We have enjoyed our stay, the room was nice, pillows comfortable and the bathroom was quite large, it didnt have a bathtub, but the shower was nice. Plenty of parking space is a bonus. We didnt use the pool, even though i was looking forward to it, the location for it is strange, it's on the second floor and it feels like you are in a fishbowl, anyone walking up or down the stairs or taking elevator can see what is happening in the pool area, I think it's more suitable for kids anyway, since the pool itself is quite small. We did enjoy the food in the bistro, it was delicious and the staff was great.

The good: Nice hotel and generally clean with courteous staff. Pool and gym were nice, although pool had a lot of chlorine. Our room was spacious and had high crilings and lots of windows. My daughter and her best friend took the bedroom and shated a king bed which they said was very comfortable. The bad: We arrived to find a garbage bag left outside the room by the door. It was removed a few hours later. I wasnt a fan of of the washroom being in the bedroom as i kept disturbing my daughter and her friend everytime i had to get in the washroom. The A/C stopped working one of yhe days and into the night. The room became very hot and all of our sleeps suffered. The problem was resolved thd next day. Room service comes every 2 days and the second time they came, it was 10am and my daughter and her fruend were still asleep after a busy day and long night. I asked him to come back later as we were out of towels and garbages were full but didnt want to disturb the kids. We went out all day into the night and arrived back to the room to find that nobody came to repkace toweks or empty the garbages. That was annoying. A few tweaks and it wouldve been a much better experience. Location was good with restaurants nearby and easy access to the hwy

Room were clean. Staff was polite and courteous. Hotel was very clean and very well maintained. We had two rooms booked for our stay and have zero complaints. Cleaning crew did an excellent job as well. Definitely deserve the 5 star rating.

The bed covers and the shower was not clean. Bed covers had stains as well as the shower. The lighting system is weird and the TV does not face the bed, so if I wanted to watch TV I needed to be on the couch which might be inconvenient for some people. Staff is absolutely amazing & it is very safe Thank you!!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. After a long drive, we arrived late at night hoping for a clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed was black curly hairs in the shower, which should have been spotless. Then, when we pulled back the comforter to get some rest, there was a large yellow stain in the middle of the bed. When I called reception, their initial solution was to send someone to clean the room at 10:30 p.m., which was completely unreasonable. I had to push the issue and escalate to a supervisor before finally being given a different room. For the price of $303 per night, this level of cleanliness and service is simply unacceptable.

Mold in the shower, the toilet was not clean, urine and hair on the seat...humidity odor. Usually I reserve corpo rooms but it was not a business trip, I was expecting for a 9.6/10 note for the room.

Excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The room is clean except there's a mold around the sink drain in the bathroom sink. I'm sure it's just an oversight by the housekeepers because everything else is clean. Front desk staff from check in to check out are friendly. Will be back again.

We rented a two room suite for 3 nights. After the first night, we asked to be moved due to the extremely noisy road outside our room where the road noise is very audible from early in the morning. We were on the third floor. I was told there were no other suites available to move to for the rest of our stay. I checked the Expedia website where it said that there were suites available for the next two nights. There is no cutlery,no crockery, utensils and no creamer for the coffee despite there being a fridge in the room. If you want crockery, glasses or cutlery, you need to go and ask the restaurant for it and the restaurant is not part of the Marriott. You would have thought that a suite would have been properly stocked. The lighting in the living room area was very poor and one light was not working for the entirety of our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting room sofa was comfy too. The fact that the room had great amenities but was not stocked with the necessities to eat or drink and with no room service available, made for a weird situation.

This is one of the most spacious and wellaid out rooms I have stayed in in a long time. It was super comfortable! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Close to the mall and some really cool restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Quebec in the future.

