駅の目の前で迷うことなく到着できました。早朝に到着したので荷物を預かって頂きましたが、全てスムーズで丁寧に対応して頂きました。部屋の設備については、ハンドソープが空で、補充もされなかったのが残念でした。部屋にケトルや冷蔵庫はありませんでしたが、駅の商業施設の中に早朝から営業しているスーパーやカフェ、飲食店があるのでそれほど不便さは感じませんでした。今回は朝食なしプランでしたが、次回は朝食付きで宿泊してみたいです。

I loved the fact that there were many plugs, including USB ports on both sides of the bed. This is hugely important to me. I would have liked a restaurant in the hotel, but the Novotel next door had one and it was only a few steps away. Don't even need your coat. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put hooks by the entrance of the room for hanging up jackets.

Can see the central station from room, very close to station but not noisy. I didn't see restaurants nearby but you can find food & go shopping easily in the train station & shopping mall next to station. Famous Graben street is light-on throughout the night till early morning. There's no gym in hotel, but I went for running in the morning to old town area & Graben street, less than 6km (2 ways). Enough for exercise & enjoy the old town without any tourists. Staff are friendly, room is big & comfortable, delicious breakfast that can power you full day.

Location next to Hpf rail station was invaluable. Like most hotels who have gone "green", cleaning the room each day isn't what it used to be. While it was fine that towels were just refolded and bed straightened, quick wipe of bathroom vanity, but carpet was not vacuumed and the carpet was quite dirty with many stains. Carpet in dire need to a proper cleaning. On the positive side, the front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel does have a buffet breakfast at an extra cost but I did not purchase. Bed, with a memory foam layer, was the most comfortable bed on my trip. Also while two twin beds were pushed together for the "double", Ibis was the only hotel to provide a full size duvet (others made each bed as a twin and offered a twin size duvet for each bed). Other then the dirty carpets, I would rate the Ibis as great for the price.

It was close to the central main train station. So convenient to get a train to the airport, close by cities and towns. As well, the subway and tram lines were close by to get to the city centre. Room was big, comfortable. Wish there was a mini fridge or safe.

The hotel is good for location next to the train station. very clean and staff very friendly. The issue here is that of Air Con. It simply doesnt exist in the winter months which is UNACCEPTABLE. This was a relatively hot couple of days (20 degrees C) the sir conditioning when switched onto to MAX cool will still pump out warm air. I asked for a room change which was graciously done then told that the entire hotel A/C system remain on hot air ONLY unyil someone deems to switch on the A/C for the whole building. Not really acceptable in this day and age. Even with the windows open it was uncomfortably hot for me.

Leider kann ich das Hotel gar nicht bewerten, da ich um 23 Uhr bei meinem Check-in plötzlich wegen Überbuchung in ein anderes Hotel geschickt wurde, (in den 21. 301호 객실 배정받아 방에 가보니 욕실은 노인분들 투숙하는 방인지 벽 손잡이 및 샤워 커튼으로 이루어져 있었습니다. 잠시 마트 방문 외출하여 돌아오니 방에서 담배냄새가 나고 특히 욕실을 열었더니 아래 층인지는 모르지만 담배냄새가 가득하였습니다. 즉시 카운터에 가서 담배 냄새 확인 요청 및 방 교체를 요구하였습니다. 이에 직원은 확인 해 보겠다고 하여 라운지에서 10분이상 기다렸고, 대답이 없기에 카운터 대기실로 찾아가니 동료들과 환담 중에 있었습니다. 고객 요청에 대하여 무응답 및 미조치에 대하여 컨플레인하였고 그때야 방 교체하여 주었습니다. 새로 배정 받은 객실은 5층이였는데, 아주 깨끗하고 흡족했습니다. 글로벌체인 호텔에서 흡연하는 것에 대하여 확인 및 제재도 없었고, 고객에 대한 미조치에 대하여 불쾌하였습니다.

The location is opposite to the main train station of Wien. The staff at the reception were friendly and help us with our enquiries. There are supermarkets, food store and all kinds of shop at the station. Also, it takes only 5 minute walk to the subway (U1). Very convenient hotel. Christmas market 10 min walk away, walkable to city centre with lovely route through palace gardens, right next to train station (we booked it like this as coming from One county late at night and leaving to another late at night all via train) but no noise whatsoever. Would definitely recommend/stay again. Was very easy to get around and we booked purely for the convience of being right next to International station. Only downside no kettle in room and no milk in the tea area downstairs. Excellent staff.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit nettem Personal. Obwohl das Zimmer an der Straße war, hat man den Verkehrslärm nicht gehört.
