Such an amazing staycation sanctuary- a little tropical oasis where you can stretch out on the hammocks, enjoy the pool while an excellent array of upbeat and relaxing music plays....super close to the beach and such an excellent location. Good for couples and families alike since there are two separate pools. We had a full little kitchen so we saved some money eating fruit and snacks that we bought at Publix, only a couple minute drive away!! Would definitely recommend and will definitley be back!! Thank you!

This property is amazing if you want to get away This is one of those places that has everything for your stay you get your own kitchen you have your own patio. You have two pools one for adults only which is amazing if you don’t have any kids, such as myself. They have a bar they have a grill area. I love this location. I will definitely be back if I come back to Sarasota. The beach is super close by.

The room was very clean and it had a Mini Kitchen. So we could have cooked for ourselves. That could have made a difference if our party was larger or we were staying longer. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The amenities looked new or in such good repair as to seem new. Pools, gas grill,laundry facilities fire pits.

Property was was nice but some of the amenities were disappointing. The two swimming pools were not clean, the fountain was not working and the fire pit had a big out of order sign on it. These were some of the things that prompted me to choose the property so it was a little disappointing when they were lacking. Also, they will under no circumstances let you check in early, so do not come before 4 pm to check in.

I was dissatisfied with my stay. The room was dirty and the towels had stains. The beach is not close by so the only place to relax was their tiny pool. Personally I don’t get all the good ratings.

Resort was wonderful! Perfect for our family. We had the best time and loved the layout of the facility. It was so easy; sitting out on our patio or by the pool and fire pit, watching the kids play. Our suite was so clean and pretty. we will definitely come back.

Pool freezing! Hammocks and chairs have very old and dirty cushions. Chairs around pool dirty and moldy definitely need a good power washing. Couldn’t get fire to work. Corn hole game broken with mail sticking out of the bottom. My adult son woke up with a palmetto bug (Florida roach) walking across his face. The floor was so dirty our feet were black. No one at the front desk until 9 am. Very small parking area.

Owen was extremely pleasant and outgoing. During his frequent walkthroughs of the property, he engaged with every guest asking if they had everything they needed. He was patient with my many questions about location of beaches and personal favorites. My fiancé and I loved Turtle Beach best. It was quiet and easily accessible with free parking and steps from the water. Ben (facility maintenance) gave us an amazing list of the best local restaurants that did not disappoint. The heated pool was awesome and it was always peaceful. The only negatives was the air conditioning which could not be set lower than 72 degrees and the dirty floor that kept us wearing shoes to keep our feet from filthying the sheets. The AC temperature setting kept it extremely muggy in the room and there was a constant staleness and mustiness that emanated from the AC unit. It was less than optimal for restful sleep. We woke every morning to scratchy throats and an immediate need for fresh air. The floor…well, we just wore shoes and washed our feet before laying on the bed. Otherwise, the people were fabulously accommodating and friendly. They made everyone feel welcomed and at ease. Thank you Owen and the entire staff at Siesta Key Palms Resort!!!

The hotel area is wonderful and in the style of Miami..bamboo, palm trees, pools, recreation areas..but not the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms..the kitchen is terrible and smells very unpleasant..after the first attempt to cook a quick meal, it was impossible to be in the room..it smelled very bad..the cabinet in the kitchen smells sooooo bad, as does the stove..it's disgusting to touch..the shower drain is rusty,..the cleaners clean wonderfully and cleanly, but even after them the floor remains dirty, so I don't advise going without taking ....the territory is very wonderful...there are free bicycles...but nothing good about the rooms!!

