Be ready to pay for parking -$22- or park at a meter or three blocks away at Bass Pro. Really enjoyed the trash truck banging the garage dumpsters repeatedly at 2am, the lackluster "sucks to you" attitude when I asked about comping the parking since I am paying to stay there. Also, at least 3-4 blocks away from the main area of Bricktown. I'll do better research next time.

Wasn't aware of the maintenance on the property. Chose the property because we needed access to a 24 hour gym in the midst of a cross country trip, to and it wasn't available

Lots of renovations in progress. Rolls of carpet everywhere and lots of hammering/tapping for an hour after we checked in.

Location was towards the end of the entertainment district, but still within a mile of everything. No parking on site unless you valet, so that was inconvenient. The free breakfast was good.

Great staff & location. Easy walk to anywhere around Bricktown. The valet was actually pretty easy to use. You just pay the $22 a night and can come and go as you need to. You just request your car through a text link and it is up front within 5 mins. Only extra added expense is tipping the valet when they bring you the car-which I always wanted to do bc they were great people- always helping with bags or random questions I had about the area. The facility had construction ongoing somewhere bc there were rolls of carpet in the lobby bar, dust all over the rolling blocks outside the elevators, ice machines were broken on the 4th & 5th floor, and a pretty gross surprise “clean towel”. Otherwise the front lobby was clean, beds comfortable, lots of police presence around the area so we felt safe until the Saturday night shooting—which we were able to watch the police chase from our window—I feel guilty for saying it but it was actually entertaining since the police were all over it and caught the guy. I would consider staying here again but not deserving of 5 stars for the reasons above

It was nice there was a remodel happening while we were there which was fine. There was valet parking you have to pay $20 to get it it is mandatory. I loved the shower it was very relaxing and the shampoo, conditioner and soap smelled so good. I would stay here again.

The parking was not free as advertised in. I paused 22$ per night. I was shocked bye paid to park when I arrived sad!!!

Very clean! Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly . The breakfast line was congested maybe moving the waffle maker to a separate area but other then that the stay was amazing! Walking distance to everything. We will be staying here again next time we visit.

I will be sure we reserve a room with a better view next time, as this enhances the experience for our 8-year-old. The pool area was nice and clean, and the free breakfast was decent, plus so close to Bricktown and many eatery options. Overall we would stay here again.

Love the Hotel it was very pretty. The rooms are very modern and clean. There was graffiti written on the tables in my room which seemed odd. The TV and the mini Fridge also wouldn’t work. When the mini fridge worked it only stayed on for a few hours then turned off. I stay at hotels often and this one was my least favorite. It is an average hotel. I dont think here again unless i’m out at bars. I’d probably just go to Wyndham. If you want a late checkout time this one is amazing at 12pm.

Valet service was excellent. The woman at the front desk was great too! The room smelled like mildew unfortunately. We had to ask for a plunger as soon as we arrived too. The desk glass would shake when we moved so that was annoying. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were pretty pointless and flat. Overall it was alright and good enough for a one night stay. The price point was good too.

Linen was dirty and had several stains and had to be replaced. Staff shortage caused me to have to replace the linen myself. Also there was no parking available I had to park in the grass. They didn’t mention that parking was an extra $20 per night when I booked the room at this hotel otherwise I never would have booked with this hotel. The overall experience was less than what simple accommodations you expect at any hotel. I recommend booking with a different hotel. My wife and I picked this hotel as we were in town for our anniversary and will never stay here again.

Great location if your wanting to enjoy some night life bars, dance clubs, and dining. The property itself is clean and the stafd are great. The surrounding area is very loud and rowdy which could be heard all night. It reminded me of staying near Bourbon Street in NOLA! I would stay here again if my trip was too party and drink however! Very walkable area with alot of variety.

We had to switch rooms 3 times because the A/C units were extremely loud. This happened twice before the 3rd room was fine.

The hotel is nice. I stayed on the 3rd floor. However, because it is near an entertainment district and downtown, it is noisy, and the bed is uncomfortable. If you stay here, I recommend you bring a pair of noise-canceling headphones.

Great stay only issue would be the bathroom door is frosted glass and can't turn on light without disturbing others in room.

