Clean, nice pool and restaurent!

Excellent 5 Star service! Very well appointed hotel and an amazing staff. The rooftop restaurant and pool was one of our best meals and has great views of the city. Can’t say enough about the level of service provided!

This hotel was fantastic. My girlfriend and I stayed for Valentine’s Day and this was the best room we’ve stayed at. The staff were very kind and the rooms were exceptional. They welcomed us with some complimentary Prosecco and brought our stuff up for us. The restaurant was great (a little pricey though) The only reason this isn’t a 5 star, 10/10 is because they hosted a live music Jazz night that was supposed to end at 10pm and when we showed up at 9pm, the live music had already ended. We were in the hotel since approx 6:30pm and would have arranged to show up sooner had we known. Valet also took 40 minutes, which was a bit of a long wait (they did inform us there was a car blocking the car drop off after we had been waiting 25 minutes)

Great, upscale hotel, gym was fantastic. I would have liked a warning about the pool not being open in may.

The place was perfect! The only odd aspect was the pool's location — it was right next to the dining area, making it nearly impossible to avoid splashing guests who were eating.

No self parking. Valet parking only . Great service . Great location.

Nice hotel, I had to park on the street to find the missing valet. I asked at the front desk and they took care of it but I had to ask if that was a service they provided. Hotel over all is nice. If they are trying to make a real 5 star they need to vacuum the hallways more often. I noticed crap on my floor, in the elevator and on the main floor. I did only stay one night and I would absolutely return to the property. I only had the chance of trying the Japanese restaurant which is attached to the property. Excellent food. Expensive but excellent. Staff there were amazing. The room was very nice, no complaints what so ever. I guess the biggest thing for me was the lack of a valet, downtown Toronto is busy and can be overwhelming for someone not accustom to that type of environment.

Lovely hotel and the roof top pool was amazing with the best views. All the staff was top of line. Fun happening spot but if you want peaceful not up beat it’s not for you. Def coming back again.

Exceptionally clean, unique experience with exceptional staff, management, and even room service meals were outstanding. We only stayed one night (our Toronto stay was part of a road trip) but we'll definitely be back. Bring money but it's well worth it.

Great staff, big room and comfy bed. The only recommendation is that the towels and robes get replaced. They’re worn, discoloured and no longer soft.

Rooms were very clean and decorated very well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location as well!

Beautiful hotel, outside area off of "suite" was dirty and surrounded by buildings. Room was nicely appointed, but could have been better kept and cleaned.

There was a lot of noise and the hotels rooms are not well maintained.

The toilet wasn't cleaned when I first got to the hotel. Also, the lobby has a very strong scent that's too much / overpowering.

The experience was enjoyable overall; however, I noticed that the restroom had a strong urine odor that cand dor that could be improved. Addressing this by cleaning that area thoroughly would enhance the overall atmosphere.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).

I recently stayed at the Bisha Hotel, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I booked a room specifically advertised with a city view, but the room I received had a very disappointing and obstructed view. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.my stay at the Bisha Hotel was a complete letdown. The false advertising regarding the city view, combined with the poorly maintained and unclean room, made for a terrible experience. Worst Experience with The Manager DORIS AND NORBEJ front. Desk I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in the city. Save your money and book elsewhere.

There were some fabulous parts to the Bisha hotel including the shower and the comfort of the bed but it was so noisy. I could hear every ding on the elevator as well as the conversations of anyone who was walking in the corridor. I expected the sound proofing to be a bit better given the price of the hotel.

We loved our stay at Boutique Hotel Bisha. The rooms on the Lenny Kravitz floor were stunning. The bathroom had heated floors and the largest shower I have ever seen in a hotel. Staff and service were exemplary. Highly recommend!

An absolute gem in the heart of downtown Toronto. Some of the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everyday they greeted us and stayed on top of our trip making sure everything was to our liking. The personal touch of having a text link via cell phone being available 24/7 was a major help. I will stay here again if I ever come back for business or vacation.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing. Zayn went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need and more. Highly recommend

We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday with two other friends 3 rooms total . Checking in was painful. The staff was obviously not trained properly. They appeared to be very confused. Took quite a long time to check us all in . One example was parking, I didn’t have a vehicle but I was charged $75.00 for parking . I was also offered a $41.00 “credit voucher” which was a joke when trying to use it . We went upstairs to the restaurant and had appetizers and drinks. My favorite cocktail is a vodka martini with green olives, which is what I ordered. I got 3 olives with my martini and they were discusting , mushy and brown inside. Very disappointing experience over all not to mention the other disappointing situations with my other guest . Cheers

