Amazing stay! The staff couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful; specially Jenna and Dominique at the front desk. The rooms are nice and clean, yummy food and great gym! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Temecula, CA.

Specifically selected this hotel out of several others in the area for the hot tub/pool. However it is not available to be used in the morning. Does not open until 10 am per the desk. Makes it Rather hard to get swim laps or relaxed in hot tub to not open. Gates were all electric so no one would have to be bothered to come unlock. Just change gate times on the computer. No life guards and towels were already out. Quite disappointed.

Poor room maintenance, simple things to fix that would have made perceptions positive instead of dirty and broken. Kinda sad they don’t fix simple things in the room, nor clean the super sticky remote with scotch tape holding it together.

It was quiet, good size room with modern appearance. The bed was comfortable. The shower just needed some additional cleaning as hairs were not cleaned off the tiles. But the staff brought in someone to take care of it.

The first room had mold in the shower, a huge hair ball in it and the outside of the shower was dirty, wall were dirty. We asked for a different room and was told “a room attendant would go up and make sure another room was clean and it would take a few minutes” that few minutes, after we sat in the lobby for more than 30 minutes we told the staff that we would return later being that we were on a schedule. Later that night we went up to our new room that wasn’t much better than the previous. There was hole in the bathroom wall that was creepy and the floors were dirty it needed a good mopping, I was disappointed in the cleanliness in the room, I booked that location because it was supposed to be a clean room based off reviews.

Being on a bereavement trip, we were pleased to be able to check in early. Amy, the GM was friendly and accommodating. The room was an odd configuration- the bed was not in the usual place and the night table fit tightly on the wall side, with the drawer facing the mattress and was inoperable being it was faced the wrong way. The bed should have been on the left wall and facing the TV. The over-sized couch should not be blocking the window and took up too much space in the room. There was no microwave and the refrigerator did not work. There was only one bath towel each and no hand or wash cloth for the second person. No carpet and floor was sticky in spots. No complimentary breakfast- only food for purchase in the lobby with limited hours of service. Do not recommend- there are many other properties with better amenities, for a much better price.

Room was modernand roomy. The floor infront of the mini fridge was sticky. PRO: - Modern - Clean - Easy - Roomy - Has blackout curtains CON: - AC unit was very loud - Can hear footsteps/noise from upper floor and outside courtyard - Fridge was not cold Our stay there was overall pleasant, only real complaint is likely noise but i guess thats why they included ear plugs.

We booked a room with a king sized bed BUT, when we got there they said the king rooms were all sold out. I booked ahead so, I don’t understand why they would sell out! There were kids above us stomping around and we couldn’t sleep.

Although it’s a 3 star and eco friendly, the Courtyard line could really make a stay worthwhile if they would do two things. Invest in better mattresses (the mattress was SO uncomfortable, so hard to sleep on for two nights and the pillows as well!). Second is use warm tone LED lights. You can still be eco friendly but the lighting was so harsh and felt clinical. Staff was super nice but can’t say I would stay here again

Dominique at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of my family. Her service alone saved our stay- we booked a room through hotels.com for 5 people, and to our understanding, we would be staying in a room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. This was not the case. Hotels.com did not properly list the accomodations at this property. As a result, the hotel staff was left to pick up the pieces. Fortunately, we were lucky and the outstanding staff and management quickly accommodated our needs. Super impressed with this team and will return solely because of the customer service we received! Will not be booking through hotels.com again....

The staff isn’t friendly at all. When I checked in I wasn’t explained any of the amenities. Barely mentioned where the elevator was. Checking out was worse. The woman didn’t even greet me. Didn’t ask how was my stay. Said maybe a few words to me only because I didn’t know my room number. I’ve stayed at various hotels this was the rudest interaction with the front desk on both occasions. The only thing I appreciated was the early check in availability. Room above us was so loud barely got any peace while being in the room. The trip was for my son’s graduation that really was a damper on our trip.

Fire alarm goes off between 5-530 am. No one at front desk. Never showed up. We checked open offices and called 911. Front desk person NEVER showed up. Finally firemen said ok to return to rooms. In the morning front desk said he was checking the building and did not consider all the people. Door from park of the building locked to exit. After banging on door someone opened so we could exit the building.

We arrived after check in time and their room is not ready. They had to find something different. There is a table very dirty. We ends up cleaning ourself since we were too tired to ask them to change room. I wished I took a picture. Then the noisy level is pretty high and I can heard every step above. But of course I am a light sleeper. Then they told us 12pm check out. But the next day they rushed us saying it is 11am check out. The receptionist is rude and claim there is no one in charge in the hotel on Sunday. So I left my phone number to have them call me on Monday. But no one called me. I think overall bad management.

Freeway close. Huge parking lot. Close to stores. Lobby and cafe very nice. Well furnished. Room very nice but a microwave would've been good. Front check in staff need more training on meeting customers needs and the idea if its not where it shoukd beI will get it for you presently. Meeting guests needs leave them delighted. Thats the goal in hospitality. Six persons standing behind counter one other customer and seemed put off bothered we needed a bell cart. There were none. The staff just pointed no eye contact no over and above. The message received was Im bothered hurry and go look. Otherwise all was very good.

The people that work here are so friendly and have met every need! We had a long stay so it was nice to have such an accommodating staff. Beds are comfy, it’s clean. Conveniently located by Walmart, Starbucks and lots of places to eat on Madison Ave. we haven’t eaten here so I can’t report on that. Overall very nice!

Nice, clean, comfortable. The facility is in great shape except the carpet. I think all hotels need to get away from carpet, especially if they are pet friendly! The noise levels were pretty crazy as the walls are super thin here. No free breakfast and the Starbucks in the lobby was not great. In-room coffee is basically brownish hot water. For the money, I would expect a good cup of coffee and at least some free continental breakfast options.

This hotel is very nice looking, pretty clean and not very old. It is sort of remotely located but the walls are paper thin and the noises you hear are ridiculous. I was awakened multiple time during the night and early morning with load noises, conversations in the hallways, thuds, things being dragged across the floor above me, alarms from the rooms near us and doors slamming. This hotel costs more than most hotels at this level and yet offers no free breakfast and the in-room coffee is disgustingly weak.

The room was falling apart. The floor boards were bent and sticking out in the kitchen and one of the dressers. The sheets had tiny hairs on them and one handle on the nightstand was half off with a sharp screw sticking out. There was no toilet paper and the rooftop bar was closed “for construction” which was the whole reason we decided to stay there. They should mention that because it’s honestly the only allure to that hotel. The staff was very nice and friendly but the hotel itself was falling apart and a disappointment.

My experience was great. The location of the hotel, cleanliness, friendly staff, helpful staff and everything was very accessible. The few things i disliked about my stay is that when i first got to my room i had a few electrical problems but they were fixed within a couple hours. Also i went down for breakfast but the food area was understaffed and the employee told me that because she doesn’t have helped she’s not going to go to the back to cook anything so i just ordered a coffee and it was absolutely disgusting! Also my room didn’t have a microwave and i always had to go down stairs to the lobby to warm up my food.