Nice new hotel with good access to the highway and Bricktown entertainment area. Only complaints were very low water pressure fr the sink and a/c unit that either blew ice cold air and was loud or room got stuffy quickly. One of the louder units I’ve had lately so bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Free breakfast was nice with hot items and you are forced to do $20 valet parking

Was expecting more given the price, found it comparable with any mid priced travel lodge. No extras in the way of service or amenities. The glass divider rattled loudly every time someone walked by it, which was very annoying. Parking was valet only ($20) or blocks away from the hotel.

Went for a long weekend. While they are remodeling the facilty, we never had housekeeping in our room! It was a guys trip so we didnt need our beds made daily or tons of towels to get by….but We took excess garbage to the large garbage can by the elevator, because it was never emptied. The tv in our room didnt work, and after notifying the front desk no one ever came to look at it, fix it or offer a solution. So we watched tv(sports) in the lobby in the evenings. The breakfast bar and location were the saving graces for this property….hopefully after the remodel its what one would expect!

Valet parking was handy. Justin provided AWESOME service.

Showed up after a delayed flight at 130 AM. Front door was open and there was a note saying “helping customer with door upstairs” I waited about 15 minutes and nobody was around. I walked all 5 floors looking for someone and nobody was around. I then walked around the outside and still nobody. I then walked through all the offices still nobody. After waiting over an hour and walking through every area of the hotel. I went behind the desk to see if I could make my own key. I was unable to do this and ended up sleeping on a couch in the front lobby. The front office staff then showed up through the front door at 3 am almost an hour and half after I arrived. The next morning I told the front office staff I would like a free night on my way back a few days later and they apologized and said the manager would be reaching out to me. It’s been over a week and nobody has reached out to me.

No parking lot. A third party owns the only parking lot, and it is $20/day to park there. The closest parking lot is at Bass Pro, which is 1/4 mile away. We had NO prior knowledge of this before arriving at the destination. This is now something I will research in the future. We were placed in a room next to the laundry chute. It was loud. We did not sleep. We were moved to another room for the second night. Despite this, neither of us could sleep - we packed up and left at 4:30 a.m. Something was off there. There is also NO coffee in the lobby area, kept fresh throughout the day. This is standard in many other hotels. Not this one. Don't expect good coffee in the room, either. My husband spoke to the girl at the front desk regarding our room being near the laundry chute and no coffee, and the parking situation. She became combative, which did not go over well. Later, when she knew he was not in our room because she had seen him go outside, she called me! She wanted to know why he was being like that with her and that she had had a bad day, etc. I was shocked. I told her not to take things personally and that that was all I had to share with her. The fact that she called the WIFE to talk about her feelings was highly unprofessional. Professionalism is not getting combative with a customer when they express concern and frustration at the front desk.

2 issues: (1) my toilet was not working. Had to have the front desk guy come up to fix it both nights. They were supposed to fix it while I was out on Thursday, but it was not done. I emailed the hotel through hotels.com and never got a response. (2) When I checked in I was told that parking was valet only. I walked to a free lot a block away and across from a busy street. I was later told that I was free to park myself. I don't mind paying, but don't like waiting for a valet, and was given inconsistent info on thos.

In town for a Megan Maroney concert and we walked across the street to venue! McDonald’s and Bass Pro Shop in walking distance as well as Bricktown. Would highly recommend! Good customer service and breakfast was good as well!

Bricktown area very nice. Good restaurants. Near to hotel. Trolley stop to area attractions nearby.

In OKC for medical procedure. Location was perfect for access to OU medical center and within easy walking distance of restaurants in Bricktown area.

The hotel itself was nice. However, the only parking lot, was right next door to the hotel, but was $20 a day. So you pay to stay in the hotel, yet you have pay to park to stay there? We ended up parking a couple of blocks away and only paid $8. They advertise for a bar inside the hotel, but on a Saturday night, the bar was not open.

Front Desk Ladies were wonderful at check-in and our room was perfect! Clean and Comfortable. Parking was rough and so was the breakfast. Maybe more time to eat on weekends. Went down at 9:15 and had not a lot of choice. Got a banana.

Hotel was very clean. Front desk lady wasn’t the friendliest during check-in. There is only valet parking for $22/day or park in the street. The star of the show was Michelle, she was in charge of the breakfast area. Michelle was on top of everything and super friendly. Breakfast was the best I have had a hotel.