Stayed here for a couple of nights in February. The grounds are very well done, with a tropical feel. The place gas 2 pools, with the main one being heated.Unfortunately the Tiki bar was under renovations when we were there. The rooms were spacious, clean and had been remodeled. It was still are older style room feel, so don’t expect a modern hotel room. This is an older style motel resort, but the owners have done a great job of keeping the vibe there, especially on the grounds. For 2 nights, we were happy with our choice. Our main complaint with our room was the small double bed and uncomfortable pillows. The room (#1) can easily accurate a queen or king. The resort is located within a mile of Siesta Key, and there are a number of good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Although the price and grounds were very nice, the room was too warm for sleeping. There is a note in the room to not turn cooling unit below 72. So at 72 with high humidity the room was quite stuffy. One night turned cool and we wanted to open the windows, but they had no screens.

We love to stay here. It’s like a 50s resort. The pools are small, but cute. The amenities are fun. The new bar is a welcome addition. The room was huge and well-appointed. All for a reasonable price. We brought the grandkids, and they want to know when they can come back!

Enjoyed the room and property. Very, cute, feels secluded even though it’s close to a lot of dining and shopping. Beach is a bit tougher to reach since you’re over the bridge but an easy uber ride.

Great tropical landscape to make a cool atmosphere with music playing during the day. Our room was clean. Bed wasn’t comfortable. No fan in the bathroom, which fogged the room with humidity after showers. AC never got cold and ran continuously. I do like that it was a mini split and not a window unit. Just got hot during the night. Only seemed to be 2 bikes available and almost always checked out, so we didn’t get to ride them. I feel like the resort fee wasn’t worth it.

A cute place with nice pools and landscaping. Lots of places to relax and unwind and read a book. Very adult friendly. They have an adults only pool. The music is reggae plays all day long around the grounds. The rooms are spacious and they have little private patios with a private fenced gardens. A little paradise of your own. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. The only thing I did not like was the outside light couldnt be turned off at night at the patio. So it was shining through the windows even with the blinds down. The shower pressure was poor. Everything else was really great! I would stay again!

It's updated but with a vintage Florida resort feeling. The room was so cute, loved the private courtyard patio, kitchen had everything you need. Highly recommend and would stay again. Adorable. Clean. They thought of everything.

Adorable boutique hotel for a reasonable price. All of the staff was friendly. I was able to borrow beach chairs for the duration of our stay. They also have bikes you can borrow, but this was a baby moon so biking was a no go. The hotel is less than a mile from the beach, so walkable/bikeable if you aren’t in your 3rd trimester. It is a short drive to Siesta beach where there is a ton of free parking. The only complaint is the road noise at certain times of the day. This is due to the location of the hotel.

We had such an amazing time here at Siesta Key Palms Resort. We stayed at this hidden gem for 5 days and were between the beach and the property the entire time. The property gave us beach chairs for the beach and we were so grateful, The rooms were freezing cold which was amazing since it was so hot outside and the showers were nice and hot. This mini paradise is so peaceful, it's a great place to relax, rest and reset mentally. The ladies at the front desk also were so helpful anything we needed they provided. This was our first vacation together and Siesta Key Palms Resort made it a vacation to remember with their amazing hospitality!

Staff was extremely helpful, and even with our very late check-in the manager made sure to text me all the details which helped take all the stress out of the process. The bike rentals were perfect! Thanks for a great week.

I liked the friendly staff and the non conventional style of the hotel. The bedroom door electric locks were not working properly, the TV remotes battery were empty and the advertised one bottle of wine a day present were not given.

Everything was great up until 9:45pm when another guest came into my room. Seems the hotel booked us both in the same room. Needless to say the rest of the night was uneasy. When brought to management's attention, I got a whoops, sorry. Needless to say if this happened during the day when I was out of the room. They could have taken all of my things. Not happy with the hotel.

Jackie at the front desk was a sweetheart. Took me to my room to show me where it was and checked the room was fine. This is my second time staying here and always will whenever I vacation in Siesta Key. Perfect location. The place is super homey. I like how it’s a hidden gem. It gives tropical vacation. Very relaxing. Great service. The room was clean. Great a/c for the summer heat. Everything worked perfectly in the room. No complaints.

