendly helpful welcome, comfy Bed and excellent breakfast

The hotel is right on the front jusr a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable about area and where good restaurant are etc. The rooms i stay are on the front can see Pier, beach and on occasion the goats and sheep that come down from The Orme. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a decent size. The breakfast is gorgeous and they have a dining room for the dogs and family. Its a short walk to the shops, a lovely walk along prom and just a small uphill walk for the Tram to go up the Great Orme. Just over the road from the hotel you can get a bus up to Great Orme or a Sightseeing bus to Conwy.if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed and like myself will visit time again and again. Enjoy

Clean room. Attention to detail. One slight issue the shower door did not close fully. (Rm 301) Lovely breakfast and attentiv staff thank you all

Hotel great location Staff first class Communal ares great decor and furnishings Room was ok needs a little tlc Bed comfy Breakfast was excellent Outside sitting are brilliant view of beach and drinks reasonably priced Highly recommend this property Stayed before and will stay again
