The hotel is very nice. Good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet. It can be hard to find a spot in the pool area so the beach club they have partnership with the is a good option. Well recommended!

Pro's - Good location - Good price (but probably due to lack of sun after 12pm on the pool deck) - Comfortable bed - Costa coffee & supermarket within 5 mins walking distance - Small fridge in the room Con's - Sun goes off the swimming pool for the rest of the day at 12pm because there are two skyscrapers in front of the hotel and the sun goes behind them - Didn't really get a decent upgrade for being a Platinum Hotels.com member, they were reluctant to give any upgrade at all Wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of sun from 12pm, especially as I came on this trip particularly for the sunshine

Very good hotel overall, very clean, reasonable sized room, great location in Barsha Heights close to some shops etc. Breakfast was average but did the job. I really enjoyed this hotel- the room was very clean and attractive, and I was upgraded to a balcony room. Bonus points for having a tub too! There were a lot of options for breakfast. Highlight of the visit was the included access to Soluna beach and free shuttle to and from the beach. The hotel is also close to the metro for anyone who wants to access downtown Dubai and other areas without going through (road) traffic.

The hotell is in a nice location around 10 min by taxi from Dubai Marina. It is a very nice hotell and modern rooms. Clean and in that respect we where happy. There are two major downside. 1) There is a sportsclub in the first floor that plays music/sport games until 12 PM. So if you want. to go to bed before midnight I do not recommend this hotel. If you decide to live here get a room in the higher floor. 2) There are less then 20 poolbeds with hundreds of rooms. So unless you wake up really early you will not be able to use the pool. They have a collaboration with a Wyndham hotel on Palm Jumeirah. For 100 Diram you will be able to use a beach club that was very nice but overcrowded (50 of the Diram you can spend there). The free bus to the beach club was full so we had to pay for taxi. But it was a nice experience. The beach club is 20 min walk from Atlantis.

The TRYP is a recommended busy hotel with many shopping and dining options close. The metro is a short 10 minute walk. The rooms are well equipped, however, avoid the rooms near the hotels Local restaurant as you will not get any sleep until midnight from the music and chatting of the guests. We were given a room on the upper floors once a room request was made due to this noise. Food options are plenty during breakfast. Staff at the hotel are great, polite and professional. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the nearby malls and beach area. I recommend the hotel.

A nice hotel that is looking a little tired. I feel that is hotel is just about a 4* but could be better with an update. 5 minute walk to the train station which is handy for getting around and not having to use taxis all the time. Breakfast is very good. Excellent range and quality. Pool area is nice but only around 30 sunbeds. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Next time I would probably stay closer to the beach or the marina which has more going on.

Otelden gayet memnun kaldik. Son gun ucagimizin cok erken olmasi sebebi ile kahvalti yapamayacgimizi belirtip lunch box istedik. Check out sirasinda hazirdi ve bize teslim edildi. Ilgi ve alakalrindan dolayi tesekkur ederim. Tek bir konu var ayrica belirtmek istiyorum. Otelin tanitim resimlerinde gösterilen havuz görseli otele ait degil. Bizim rezervasyonumuzda dahil olmayan sahilde ki beache ait. Otelin kendi acik havuzunu görunce biraz hayal kirikligi oldu cunku cok kucuktu. Resimlere bakarken aldanmamak lazim. Bu konu otel tarafindan resimlerin altina gerekli aciklamalar yazilarak duzeltilmesi lazim yoksa daha cok musteri hayal kirikligina ugrayabilir.

Overall a decent option. Property is in a nice location, close to the metro. The rooms are nice. We had free Beach Club access with our booking, which also included a shuttle service which was very convenient. The Beach club is great. However, there were some issues with the room, staff did not deal with properly. Firstly, the TV and aircon would just randomly turn on at night, despite repeated off-switching which disturbed our sleep. Supposedly some technicians were sent, but they did not fix the issue, so we had to fix it ourselves. We did not get hot water at times, (only worked right on the last day) and the water pressure was weak (due to a broken showerhead). Moreover, the tissue box in the room was contaminated with an orange substance (?) which also looked moldy. We only uncovered this on our last day. When we raised the issue we were offered an upgrade, which was unhelpful as we were flying out the same day, and subsequently ignored. We were also asked if there was a special occasion for our trip prior to our arrival. Since it was a honeymoon, we communicated as such. This was subsequently ignored, which would have been fine if we hadn‘t been specifically asked for the occasion which made the whole interaction somewhat bizarre. Lastly reception staff was very blunt (with a few exceptions).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Rooms are not that spacious. But they serve the purpose. Washrooms I found to be very tiny. Could be because coming from North America we have bigger washrooms here. Hotel is dated and it shows that it needs some modifications. But otherwise everything was neat and clean. We have half board option (breakfast and dinner included) which we really liked. Overall a good stay

I wasn’t impressed with this property and felt it was more of a three star hotel. Had a better experience at neighbouring 4 star hotels. We decided to check out one night early as a result. The rooms are small, their respective amenities aren’t that good, plus I didn’t like the garbage smell in the underground parkade.

