I am rating this as less than 1.... i got in to the area after driving 6 hours to learn they were overbooked and did not have my room. The girl at the front desk was not compassionate and while she did call another extended stay to see if they had rooms which they did not. She never made eye contact with me and when i asked her to use the bathroom she said we with a chuckle "well we dont have public restrooms" so i said it again and she let me in. The bathroom was dirty and she was rude. Luckily i found another hotel nearby at la quinta and they were kind and we stayed there. But no help to expedia or extended stay. Also they said i wouldn\'t be charged and i have a charge for one night stay that i am disputing. Awful awful awful experience

The building itself isn’t secure. Anyone can enter the building and move throughout the hotel with no room key card. The room itself was good the bed was comfy and it was plenty of space . You can tell that the room was straighten up but not cleaned. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wiped everything I would touch down and the surfaces were all dirty .

The pictures do not do the place justice. The floors were greasy, there was soap scum covering the bathroom fixtures. The shower was spongy feeling, like you could fall through. The keyless entry cards didn’t work the second night. The lobby was dark on entering.

Lot's of parking. The staff are unprofessional and doesn't want to listen to their customers voice. I ask to switch to a west side room for a quiet night because my room is locate to the Highway and noisy, the staff refused.

Had to wait 20 minutes for the front desk clerk to show up so I could check in. When she finally showed up, she was quite rude (didn’t smile, was abrupt, didn't acknowledge me at all). Hallway and elevator was dirty and there were bugs in the shower and on the ceiling.

The room was decent for the price. However, the door was not working. Our key card didn't work and we were locked out of our room. We checked in on Friday and didn't get the door issue situated until Saturday night. The front desk staff was trying to be helpful.

In the cities for a hockey tournament and wanted somewhere close to the rink. Check in was fine but walking to the room smelt weed multiple times, elevator was filthy, beds were clean but the bathroom had super slow drains in The shower and sink, the exhaust fan was covered in dust, the TV only had one channel. I found a different hotel for our ae one night.

Surprisingly not that bad. Staff are helpful, informative and fast to help and do their jobs. Pool is closed down I choose the location here for the pool and pet options! Outside pet owners don’t dispose of their animals waste well, which is a spring time bummer. Room has some minor issues. White socks had to be thrown seat & and time you left the bed, we wore shoes. Would be decent if given a makeover. We got great service but got a room with the pictures attached.

Since our previous hotel reservation was canceled, we had no other place to go, so we had to endure this for two nights. Additionally, the room was filthy, with stains everywhere. There were cockroaches in the sheets and all over the room. The floors were oily and the light switch in the bathroom didn’t work at all but there was no one at the front desk at night to even be able to get any type of assistance.

Disgusting. Dust balls on tv, in corners on the ceiling. Floors were so sticky and covered with lint and dust. My husband had to do housekeeping’s job and wipe the floors with a wet washcloth to get rid of the stickiness. The faucet and shower head covered in rust and calcium. Bed sheets were stained, had what looked like blood on bed sheets. Bed were very uncomfortable. Cheap spring mattress. Loud guests talking and yelling in the hallway. We ran into another guest who was concerned because another guest( with his own room key) was able to enter his room. I wouldn’t complain but I paid too much to have these. Way overpriced.

Although the room comes with a fridge, stovetop, and microwave, they will not provide you with pots, pans, plates/bowls, and utensils even though it is advertised that they will. The stovetop doesn't work very well either. Walls are thin and you can hear the doors shutting throughout the night. "Free breakfast" was very underwhelming with three items to choose from and bad coffee.

We were very disappointed. Upon arrival, the entrance door would not pass accessibility standards. It was a pull open glass door and barely fit our stroller. The elevator felt outdated and once we got to our floor, the hallway smelled like an old smokey apartment floor. As soon as we entered our room, we opened the bathroom only to see cockroaches in the toilet, run down the sink drain and the shower drain. The floor did not look like it had been swept or mopped in a whike. There was a bunch of Target and Walmart bags stuffed into the drawers. We quickly checked out unfortunately. It was very disappointing as it was late and we had driven a long ways only to have to find a new lodging place with our infant.

This hotel is very dirty. I stayed there for 3 nights and I had to checkout one day early because every night and day was always cockroaches crawling on kitchen counter sink and in bathroom floor. The whole entire room floor was very dirty. Customer service are very poor and unprofessional. I can’t request bath towel after 8pm. No conditioner only small shampoo tube. I under only $89 a night but wasn’t expecting all of these craps. I can get better and cheaper if I was in a motel 6. Just so you know, don’t ever go there.

My tv didn't work and no remote in my room. They gave me 1 remote that didn't go to the tv. Then the remote they did give me would not let me navigate the channels. I told two different clerks about it. Also, they had a lobby full of people whose reservations had been canceled by the property. Someone else came down to complain that someone had been in their room and left food. They put the breakfast away 7 minutes before the posted breakfast time was over.

