Property itself is inviting and staff was friendly. Breakfast options were good. However, the primary reason I sleced this property was because a hot tub was may priority, and when I checked in and asked how late would the hot tub be open til, I was told it was closed due to malfunction. I did not receive a discount for the inconvenince because I had prepaid the date. In addtion, the staff check-in stated that the website has it available, which mislead customers. I was very disappointed.

our terrible experience was related to the heater system. Obviously it has seen better days, it was so 1to the point we would turn it on for moments just to heat the room then had to turn it off to try to sleep. This went on for the majority of the night. As far as parking ,we were charged $10.00. I mentioned we were not aware of this additional charge they stated this is Hotels booking charge if we had read the fine print. If we would've booked with them directly there is no charge.

Clean and consistent with Hampton Inns everywhere. Gave us the highway side, so fairly noisy. Also near elevators, but the thick soundproofing so nothing. Had ear plugs anyways. Breakfast was slightly rotated over 3 mornings, so did not get too bored with. They do charge $10/day for parking. Fine print. Ridiculous when one considers this is the exurbs with plenty of room.

The front desk staff was always very nice. The pillows in the room were lumpy and uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was open, but the jets didn't work and the water was barely warm. That was very disappointing. The continental breakfast was excellent. The pillows were the biggest downside.

The daytime manager didn’t like that we booked through a third party and made sure to mention it at every turn. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. The breakfast is great. The parking is not free. They charged us $10/day for it.

We checked in pretty late as it was almost a 5 hour drive for us. By the time we arrived, I had issues checking in because she couldn't find my name, but she typed the wrong name. Checked in, showered and ready for bed. When I checked the linens, they were dirty, hair all over the linen from the previous people who stayed. I was grossed out, but it was late and my kids needed to go to bed. I hope hotels would change bedsheets after each stay. It’s important that we stay in a clean room. The breakfast was ok, they didn’t have bacon, egg tasted fake. They had other breakfast that we enjoyed such as waffles and fruits. The coffee and juice were good. I’d rate the breakfast an 8/10.

Terrible sound proof, some lady was yelling the whole night in the hall way. I could also hear the bed squeaking from the room above me. I barely got any sleep for two nights.

The bed was super uncomfortable, super bumpy and the pillows would sink to paper thin. When I told the hotel, they said they would pass it to the manager to check the mattress. Also, they charged me for parking in an open parking lot, when they say its free parking.

The hotel is near the freeway, so I specifically requested a room away from it. The receptionist confirmed my preference and assured me I’d be placed on the opposite side. However, I still ended up in a room right next to the freeway. It was frustrating, especially if you need a quiet space to sleep. I’m not sure if she was unfamiliar with the room layout or simply ignored my request.

I did not enjoy our stay here. We chose this hotel because it was closer to our family. The bed was so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep well. Breakfast was picked over and did not get restocked. The person checking us in when we arrived acted like she had better things to do. The woman at the front desk from Texas was absolutely delightful.

It’s good but all staff weren’t very friendly. Extremely noisy. You can hear cars on the street very clearly and the walls are very thin. I stayed in a room with a door connecting to another room and there was a child screaming at the top of her lungs. I had to knock on their door to check if everything was ok. The fridge in my room made a very loud noise that I had to unplug it. The elevator rumbled and it seemed that it was going to get stuck. Breakfast was great though.

My room had issues with the AC. The maintenance person came to fix Air but it was a constant problem. We didn’t have a remote control for the TV. It took 3 new remotes to get one working. The front desk day worker had a difficult time understanding English. She was sending maintenance men to fix the issues that were not broken. And didn’t fix the items that needed repair. I had to pack up my room and move one night at midnight because the room got too hot and we couldn’t sleep. If she would have understood my request for repairs I wouldn’t have needed to move at midnight. Seems the property has recently been remodeled and is not up to par yet.

I would like to personally thank Kelly and the front office staff because I had forgot an item in my room and they did everything to find it and return it to me. Highly recommended to stay here, the rooms are great. They are spacious and very clean
