Beautiful hotel, comfortable room ans beds. Abundant choices at complimentary breakfast, including of gluten free food. I felt very safe both at the hotel and also walking to night markets alone at night. Lovely swimming pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Main road is noisey and heard from in room. Air conditioner fairly quiet but louder than my other accomodations in Bali. My room's toilet made a strange water leaking noise. By the pool there are sun lounger chairs however not enough as each time I went down by the pool there was not any available for me to use.

I asked for coffee I. My room and they only gave me one sachet. The cups are so small I don’t eat rice for breakfast. I never want to see rice again. Fruit was good but watermelon was hit and miss. They don’t refund for anything. The day spa was terrible worst massage ever. And three times the price. I won’t go back to bali

Nothing to complain about the Hotel. Excellent room spacious with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is long and narrow between the two buildings . At one end of the pool is the breakfast area . So no pool bar . The breakfast is very good .Buffet . and plentiful. Everywhere is clean and tidy . Staff are very nice and friendly . Downside is the location. On a busy main road . Separate island down the centre so you'd have to circle around if driving to the markets. Pavements are typical Indonesian up and down broken in places . Cars parked very close or on the pavements .It's quite a walk to the markets shops and bars/restaurants . Large variety of places to eat / massage parlours and the usual stalls selling their wares . Closer to the port if you want to take any of the tours . There 's a large fashion mall somewhat central . Not close to the beach . The beaches all have sun loungers / towels for rental . Nice enough beach but alot of seaweed( better than the rubbish strewn beach of Kuta ) . If you want to be near or next to the beach there are several villas to choose from. Good location . Not dangerous . Just be ready to walk a lot

Lovely hotel but did not enjoy hearing the neighbours next door at night, with their TV up loud until midnight. The walk to the shops like Icon mall, in the heat, I did not enjoy. Otherwise it was a great hotel. Comfortable beds, pillow, and chair to sit on. Value for money. Pool is large and very shallow.

Room with pool view was lovely. Very quiet area. Rooms really large and beds were so comfy. I could not fault this hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. Only thing is that there were restaurants across road and you could not access them across the busy hiway. These restaurants should have service from Grand Palace to their restaurants. Could not order taxi for 200 m ride. It would benefit these restaurants as they were really good.

Hotellet ligger ud til en af de største veje på Bali, men hvis man bestiller værelse med udsigt til pool, så mærker man det ikke. Værelset er dejlig stort, sengen er behagelig og altanen absolut brugbar. Aircon støjer og køleskab støjer noget, men det vænner man sig til. Poolen var fin, men selve poolområdet faldt ikke lige i vores smag, og stranden var tæt på. Det samme var butikker og restauranter, og en god lang strandpromenade. Det eneste minus for os var kvaliteten af morgenmaden og især kaffen - det var skuffende, og vi valgte at spise morgenmad andre steder halvdelen af dagene. Samlet set er hotellet godkendt, men jeg ville fravælge morgenmaden en anden gang.

During our stay around Independence Day, it was lovely to see the staff practicing a song together — such a nice team spirit! The breakfast is simple and has not much variety. Although located in the main road through Sanur, we could not hear the traffic particularly in our room which has been the most peaceful sleep in our 2 week trip to Bali. Located near the beach but could probably advertise that more. The restaurant staff were mostly trainees and were slow to bring anything asked for eg. poached eggs took 25 minutes and a latte took 15 minutes!

The hotel is pretty nice. The kitchen/ breakfast stuff is slow and never delivers to the right table or in timely manner. Do not use any credit cards with them for deposit when checking in. It’s hard to get it back. They say they will contact the bank, but there is no proof that they will do it, so you have to trust them. Overall, it’s cheap because it’s next to a very busy road where you really don’t want to walk.

This is a beautiful hotel that is only 5 years old. The rooms are lovely and staff are wonderful however, it is on a very busy 4 lane road with virtually no way to get across the street unless you take their shuttle. We did walk to the corner store but sidewalks are not really safe and you certainly wouldn't want to do it in the dark. They do have a shuttle to the beach but you have to make your own way back. It did not seem busy at this hotel so we had the pool to ourselves when we used it and the restaurant was very quiet too. I liked everything except location

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, möchte man Richtung Strand laufen muss man erst ca 100 Meter an der stark befahrenen Straße lang laufen. Leider hat das Hotel keine Möglichkeit hinten rauszugehen was viel einfacher und nicht so gefährlich wäre.

Nice hotel in good condition, great helpful and respectful staff. Lovely pool and restaurant with quality food at reasonable prices. A 20 minute walk to beach area and long seawalk. The only negative is the surrounding area, which has very poor to non-existent sidewalks on a very busy, scruffy street.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, es wurde immer nachgelegt. Wir haben spontan gebucht, da unsere Planung durch die heftigen Regenfälle nicht durchführbar war. Waren positiv überrascht, auch wenn es schon ein großer "Klotz" ist Schön wäre es, wenn das Hotel nach hinten oder zur Seite einen Ein- bzw. Ausgang hätte. Der Weg an der Hauptstr. entlang ist weder schön noch ubgefährlich.

Buffet was pretty basic and regularly running out of items. 10-15min walk to beach and restaurants. Not a safe walk along a very busy main road. We had a pool access room but there was no step on rails to get in or out of the pool. We are in our mid 50s and I have a damaged leg so not practical at all if you have any restrictions

It was so noisy and food wasn’t good so I didn’t enjoy it, I don’t recommend it to anyone at least don’t pay for breakfast it’s gross but the stuff was nice and kind
