Toledo Loft

I am a frequent Expedia traveler and appreciate the upgrade from an executive room to a big apartment. The apartment is excellent for a group of 3-4. It is close to the metro and nearby shops and restaurants. The experience would be perfect if an accessible laundry amenity were present in the building. Customer service is available from early morning until 4 p.m. So, hopefully, there are no urgent events when you book because no one in the building can help you. The manager is accessible via WhatsApp Messenger and she is on site during the day. One example is that our safe box stopped working or glitching and it was 3am and we have to checkout early. No one was available and luckily I was able to open it with few tricks. Breakfast is located adjacent to the location that offers pastries and coffee. If you are traveling with group of friends, I think the Toledo loft appartments can offer you a spacious space to relax and bond. Not my favorite apartment in all my travels, but it has a unique vibe. Good luck and safe travels! Book with expedia!

Very hard to access the hotel with the pedestrian streets and parking is a little far

Tutto abbastanza bene ; se manterrà prezzi competitivi possiamo anche pensare di tornarci in futuro. Un servizio di lavaggio vestiti (anche previo un onesto pagamento) potrebbe essere utile. Circa la colazione, dovrebbe sempre essere all you can eat.

I had a very good stay. The parking is off site (and of course driving in Napoli is always a challenge.) The room was super clean and spacious. The room overlooks Via Toledo so it really feels like you’re part of the action 24/7. There’s a 24 hour concierge at the building entrance which made it feel upscale and very safe.

Fine artistiske værelser. Køleskab på værelse, mulighed for at lave kaffe og te. Kupon til morgenmad om hjørnet (dog kun til 2 ting, f.eks. Katte og en bolle). Ligger ud til støjenden gågade. Taxa kan ikke køre til døren. Man kan ikke bruge elevator uden en 20 cent mønt, men da det er på første sal så er det kun kufferten som tynger. Portvagt døgnet rund, taler dog kun italensk.

Das Bett war gut, leider gingen einige Lampen nicht, die Sauberkeit der Dusche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Rezeption nicht besetzt, Aufzug war gebührenpflichtig und es war zu laut durch die zentrale Lage. TV in deutsch nicht verfügbar. Für diese Mängel ist das Loft zu teuer.

the room was nice but super noicy all day. the room was in the first floor so with the luggage you need the elevator but they charge you 20 cents every time you need to use it. the person in charge to welcome you was very rude. very bad experience

Newer loft hotel on a VERY busy street. Clean. Located in a large building. No 24 hour reception but when someone was there they were very accommodating. Plenty of places to have coffee, eat and shop. The shower was nice and hot water was plentiful. There’s an electric pot to make coffee or tea, and biscuits with jam. They give you vouchers for coffee and a few select pastries at a place not far down the street. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows (the middle one can be cracked open) with blinds to let much light in. That was a slight problem for us at night because it’s very bright on the street. They also give you a set of earplugs. Why? Because it is VERY LOUD even with the window closed. There were multitudes of people walking the street til sometimes 1:30-2 am, and it’s worse on the weekends. The garbage trucks are also loud late at night and some of the vendors are dragging their carts along the cobblestone street after a long day. It’s a VERY touristy area so be aware of that. One more negative—the blow dryer works for maybe 2 minutes and shuts off. The plastic housing gets very hot. The cord is super thin so maybe that’s why. It won’t turn on again until it’s cooled off. I left it on the receptionists desk with a note saying it was broken. She put it back in the room with a note saying it was not broken. From then on we just went out with our hair wet so not to lose any vacation time in Naples. There’s no shelves in the shower for your items.

The location is perfect, on the edge of the Spanish quarter, in the midst of shopping. Two or three blocks walk to the metro and walking distance to the port and various historic sights. Tons of restaurants all around. Felt safe, modern and clean. Valeria was a dear!

Très bien situé pour parcourir la ville, Joliment aménagé et spacieux, Personnel réactif et aimable, Mais: Situé dans un immeuble ( moche) près d'une rue très animée de jour comme de nuit Reveil tous les jours entre 2h et 3h du matin par le ramassage des poubelles sous les fenêtres Ménage pas fait a fond( couverts sales, vaisselle incomplète, chasse d'eau non tirée .. .)

Loved my stay! It is exactly where you want to be in the heart of Napoli. The rooms are very clean and spacious. I was worried about what the noise might be staying in via Toledo but the windows are double thick and we weren’t bothered at all. Will be back!

