The staff were awesome but the hotel itself was a mess, the elevator didn’t work so we had to go climb flights of stairs the whole weekend. The hallways smelled like animal urine & I let the front desk know but nothing was done. The hot water in the shower didn’t work we had to take cold showers. The side doors of the hotel were always propped open with rocks so anyone could walk in without a room key.

We had a severe storm which knocked out our power with the temperature near 100 so we booked 2 rooms through expedia. When we arribed at the hotel, the only employee said she wouldnt honor our reservation beacuse the ele ator didnt work and the electric key cards didnt work and she wasnt walking to let everyone in their room by herself. Now Im fighting to get my money back and had to file a claim. Terrible!!! Never go here

it had a horrible smell to the room, i told front desk they offered me a mop and bucket, i told them im not mopping the floors,a rag and cleaning supplies was offered to me to clean myself. no cooking utensils or pans for the full kitchen that they offer. overall i will never return

Although there was a freezer, there were no ice trays or ice machine available. Additionally there were no disposable cups. The pillows were very thin and unsupportive requiring g extra pillows to be provided. We also had to wait several minutes upon arrival to even see the front desk manager check us in. No front attendant was present for nearly 20 minutes and no way to notify them of our presence.

The property was a nightmare. From loud doors slamming all night. Dirty stains on the bed linen. I asked could they be changed, the front desk told me I needed to bring my dirty towels that I had bled and already on the floor to walk on -due to no house shakes or socks. That is the most insane not most but extremely uncompromising when I paid my money and then have to bring my own towels and sheets through the entire hotel outside and in front of other people. Terrible service but you get what you pay for. I do not recommend for a higher quality of standards do not book. Only last resort if you MUST.

Saw the reviews online and never believed until I had the very same experience. Booked the room but checked in late due to my trip delay. The night shift front receptionist informed me that I had the privilege to check the room before my actual check in. First of all, their elevator wasn’t working and I had to struggle with my items to the third floor. The staircases looked like a place where drug addicts resides. Upon checking the rooms, they were stink and in a deplorable nasty condition. One of the rooms weren’t cleaned, it remained just the very same as how the guest left it, (I have video proof) I’ve checked three rooms and there was only one that was far from being partially clean. The refrigerator door was falling off, dirty microwave and bathtub, window was unable to open because the lock was missing. Bed sheet and mattress were extremely stained and dirty (luckily I took my own disposable linens). Blinds full of dirt and the bathroom tub and sink was clogged with dirt and hair which stops the flow of water. The stove was left greasy and dirty and the trash bins as well. I was unable to prepare a meal and eat for the entire afternoon due to the nasty environment. I went ahead and purchased my own cleaning products and cleaned the room from top to bottom. Reported the matter to front desk but they careless about the condition, they’re about the money. I checked out early and demanded a refund which remains futile. It’s extremely gross, it’s not worth your money.

I didn’t know that or what an “extended stay” hotel was until I checked in. It was not listed here as one on this site unless I missed it. The check-in process was not as smooth as what I expected. The system to pay kept going in and out. I was given a key to a room that I had to view first “to make sure it was good” before getting an official room. I thought that was sketchy enough. When I went into the room, there were no silverware/cups/plates for the kitchen, the pillows were without pillow cases (one of the pillows were at the bottom of the bed), there were limited bathroom accessories, and the towels were stained. I was able to request additional items for the room to make it more comfortable and hospitable as I was hesitant to check out the other rooms offered to me. The hallways smelled like the food in everyone’s room and the elevator was broken. Thankfully it was fixed during our stay. Despite the major issues, the room was spacious, bed was comfortable, the AC was great, front desk rep was accommodating despite my complaints, and the location was convenient for food, gas, and other needs. I will not be staying at this hotel (really motel) suite again, however, it made due for one night, and other guests looked like they were used to this type of service/standard. Please consider my review as a way to improve on customer service, cleanliness, quality of the rooms, and clarity of the type of hotel this is on 3rd party sites. Thank you, An Unsatisfied Guest

We only stayed 1 night but the elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. We had to move to the 4th floor because there was no air conditioning on the 3rd. The beds were very hard and not very comfortable. The bathrooms and sheets were clean. The entire hallway smelled like weed on every floor and our bathroom smelled like cigarettes all night and morning from the people below us. They were also smoking other things that you could smell. When leaving in the morning I walked out the front door with my son and there was a guy sitting right by the entrance smoking a joint! However, the staff was very nice and friendly and the outside of the building was nice. Very deceiving!

2 things about this place bothered me the shower didnt work you could only take a bath i didnt feel like switching rooms so i just got some cleaning supplies and took a bath but the other thing is it has a kitchen but comes with no plates cups utensils or cookware ive never been to a place that had a kitchen that didnt even at least provide a plate and utensils. But!!! the staff!!!! 10/10!!!! Amazing from the front desk to the housekeepers very friendly and very helpful

I already had plans on staying until 2am but the customer service experience was horrible and I’m in the customer service business so we the stay was very short. My husband and I got there on Mother’s Day night well and it the desk attended was leaving no break signs she ask us what we needed we said a room she then replied did we have reservations while walking away from us(rude) we replied no she then said well I don’t have no rooms and walked off. I then went on Expedia as I always do and what do you know a room was available so I reserved it. This took no more than 2 minutes the desk attendant was no where in sight. We waited for approximately 30 minutes only for her to return with a attitude. She said I don’t know why y’all reserved after I told y’all I didn’t have no room. I then went back and forth with her because she wakes to McDonald’s while leaving guess unattended it’s was unprofessional and rude. We didn’t get a key card she didn’t know the code so she had to let us in our room. I stayed for 1 hour and 42 minutes I couldn’t wait to leave. I also reached out to Expedia they really couldn’t help with my refund due to policy but trust and believe I won’t be booking with this hotel AGAIN!!!!

Hotel Had potential but seems like owners letting it run down! In rooms, No blowdryer, no iron, no ice machines, no garbage in the bathroom, had no remote to work the tv. Odor in the hallways with stained carpet. Elevator was out of service for the whole weekend (and was on the 4th floor). Room was spacious though. Location was good! Has potential with upkeep and Renovations.

Though the property was conveniently located near shopping and dining options, we were disappointed to find that the elevator was out. The rooms could use some upgrades to the appliances, countertops and window treatments. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The outside of the building was nice. The rooms were awful!!! The floors were dirty; the remote was broken, the internet was not working, and lots of sketchy people were just hanging around outside. The one good thing about the stay was the front desk staff. They were very cordial and accommodating (the best they could be with the conditions). Would not stay in this particular hotel again.

There's no pots, pans, or utensils provided. You have to empty your own trash and change the linens. The comforter is a thin blanket and the mattress was terrible. The elevators were broken and it's noisy late at night. If you have a limited budget, it's serviceable for an extended stay with a kitchenette, and the staff was very helpful.

I booked this hotel for the amenities listed; jetted tub and kitchen use. Upon arriving, the clerk informed me that there are no tubs (not just available but they do not have the tubs). With this information and watching teenagers play soccer in the main hallway.. I left the hotel and booked elsewhere. The clerk was very helpful in trying to help me find another hotel.

It's been a good stay and a kitchen in my particular unit has been great. Eating out every night is just not financially feasible, so making our own meals has saved us money. The staff have all been friendly and the hotel is quite, nothing shady goes on at all.

They say to ask for blow dryer- they have none. TVs are cracked don’t work, killed two beetles in our room, no coffee makers, no cookware or utensils like it says, do not supply shampoo or conditioner, no breakfast is included. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