The staff are exceptional

14000CAD taken from my account when room was supposed to be 6000 CAD. I’ve been here since Sunday and had nothing but complete stress on a financial aspect that hasn’t been resolved yet. Everybody on the front desk knows what the problem is, I booked via 42Expedia at a rate of £3600 which has been taken from my account but when paying at the desk, I was charged £4767. I am staying currently in the Stella suite and have been double charged z I’m awaiting the release of the wrong amount of £4767 which has left me in a deficit due to the error of their own system. Aaron Harrison, I need your email and I also need to speak to you regarding the pathetic mess and stress your hotel has left me in. I am supposed to travel to LA on the 30 but am £4767 down due to your error and have also been decided the amount of £3600. My name is Aman sharma, I am staying in suite 301 and please speak to Jenna regarding this situation which has left me in a situation where I won’t be able to travel to my next location until this money is refunded. I request compensation for your hotels errors as nobody has apologised or helped me with the mistake your hotel has caused. I may now have to now cancel my future trips due to the extra money you have taken from me and left me in a situation where I have no funds in my account until your incorrect charge gets released back In to my account. Nobody cares and nobody has offered compensation or a solution apart from “wait 3/5 working days to be refunded

Service was unbelievable from check in, to cocktails and valet. Hotel is beautiful and a better stay could not have been had.

Supposed to receive food credit for booking with Expedia and never received. Got to hotel. Made a big deal they were upgrading us. Then got to room and went in to our surprise someone was already in and staying in the room. Terrible situation. Front desk manager said I quote. “It happens”. Well my wife and I travel all over the world for years and it has never “happened” to us. Offered a 100 credit which had to fight to redeem on check out. And then charged us for the “complimentary” upgrade. There are positives about this hotel but these huge security issues out shine them and mean nothing as far t show at any time someone could just walk in to your room that is not supposed to be there because as the manager says. “It happens”

Incredible hotel - unique situation in that we had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely helpful and generously accomodating. We cannot wait to return soon.

Perfect down town location for going to the Phillies game 9/3 and exploring Toronto

I was in town for a Blue Jays game, the stadium is walking distance, lots of bars, restaurants, and things to do within walking distance. The pool is amazing and there are great views from the property. The bar is a great for nightlife!

Location was central to many key restaurants and tourism sites. Staff were great, room was even better. The infinity pool, views and food were great. The restaurant staff were amazing and family friendly. Would absolutely recommend and stay again here. Management, kudos to your team!

Bush’s is a fantastic base for a stay in the City, just a few minutes stroll to the CN Tower and Blue Jays stadium and ferry to the Island. Lovely rooftop pool with good food and great views of the City.

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend in der Nähe des CN-Towers und der Roger Arena. Alles in der Innenstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr stylisch und gemütlich. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit einer schönen Dusche. Von der Dachterasse hat man einen hervorragenden Blick.

This property is amazing. Its a high end boutique hotel mid town Toronto Walking distance to the blue jays, convention center and shopping. I highly recommend this property.

Our room was beautiful, clean, and had an excellent shower and comfortable bed. Walkable to the CN tower and Blue Jays stadium. And close to Chica (Michelin rated tapas bar) and had a wonderful bakery/cafe at street level French Made (check out their insta). Highly recommend Bisha Hotel, we will be back!!

At a time when good customer service is rare… The Bisha hotel was outstanding! The staff were warm and welcoming. They sincerely seemed to enjoy and take pride in their jobs. The rooms were clean and well appointed with modern decor. The on site restaurants were also excellent. The food was delicious and well presented. The wait staff were extremely personable. It was definitely a night to remember.

We stayed at the Bisha as it was in walking distance to the theatre we were attending. We were able to have valet parking and enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant, KOST before the show. The staff were extremely professional and very helpful. We would stay there again.

The room was excellent, the staff in reception were brilliant but the staff on 44th floor (pool, bar restaurant) not so good hance the 4 star rating, else it would be 5. The staff were slow to server at the welcome desk, and serving drinks/ food. We (& others who were also hotel guests) were ignored by at least 3 members of staff when at the bar on the Wednesday night, very disappointing. Made to feel as though we should have been there.

The customer service was great at this hotel. The restaurant Kost was great, and the food was excellent. The hotel rooms were clean and high quality. The room service was good. Our favorite part was the lounge near the lobby. It was so fun at night.

Front Desk was friendly & helpful! All the housekeeping staff that we encountered were also very friendly. Went to Kost 2x, breakfast & dinner, they were great also. Only issue was the bartender at Mr. C Bar on 8/7/23. There were only 4 guest total including me & my husband. He was rude & didnt even asked if we needed another drink after we finished ours. He cant say he was busy. The bar was dead. Highly disappointed bc I picked this hotel bc the Mr.C Bar was advertised to be open til 2am. Loved that I could just go to my room after hanging out there. Well that was the plan. So instead we walked to Morettis at the Soho hotel. (My 2nd choice, should have been my 1st) Bartender was beyond friendly & nice! Even got a pizza there! Highly recommend getting drinks there instead of Mr C!

Beautiful hotel and the staff were very attentive and friendly - they event sent up a bottle of champagne to our room after finding out we were celebrating an anniversary! Would highly recommend this hotel and can't beat the food and view at Kost either!