Overall a decent option. Property is in a nice location, close to the metro. The rooms are nice. We had free Beach Club access with our booking, which also included a shuttle service which was very convenient. The Beach club is great. However, there were some issues with the room, staff did not deal with properly. Firstly, the TV and aircon would just randomly turn on at night, despite repeated off-switching which disturbed our sleep. Supposedly some technicians were sent, but they did not fix the issue, so we had to fix it ourselves. We did not get hot water at times, (only worked right on the last day) and the water pressure was weak (due to a broken showerhead). Moreover, the tissue box in the room was contaminated with an orange substance (?) which also looked moldy. We only uncovered this on our last day. When we raised the issue we were offered an upgrade, which was unhelpful as we were flying out the same day, and subsequently ignored. We were also asked if there was a special occasion for our trip prior to our arrival. Since it was a honeymoon, we communicated as such. I love going there as its convinient and close to lots of places. Staff is friendly especially the guys at the concierge, Naeem and Sayed and Mohamed. I stayed 4 times this year, the only issue i had which i raised multiple times is the hot water in the bathrooms take a long time to heat and it seems to be across different rooms. Mina and Puja at the front desk and great help as well. Other than that i love going back there.

When I arrived there .. my upgrade room was not available. Then we we place in a room that the phone was not working and they took 2 days to fix it. We were very disappointed and never got a chance to order in room service. It was my 50 birthday and I was not happy with the service. We ask for our room to be clean by 10 am but the servers came @ 3pm. So our room was only clean once in the 6 days we were there. I had to ask for towels when the house keepers were passing by. The body wash and shampoo and conditioner was very limited in the bottle.. And so much more to I can write about.. but overall this stay was even a 2 star for me. I went downstairs and ask for some ice and was refused 😭

Perhaps Expedia is not communicating properly or the staff at reception doesn't read instructions, but none of the VIP perks were on offer. In fact when the confirmation was received, few minutes later I was invited to bid for a room upgrade, which was promised at a time of booking. It wasn't a big issue, because I wasn't there for the hotel perks, but it was a bit annoying. Another thing - guests should receive discounts if they dine in the restaurants. But that is not mebtioned. I was charged full amount, untill the very last night when I was asked if I am staying in the hotel and discount was applied to the bill. Overall staff is polite and friendly and hotel is clean. Breakfast is good.

The TRYP is a recommended busy hotel with many shopping and dining options close. The metro is a short 10 minute walk. The rooms are well equipped, however, avoid the rooms near the hotels Local restaurant as you will not get any sleep until midnight from the music and chatting of the guests. We were given a room on the upper floors once a room request was made due to this noise. Food options are plenty during breakfast. Staff at the hotel are great, polite and professional. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to the nearby malls and beach area. I recommend the hotel.

It’s not far from metro station , internet city metro station, but it’s a bit far from inter change station between red and green and also far from visiting places such as Dubai frame , museum of the future, gold souq, Dubai mall, airport…etc.

Very good hotel overall, very clean, reasonable sized room, great location in Barsha Heights close to some shops etc. Breakfast was average but did the job. The swimming pool was small and not a lot of loungers which was a bit disappointing. Gym was fine, could have been a bit bigger but never had a problem getting on machines. Quite a busy hotel, lots of guests in and out but was fine.

A nice hotel that is looking a little tired. I feel that is hotel is just about a 4* but could be better with an update. 5 minute walk to the train station which is handy for getting around and not having to use taxis all the time. Breakfast is very good. Excellent range and quality. Pool area is nice but only around 30 sunbeds. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Next time I would probably stay closer to the beach or the marina which has more going on.

It was good stay. The receptionist Hassan was very nice. He check us in even we were early. Clean room. But when we came back from our trip. The shower was not working so I ask to move to other room. And they gave us right away. The breakfast was good. But every day was same food. Still good for the price. The staff was very nice most of the time they gave us good cappuccino. I have to give a very good complement to the guys who help us with the luggage. And specially Aqeel who made our stay very comfortable. He was always arranging our schedules for soluna palm beach. The shuttle was none stop taking us to a lot of places and that save us money for a taxi. I will recommend this Tryp hotel. We will get this hotel again for our next vacation .

The quality is very good for the price. The breakfast was surprisingly very good with a lot of tasty choices including Lebanese and European flavors. The room was good. The bathtub is so old school and should be replaced with shower. Once again, for a low fare, that is fine. The communicating door was a nightmare since it lets 100% of the noise go thriugh. But the reception was very kind and understanding and switched me to another room

Most notable person that made my trip was the filipina women who worked as a hostess to the breakfast early morning. She made my day everyday. The breakfast is my biggest complaint as you pay a good price for a distasteful breakfast.