This was my 4th time staying. Great location. Clean. Staff helpful and can do everything even via Whatsapp. They speak English fluently if that is a concern. We will be back

La atención fue pésima por parte de la recepción, no tiene educación para tratar con las personas la habitación estaba sucia pelos por todas partes pomos vacíos en el refrigerador polvo por todas partes y sábanas manchadas, regañando por los25 euros de fee de turista

We had a wonderful stay at Toledo Loft. We as a family of five had plenty of space in this 2 bed, 2 bathroom loft. It has a modern aesthetic with bright colors. My children loved the place and its look. The owner was very accommodating for us. Our 6-year old fell ill and was hospitalized in Rome for a few days. We changed our plans and decided to stay in Naples for longer than we had originally planned. The Toledo owner had the availability and worked with us to allow us to stay there, which we were very grateful for. Toledo Loft is in the center of the all the tourist shopping and stores. And it's a 12 min - 15 min walk from Toledo Loft to the Naples port, where you can grab a ferry to Capri and Amalfi Coast, which was perfect! The only downside I can give you is that it is near all the shopping so you might hear a lot of engine revving on the streets. And the garbage pickup comes by every night at 2:30 AM which can be noisy. For the light sleeper, the Toledo owner offers ear plugs to lessen the sounds. I would highly recommend booking Toledo Loft. You won't be disappointed.

Die Unterkunft liegt an der Haupttouristenstraße, also recht zentral. Es ist modern (industrieller Style) eingerichtet und der Check-In ist auch einfach. Valeria ist auch ein klasse Host. Wir empfanden die Unterkunft aber als eher mittelmäßig. Aufgrund der Bilder gingen wir davon aus, dass es sich um eine gehobenere Unterkunft handelt, allerdings ist es eher dem mittleren Standard zuzuordnen. Vor allem dachten wir, dass sie größer sei, gefühlt waren es aber „nur“ 20-25qm. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem Heißgetränk und einem Stück Gebäck und ist außerhalb der Unterkunft abzuholen, was wir als wenig entspannt und auch zu wenig empfunden haben. Wenn man die Stadt nur 1-2 Tage schnell und unkompliziert erkunden möchte, ist es das richtige. Für entspannte Tage sollte man aber dann doch eher auf ein Hotel ausweichen.

I usually don’t stay in Hotels like this there was no front desk I only saw our representative when she checked us in but our room was wonderful great size wonderful AC huge shower great water pressure .the room was cleaned impeccably everyday they replenished the coffee and toiletries even though I’ve did not see our front desk person but once she was very nice and informative I though we got a great value for our money

Logement sécurisé, spacieux et très bien situé donnant sur la rue Toledo qui est malheureusement très bruyante.

J’ai été très déçue de la chambre qui n’avait aucun confort, aucun charme et des nuisances sonores très fortes. Les 2 nuits ont été un enfer avec des déclenchements de moteur avec vibrations à l’intérieur du bâtiment à 2 h, 4 h et 5:30 du matin ! Des bouchons d’oreilles étaient posés sur la table de nuit donc ces bruits sont récurrents . Là décoration et l’état de la chambre est vraiment non soignée . La fenêtre de la salle de bain condamnée et celle de la chambre grillagée comme une prison . À fuir vraiment !

Great location in middle of shopping area of Naples. Very modern & big room in an old house very nicely decorated & with all you need. Loved to get my included breakfast around the corner in a small & authentic coffee bar. Only downside to consider is the noise from the shopping street.

Localização é sensacional, na Vua Toledo em um dos pontos mais elegantes. A entrada do prédio é um residencial, e não tem uma recepção 24 no Loft, porém fomos super bem recebidos pela proprietaria que deixa as chaves de acesso. Quarto lindo, confortável e com todas as amenidades. Banheiro muito top e alguns itens de cortesia

Extremely happy with our experience at this hotel! We showed up at 3 am after a delayed flight, but security was on the premises to show us to our room (note it is 5 euros to set up late check in). In the morning we came to realize our hotel was in an amazing location right at the entrance of the Quartieri Spagnoli, which includes many shops & restaurants. And even though we were in the middle of a busy area, we couldn’t hear any of the noise from our room. Also, 12 min walk to the ferry which made visiting capri very easy & a 2 min walk from the Toledo station. Our room was also very clean and modern. I would highly recommend this hotel to any other young couples visiting Naples! 10/10

I booked for a few days, the location is perfect, basically walking distance from many landmarks, including the ferry to Capri. In summary, great place, great staff, I highly recommend.

This property is perfectly positioned in the middle of Naples. We could shop, eat, and explore without a problem. It was very easy to get back since it’s on the Toledo road. Great stay!