Great stay. We had an issue with not having our door information in the drop box after getting there, but someone was able to help us. Our arrival date was the day of the bar grand opening and there was no room for guests that were staying to park. Other than that it was great! Very clean, family friendly, and the property felt like you were on an island as it was very secluded feeling with all the forage. Would definitely go back.

We loved the resort such a cute outdoor area with hammocks, couches, fire pits, pool, etc. the rooms were perfect a small fridge, stove, microwave, one queen bed and pull out sofa. What a cool place in Siesta Key. Walking distance to a few places, a short drive or bike ride to the beach and the village. What I liked most is the property allows you to take bikes for the day - a true surprise and delight moment. Great place - highly recommend it.

Enjoyed the room and property. Very, cute, feels secluded even though it’s close to a lot of dining and shopping. Beach is a bit tougher to reach since you’re over the bridge but an easy uber ride.

On a last minute road trip with my nephew, we found this amazing property. Such a gem! The rooms were super clean, very well appointed for our needs, and the location was minutes away from Siesta Key beach and the village center. I wish we had more time to stay! I will make sure to book here again, the next time I am in this area. I loved the family friendliness, great recreational facilities, and especially the bar!

Adorable boutique hotel for a reasonable price. All of the staff was friendly. I was able to borrow beach chairs for the duration of our stay. They also have bikes you can borrow, but this was a baby moon so biking was a no go. The hotel is less than a mile from the beach, so walkable/bikeable if you aren’t in your 3rd trimester. It is a short drive to Siesta beach where there is a ton of free parking. The only complaint is the road noise at certain times of the day. This is due to the location of the hotel.

A beautiful oasis in an otherwise commercial area! Comfortable and charming room, with lovely outdoor spaces for relaxing. Family and adult-only pools, fire pits, hammocks, and beautiful landscaping. Great place to stay. Peaceful, yet close to everything. Bikes are available to borrow. Location is walkable to ice cream and a very good restaurant on the water, can use bikes for heading to Siesta Key (also walkable), and the Key has a free trolley service for getting around there.

Decided to go south for a week in the sun and found this property on hotels.com. The room was spacious with a full refrigerator and regular stove. The property grounds were well kept with two pools (one adults only). Parking was adequate and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was able to use beach chairs and towels for the length of our stay (6 nights) There were also many food options a short driving distance away.

This property is absolutely lovely. Two pools with beach like settings, one adults only. They have music on all day and really gives you an island vibe. Free bike rentals! The rooms are cute and efficient and all have their own outdoor space. You’re a brief walk away from the beach, daiquiri deck and a short car ride from anything you could ever need. I visit the area frequently and this will be my new choice of where to stay.

I liked that the property had a lot of lush vegetation, kind of made you feel tropical. The heated pool was nice, but the second pool was not heated and we did not use because of it. They did not have the bar open, not for a couple of weeks, but that was fine with us. We were close to shopping and driving access towards the beaches.

We couldn’t have picked a better place for weekend getaway. This property is very private. I’ve driven by it several times, and never knew it existed. The place was very clean and kid friendly. For those of you without kids, they had a separate pool for adults only. There’s something for everyone here if you’re looking for relaxation and peace. The only negative I can think of is there’s no dining options on the property. You have to leave for that.

Siesta Key Palms is not "party central". It's a cozy quiet hideaway that is close to beaches, dining, and trips on the water. This was our second visit, and we weren't disappointed. The nearby beaches are outstanding. The nearby restaurants are varied and have lots of seafood options. They have a new Tiki Bar that we didn't use, but I think is a great addition.

This hotel is super cute. Families are allowed and we did bring our 9 year old son, but I do think the rooms are more meant for a couple. The pull out couch wasn't the best. The room does get hot AC doesn't work the best during the heat of summer and they don't provide fans in the room at least not ours. Other than that no complaints the rooms and the grounds are super cute. The pool area definitely feels tropical and I do love you get your own private patio. Close to restaurants that we actually walked to and other places are walkable if not into walking the drives are super close. I would come back but maybe bring a fan or would go during a cooler month.
