The room was nice. But the pool was broken which was very disappointing. Our whole reason for staying 2 nights was so that our 3 kids could swim and enjoy a weekend away and we ended up being stuck in the room. The only reason we knew the pool was broke was because we over heard the person in front of us checking in say it was broken when we checked in nothing was said until we asked about it. Just disappointing to spend the money we did and not get to enjoy the hotel

We liked the room. It was very spacious. Very clean and everything works. Very quite and the front desk associate was very friendly. Pool didnt look very inviting but everything else was great! Didnt hear anybody getting shot and didnt hear any sirens.

It would have been nice if we were informed ahead of time that the pool was closed. Breakfast was kind of limited and not replenished as needed. The lady at the front desk who checked us in Monday night 3/27 was pleasant and friendly.

Great location! Quiet hotel with comfortable beds. It seems recently renovated and is cute. The breakfast was adequate. The biggest drawback was that the hotel is sorely understaffed. One worker was taking care of huge breakfast crowds (teen baseball teams were staying at the hotel). No housekeeping unless requested. The pool seemed old with stagnant water so that was disappointing. We would stay again knowing the limitations though. The staff we did encounter was very friendly and nice - just need more!!!

This is my 5th stay at this hotel. I love this hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The only complaint I have is the pool. It looks filthy every time we’ve stayed there. I’ve mentioned it to the staff and was told the pool liner is stained but actually clean. This is a nice hotel so why not do something about the pool? I’ve never seen anyone swimming in it either.

We were on the first floor and our room was infested with ants. I have multiple bites on my body and itched all night, same with my daughter. We had to throw away most of our food that we had on the counter. We couldn’t even have drinks out without ants coming at them. I didn’t mention it to staff because there was also dead ants in the corners by the table and especially in the bathroom so it seems like they know. The rooms aren’t the cleanest. Spots on the sheets, toilet paper pieces on the sleeper sofa, and the floors/tables were sticky. The pool is small and freezing. Coffee wasn’t available in the lobby 24/7 as advertised and that’s a huge thing when I stay places. The coffee in the room doesn’t taste the same. The breakfast is ok but they need to offer fresh fruit besides apples. The staff was very nice and I would stay again if they could fix that ant issue.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Katrina was fantastic. She really made the stay extra enjoyable. The only thing I could say in contrast to my experience, was the pool was bit dingy. Considering there were multiple sports tournaments in town, and the pool took on an extra load usage, it wasn't terrible

Traveling and only stayed one night. Spacious room - clean and quiet. The only complaint was when we walked into the room, it wreaked of cigarette smoke. It was reported to the front desk, so we won’t be charged a fee. Other than that this is a place I would stay again.

For the amount we paid for one nights stay I was disappointed with the shabbiness of the hotel. The sheets were thin and worn out, bedding was old, decor outdated and breakfast not good. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again. The walls are also super thin..could hear my neighbors sneeze.

Stayed here last year and it was very nice. This year everything seemed a little run down. Our tv didn’t work (everything was blue), no soap in the dispenser and the time portion of the floor was super sticky. Having said that, the front desk staff was lovely!

The overall was not bad. The check in was very long as they needed a number that was otther than itteniarry number and neither the web nor the expedia app worked. It took a while to get the number and the girl at the check in was very patient and was trying to be helpful.

Cleanliness was on point as always, however upon immediately entering the room, I discovered the toilet was clogged. When i brought this to the attention of the feont desk, they informed me that there was no maintenance on duty and asked if I wanted a plunger (which was what I was going to ask for originally anyways). After several attempts, the clog was not budging and nothing could be done until either the next day or it resolved itself (which it did around 1a that evening). Furthermore, I decided to check out early in the morning (4a), however no staff was present at the front desk, nor was there a designated area to drop off the room keys. As such, i was forced to either leave them on the unattended desk where anyone could grab it, or leave it on the computer behind the desk (which was littered with various items).

Our favorite place to stay for a Notre Dame Game. Heather at the front desk and Katrina a manager are what the hospitality industry is all about and the way it should be. Can’t say enough about these two young women. Professional, personable, knowledgeable, helpful etc. The list goes on and on. Thank you both once again. Jerry and Rose Walsh, Port Saint Lucie, Fl PS We talked about the need to bring back the happy hours the night before the game. I’m sure it will happen. Go Irish!

The breakfast food gets a zero star review. The food was under warming bulbs and was hot and dried out. Did not taste good at all. The front desk staff when we arrived as great. Very friendly and helped us get checked in right away. Definitely a big plus after a long day on the road. We will stay here again, but will skip the breakfast.

Really good location, service at checkin was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a disappointment. Watered down orange juice, no batter for waffels, overly thick oatmeal, no milk. We're still not sure if one of the offerings was a hashbrown or a chicken patty? Overall I would recommend, but have an alternate plan for breakfast.

Overall nice place; breakfast was better here than at most other comparable hotels. The sofa cushions and mattress pad on sofa bed were stained which was a little gross. And there was dog poop on the sidewalk but overall it was nice place.