The room and lobby were clean in appearance. Staff was friendly greeting you and they tried to take care of situations that were arising at the hotel. They have people drinking out in the parking lot with the staff when alerted taking care of it. The breakfast they had available for you was just wrapped muffins and granola bars. I wasn’t really impressed with that. I thought there would be a little bit more and there was no coffee available. The TV was not working in a room. There was a hook up missing and we tried to get it working, but it was late at night. The location was good and for a family that was looking to cook meals in in the room along with have their pets there it was a good deal. The mattress was OK, but I woke up in the morning with a backache from it.

The property was clean and appeared to be well maintained. Being located next to the interstate traffic noise was an issue at night making it difficult to sleep. The room was as expected for an extended stay facility--fridge,microwave, and cooktop. Shower was good size and had ample hot water. Breakfast was a big letdown. Coffee was the only drink offered--no hot water for oatmeal. Otherwise there was mini muffins { 2 } and hard granola bars available--nothing else. No fruit--donuts--not even dry cereal. Staff was friendly and helpful

We stayed on the 3rd floor it smelled of pot pretty bad. We also had the people next to us that had music going until 1:30am and it was pretty loud. We did call and they talked to them but I don't think the people in the room cared because it just went on again. The workers were very friendly.

Our room was on the interstate side so it was very noisy. No darkening shade on window. Had to request a hairdryer from front desk. If you want coffee maker that too would need to be requested.

Tried to check in at the front desk. The front desk is supposed to be 24hrs or there is supposed to be a night attendant on staff for checkins at night. No one was there to check us in. We called the hotel directly and they were unable to resolve this issue after calling multiple supervisors to try and get ahold of the night attendant on staff. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. After traveling at night at a far distance I just wanted to sleep instead I had deal with this. I spent hours on the phone and no one was able to help

We arrived at the property and no one was at the reception. We waited almost an hour. Finally a person showed up and stated they have no clean rooms and will not check us in. This after we had booked and paid through Expedia. Her attitude was very non helpful. She stated that it’s not her problem that they don’t have a room for us which was confirmed and paid for! When asked how do we get our money back she stated not my problem call Expedia.
We arrived at the property and no one was at the reception. We waited almost an hour. Finally a person showed up and stated they have no clean rooms and will not check us in. This after we had booked and paid through Expedia. Her attitude was very non helpful. She stated that it’s not her problem that they don’t have a room for us which was confirmed and paid for! When asked how do we get our money back she stated not my problem call Expedia.

I checked in late at 8pm and my room was still not ready. I had to wait another hour for my room to be cleaned and ready. By the time I got into my room was a little past 9pm. There was only one lady running the whole hotel. Whoever is management at this hotel needs to be fired. This hotel makes the Extended Stay Hotel brand look really bad. This will be the last time I am staying at any Extended Stay Hotel.

I strongly recommend NOT to book this hotel. We had a reservation for a two queen bed room. We reached the hotel late in the night and were told that they overbooked and thus they do not have the room for us. When I got there I was told I couldn't check in because the internet wasn't working. I pointed out that I had a reservation and needed the room, and the clerk did get us into one. It was the wrong kind (two doubles insteadof the two queens that I'd reserved), but for the first night it was adequate, so I took it, thinking we could fix it the next day, when the rest of our party was to arrive and it then wouldn't be adequate. The management of the property was very accommodating. Manager Katy or Katie went above and beyond satisfying reasonable requests. Not only for myself but I have witnessed this for other guests. The level of patients, professionalism, and communication was impressive. I did not have any complaints during my stay. I was able to enjoy myself in a peaceful setting. I would and will definitely choose this location in the future. Extended stay, thank you for the room and the staff to match the positive environment.

Hotel was in Woodbury MN. It was reasonably priced on Hotels.com, but when we arrived, there was a mix up with the billing and it took some time for them to get it straight. Woodbury is a nice area, but the hotel was full of construction workers. In the evening, there were lots of black and hispanic workers loitering in the parking lot drinking and playing loud music. There was no daily maid service and the floors were dirty.

My tv didn't work and no remote in my room. They gave me 1 remote that didn't go to the tv. Then the remote they did give me would not let me navigate the channels. I told two different clerks about it. Also, they had a lobby full of people whose reservations had been canceled by the property. Someone else came down to complain that someone had been in their room and left food. They put the breakfast away 7 minutes before the posted breakfast time was over.

Although the room comes with a fridge, stovetop, and microwave, they will not provide you with pots, pans, plates/bowls, and utensils even though it is advertised that they will. "Free breakfast" was very underwhelming with three items to choose from and bad coffee.

In the cities for a hockey tournament and wanted somewhere close to the rink. Check in was fine but walking to the room smelt weed multiple times, elevator was filthy, beds were clean but the bathroom had super slow drains in The shower and sink, the exhaust fan was covered in dust, the TV only had one channel. I found a different hotel for our ae one night.

I was there Thursday-Sunday, breakfast was only dry muffin and coffee..bed sheets were dirty, floor had some red stains , bathroom door was broken and does not lock.. I asked to change room or get a discount they refused!!! No one was ever at the front desk to get help.
