Clean and proudly maintained. Unfortunately the elevator was out of order for all but our arrival. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor but luggage and a bum knee made the rest of the stay difficult. In our room, 213, the bathroom light turned on by itself in the middle of the night, and the toilet seat was loose.

The stay was excellent from ck in to ck out. The staff was great. Breakfast was good too. My only complaint was that parking is an additional $40, per 24hrs. I wouldve liked to know that ahead of time. I picked this hotel became it provided parking. Just seems absurd to me that you have to pay parking at the hotel you're staying in. That was a first for me and I travel alot.

I usually give a really good rating, but the PM Shift Lady had a very Nasty Attitude. No Smile, No Positive Energy, Just Very Very Rude. She even got Upset when I was asking her a simple Question about my Room. I came to spend a Beautiful Peaceful Night with my Fiancé just after a Very Long Week of Work Looking for a Way to Escape the Negativity just to be Mistreated by a Receptionist. I’m not sure if she was upset about having to check me in, but she couldn’t even greet me. She looked like she was completely annoyed. The drink vendor machine was also acting up. My Fiancé had put enough money to at least get 2 water bottles. But it only gave us 1 bottle. When he was asking for help, they hesitated and didn’t believe he put enough money for my water bottle. It was already too late to go to the grocery store, that’s why I asked him to get it from the Vendor Machine, but we ended up having to share then stay dehydrated for the rest of the night. Beautiful Hotel, but Nasty Hospitality, a messed up Vendor Machine and no type of trust. He even ask the employees to check the camera, which they said they didn’t have Access.

Checked in late on a Friday. We paid for parking $40 a night. Can’t complain we had parking in the front of the hotel and weren’t planning on using our vehicle. Our room was clean, clean sheet and comfy bed. Bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. Breakfast we aren’t too picky there were sausage and cheese egg omelette. There were waffles and cereal with milk as an option.

The area around this property is very rough. The desk is encased behind bulletproof glass and there's a guard in the lobby at night. We were on the 4th floor and the elevator was out for half of our stay. The HVAC unit blocks one side of the bed. We stayed for 5 nights and our room keys were deactivated on the third night. I had to go down to the lobby after midnight and wait behind a very long check in for new cards when the elevator was not working. They only clean the rooms every 3 days and they did not refill the facial tissue, toilet paper, nor change our bath towels. There are automatic lights when you first enter the room and in the bathroom. They go off if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. There's a lot of traffic noise 24/7.

Elevator was broken for several days and had to walk up several flights of stairs with luggage and children. One vending machine and it never had water. Ice machine was located on another floor was had to use stairs. Cockroaches in the room. Domestic violin my floor and had several police officers in the building.

My family and I stayed at the Comfort inn for 2 days upon arrival the receptionist was nice. There's parking on the premises however there is a fee of $40 per day. I would've gave a better rating but one of the bed had dried blood on the side of the bedding and I had to wait an hour for new sheets.

Stay did not worth the money. Room was small, no tub any a shower and upon inspection the duvet it was dirty so it was on the floor for the time I was there. This is my second time at this hotel and there will not be a third.

I found the hotel to be a modern property, that is decently appointed. There was a refrigerator and microwave in my room which some hotel is costing more do not provide. The bed was also comfortable. My only complaint is the highway noise nearby (which the hotel cannot control), which is not a reflection on the hotel itself. If you are used to a much quieter environment, this may not be your primary choice. This however is in NYC., and the city truly never sleeps. Because of its proximity to family, I will likely stay there again.

The lights in the room are motion sensitive and are supposed to be off when there is no motion. However throughout the night, the lights in the hall way just infront of the entry door was switching on on its own. Had to switch manually almost 7-8 times in the night. Could not sleep. Else everthing else was good.

Comfort Inn is our preferred lodging destination for staying when coming to NY Yankees games. Always enjoy our stay. Staff is great and rooms are nice and clean. Did have one issue this time as TV was unwatchable as all channels would continuously lose reception for a few seconds a couple times every minute. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

Nice room. The air conditioner wasn’t working. So the room was either cold of hot, nothing in between … The location of the hotel is close to a subway. The area around is sketchy and nothing much to look at.

I will never understand why people choose the service industry just to be rude. I stayed for 4 days. the day front desk associates were kind. The overnight and evening shift not so much. Also the 3rd floor reeked of weed. I mean as if it was being distributed not smoked. The phone did not work. And the young lady that worked in the kitchen was clearing breakfast out at 9:50 and would not give people food that we could still visibly see on her cart. I like the place not the staff. Oh and the security guard was asleep most times.

Everyone at the front desk area was super nice and polite, when me and my friends came to stay we were a few hours early for check in and they let us store our bags behind the front desk so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around.

The only issue that I had with this stay was the check in process. The person at the front desk had a problem with the register and get rude when we told her there was clearly an issue. When asked for a credit card for incidentals she declined every card I gave so I thought May it was my cards so I called my sister in to use her discover card and her card was also declined. Luckily we had the cash because the room was already paid for through Expedia otherwise she would not have let us check in. Prior to me getting to her she had already turned away several customers. When we got to our room we called our credit card companies and they had no record a anything coming through and getting declined.

This property was nice... In booking I was not familiar with the area. I just wanted to be close to Yankee Stadium. Not the safest area we could be in but the stay was good none the less. We would leave early in the morning and be out all day and come back in the evening.

Well, not sure where to start. The pictures from the web are very deceiving as it appears to be in a good neighborhood with food and activities within walking distance. Not the case; my son and I arrived to the property to notice you can only get inside the front door with key access. Then the front desk was completely covered in plexiglass and you were required to speak with the attendant through the glass. While checkin in, the front desk received a call from someone apparently stuck in the elevator. I applaud the front desk for remaining calm while trying to comfort the guest stuck inside the elevator. So, for the entire stay, my son and I took the stairs to the 4th floor to our room. We tried the elevator once, the door closed and the buttons would not illuminate when we try to select a floor. Then, we had to order uber eats bc we didn’t feel safe walking to any local sub places. We didn’t enjoy our stay as we felt trapped in our room the entire weekend. I would not stay at this location again.

Affordable alternate to Manhattan hotels; 20 min subway ride to Midtown. But the industrial neighborhood may not suit everyone. Bulletproof glass at the checkin desk makes a statement. I would stay here again, but I would not bring my spouse or a work colleague.

Hotel was nice and close to subway. Area is a little sketch but we had NO problems walking around and to the Subway. Breakfast was OK but didn't have many items out at a time? Not sure why. Little Ceasers pizza up the road was very good and Popeyes also very close. Easy 6 green line down into the city and back. Parking was $40 a night but we were close to the door. Overall good.

The cleaning staff was good and supplied all that was needed.Replenished when needed. They said continental breakfast 7-10. My visit was Friday - Tuesday. When I went down to breakfast at 8:30 there was limited breakfast.No waffles, no fruit no bread. When worker was asked was more coming out she said no.I understand that the hotel houses displaced people from nycha.. I was told they only allowed to put out a certain amount. I find this unfair to the paying visitors like me. I had to get breakfast the whole stay due to nothing being available . This should be looked into.

The second night they forgot to give us fresh towels. Breakfast was simple, could of had some more variety. Rooms were clean but I kind of wish they were a bit more quieter since it was next to the interstate. Overall I would recommend it to someone for a cheap stay

Cheap place for a short stay. It was clean but the during the stay the rooms weren't cleant that well. The window did not close completely thus the rooms were a bit on the louder side. The subway was very close and it's take half an hour to get to downtown. The breakfast was nothing special and typically American.