Hello, The hotel wasn’t worth the 338 dollars a night that I paid. I have had better hotels and rooms for cheaper. The AC wasn’t great and the rooms aren’t very noise proof. We could hear people in the hallways and could hear traffic from the road though no windows were open. Thabks

The beds were super comfortable (5 star rating). Customer service and housekeeping were bad however. We requested more towels and were told they would be sent up immediately. Finally, after an hour I went back down to the front desk for a second time and dealt with a different person who handed me the extra towels on the spot. The next day with still a little over one hour left before check-out time, housekeeping literally walked in our room without knocking or announcing themselves as I was tidying up and preparing for our check-out. After doing one run to the car to pack up some things, I came back to the room and a few minutes later, housekeeping knocked on the door this time at which point the lady confirmed to me that check-out was at 11 am. When I pointed out that it was only 10:05 am, she indicated that her housekeeping list indicated that our room was vacant and ready to be cleaned. So much as I value a nice comfortable bed when staying at a hotel, I value customer service and my privacy even more so I will not be staying at a Marriott for quite a long time going forward.

A very bad experience overall at the property.I booked a Executive Suite and the sofa bed was absolutely crappy because of the mattress.It was so thin n run down, nobody could sleep on it.The metal frame underneath the mattress was poking through and hurting the back.Despite complaining the staff at the reception initially refused to help and said they can’t do anything as we had booked it through a third party, ie Expedia.After raising the issue escalating the matter, we were given a standard room on my repeated request.When I asked to adjust the tariff as were moved to a smaller room, they refused to help.Very cold and uncourteous customer service. We were told that most people would sleep on that flimsy thin mattress which had no support!

I stayed at the Courtyard in Quebec for three nights and was told there were no extra charges upon checkout. Later, I discovered a $170 charge on my credit card from the hotel restaurant, which turned out to be a mistake by another guest who gave the wrong room number. After finding the charge, I called the hotel around 5 PM to report the issue. The front desk agent said their supervisor would call me that evening. I waited until 9 PM with no response, so I called again. This time, another agent answered, and I had to explain the situation all over again. It was only then that they said they would investigate the restaurant receipts, as they seemed unaware of the issue until that moment. This lack of communication and professionalism from the staff is very disappointing. While the hotel eventually promised a refund (which takes 10-15 days), this is a serious error. It raises concerns about the security of guests' credit card information. I warn future guests to carefully review their bills if staying here. Personally, I will not be staying at this location again. The hotel needs to implement stricter measures to prevent such mistakes and improve their staff's responsiveness.

C'etait ma 5e visite et auparavant, je n'avais jamais rien eu à dire de negatif à propos de cet hôtel. C'est d'ailleurs pour cela que j'y retournais. C'est un certain Pablo à la réception qui a gâché mon séjour. On a ete accueuillis par ce monsieur qui a passé une transaction de 10x le montant dû et osait nous obstiner sur l'erreur commise malgré que nous avions la banque au bout du fil qui confirmait la transaction... la dispute aura duŕé un bon 15 minutes, 15 minutes à être arrogant suite à quoi, il ne s'est jamais excusé et a grossierement jeté nos clés sur la reception lorsqu'il n'a pas eu le choix que de realiser son erreur. Il a littéralement fait de notre soirée un moment à oublier....

Ann Elize on the front desk was rude and not helpful. Her approach to my request was dismissive and unprofessional. The gentleman Mr. CH… was very polite and although he wasn’t able to help because Ann Elise came over trying to intimidate him while he was dealing with me. He was all the time professional and with a smile on his face.

Young woman at the reception at check in appeared overwhelmed. Although, extra towels were requested at the front desk, they were never delivered to the room so I had to go back down to front desk and was handed towels on the spot. Housekeeping was given wrong information about which rooms were ready to be cleaned as twice, housekeeping literally walked in the room when we still had 2 hours left before check out. The lady showed me her housekeeping log and our room was slated as vacant...not impressed.

Wifi is not good. Restaurant did not serve food because they had a large group for a Christmas Party, so the regular customers can starve. Really? It’s a Mariott? And the waiter at the restaurant wasn’t even apologetic… Had to order in…

Had a great stay. The rooms were perfect. The front desk staff was helpful, professional and friendly. We enjoyed the pool. The restaurant staff however was disagreeable (we had our first breakfast there)... so we just opted to eat outside for the rest of the trip, which is ok since the place is surrounded by restaurants.
