A truly outstanding luxury oasis in the desert. From the moment we arrived (and were greeted with delicious dates and coffee) to departure time, the resort’s outstanding staff made sure that our every need was met and beyond. The property is stunning. We travelled with our two young children, who were treated like rock stars by each and every member of the staff. We dined at Ninive and it was amazing, as were the poolside food and bev. The entire family delighted in the camel ride and falcon show and our own regret was not visiting this property sooner. We will be back.

This property is a must when you visit Dubai. This was our second time here and we absolutely loved it. My only complaint would be that the first time we visited the pool was open until midnight which was unbelievable. However, the hotel is now under new ownership and the pool closes at 8:00pm during the week and I believe 10pm during the weekend. I highly recommended that the hotel revisit keeping the pool open late at least during the summer months in Dubai

Auf jeden Fall ein spezielles Erlebnis in diesem Hotel in der Wüste. Viele schöne Ecken um tolle Fotos zu schiessen. Eine schöne Rooftop Bar um den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen oder Abends eine Shischa zu rauchen. Grosser Pool mit super Service von der Poolbar.

Our stay at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort was amazing and the property and rooms are great. Rooftop terrace was amazing with great food and selection of drinks. My only one complaint is that there are three pools at the resort and children use all three. It would be great if one could be adult only.

While I did enjoy my stay I was very disappointed that the al hadera diner buffet and show was closed. Unfortunately due to school for our kids we are only able to travel in summer and we were surprised to find out on arrival that it was closed. Additionally the new pool policies are not family friendly the pool to the left was changed to adults only and closes later than the pool on the right which closed at 7 I would suggest as a guest who has been there 4 years in a row is to perhaps have the pool remain open later for all guest especially in the desert where day swimming may be limited in summer and there are also limited activities. Keeping the pool open til 10pm. This is my humble opinion as your guest and someone who has reffered hundreds of people to your hotel.

Fantastic service and very well designed resort. The pools were great and the service around this area was first class with towels, water and snacks delivered the minute you sat down on a pool lounge, plus great bar service whenever needed. The rooms were very comfortable and the overall design of the resort was great - we took many photos!!!

砂漠の中で宿泊するという経験はなかなかできないので、非常に楽しみにしてました。他にも砂漠エリアで宿泊できる施設はありますが、クオリティと価格のバランスが1番とれているホテルだと思います。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、砂漠が一望できるプールは一見の価値ありです。ホテル自体は古い作りのようですが、最近客室の中が改装されたようで快適に過ごせます。また、スタッフの方が熱心に清掃されていたので、全体的な清潔さが保たれているなと感じました。

It was a very unique experience. My only issue was the cost of the food, water and coffee. A lovely, peaceful hotel if you’re looking to get away from the city. The Adult Pool was a key feature and Jimmy at the pool bar was excellent as were the breakfast staff. The Garden Terrace room was not as luxurious as I had expected sadly although the time of year did affect this also (early sunsets, mosquitos). Overall a nice, boutique hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel shares a similar aesthetic and atmosphere with Al Wathba in Abu Dhabi, but with a cozier feel and modern touches that we really enjoyed. The service was impeccable. While the food didn't quite reach the heights of some luxury hotels we've experienced, it wasn't a major drawback, and the overall experience was fantastic.

値段とファシリティ、サービスのバランスが良く取れたとても良いホテルでした。ただ、イード中だったからかも知れませんが、14:30に着いてチェックインして部屋に案内されたのが15:40頃でかなり待ちました。同時に着いた小さな子供連れの方々も同じ位待たされていました。個別の部屋までの案内などは不要なので、時間通りにチェックインできるように工夫して欲しいです。

My husband and I visited Bab Al Shams for the first time, and we had the best vacation we could have wished for. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and we enjoyed delicious food throughout our stay. We have never experienced such a calm and peaceful atmosphere anywhere else. Great getaway resort in the desert. Awesome vibes overall and very friendly staffs. It was my first time in dubai and it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the 4x4 jeep car safari tour. Special thanks to my guide ISMAIL who was professional and helped me had so much fun in the desert.

Fabulous resort to really disconnect! Even their shower gels and creams are original and smell amazing - the amazing concierge helped me secure some even when it was out of stock in the store! Excellent service and amenities all around, with also delicious restaurants.
