Casitas Miramar Puerto Vallarta Malecón

The property is located on a very convenient area, walkable to malecon but there is construction going on, and it’s very loud. It starts early in the morning so it’s hard to sleep after 7 am and if you are an afternoon nap person like me, you would have a very hard time. Secondly, we had the brekfast included option and all they serve you is bread and fruit and call it a continental brekfast. It’s a good property overall but our experience wasn’t that great.

Esta anunciado como con parking y tuvimos que pagar $700 por un parking publico. La calle no tiene banqueta en partes y tiene dificil acceso. Muy mal hubicada y no es un hotel, es una casa.

We didn’t find out till later that they have a large water dispenser to use if you’re going to get a large 5 Gallon water jug. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars were for controllable things. It was a bit loud due to construction next door, but that’s not under their control. However, the construction and renovation right above our unit was and it was pretty loud when trying to sleep in. Another item was the roof was leaking due to rain and the construction and the first time the owner/contact was very be try fast to respond and even offered to move us to another room. The leak wasn’t in the bedrooms so we declined and the fixed it promptly, that was great! However, the construction above us created a new leak in a bedroom a couple days later. As this was in a bedroom, I reached out and never got a response about it. Contacted them at 5:30pm and We had to let the staff know in the morning as there was still no response. (They didn’t even look at my message until the day before I left) Definitely would’ve have given 5 Stars because it’s a great property at a great price, but the noise and lack of communication brought it down a bit.

I really enjoy the place nice and clean. The only thing was parking if your lucky you could right in front of the entrance, The rooms are roomy and the staff are very nice, for a fee they do your laundry no need to go some where else..

Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are clean, kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies and plates/dishes. Staff was super nice and the breakfast upstairs was a nice touch overlooking the bay. Would def stay again.

My staying here was awesome. I love the accomodation more than I thought. Especially the view on the rooftop was stunning. I had breakfast with that view and sunshine.. feels really good..even in the evening. And the staffs were so kind.. I really appreciate their kindness. Thank you!!

D was a really beautiful modern studio with a full wall of glass looking out on a patio. The upstairs patio is lovely with an ocean view and a place to make and or drink your coffee every day.

The location was a little bit in question because you had to like walk up a hill to the hotel. Location was a little bit scary. The breakfast was basically coffee fruit and yogurt could be with more better with eggs.

Beautiful rooftop deck and rooms were useful and comfortable. We just didn’t realize there was constructions upstairs during the day, the continental breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30(a bit late if you want to start your day earlier, no pool on site and make sure to contact them early if you’re arriving outside the check in hours since no-one is onsite all the time. Otherwise was very happy to have our own kitchen facilities.

Construction noise and falling materials from project next door. They did not break for siesta. Jackhammers and metal cutting 20 feet from our patio? 8-6. I wouldn't stay there until that highrise is complete. Host did not care. Definitely not worth the price.

Construction next door was very loud and not relaxing. Unable to use the facility’s due to the constant noise and dust The only peaceful day is on Sundays other than that construction from 8 am to 6pm all other days of the week. There was no mention from the listing that this was an issue as we would have not booked for two weeks. The room itself was good and clean but all the good was taken over by the construction next door with no end in site

Clean and thoughtfully equipped property! I'll definitely return, hopefully the next door construction will be complete soon because the daytime noise and dust is not ideal.

room smelled A LOT like paint when I arrived. I messaged and no one responded. Location is OK. I think you can find better places for the same price. PV has a ton of places. It was not a bad place just smelled really bad of paint. It was nothing to write home about. Very modest place. It was close to the Malecon but a few blocks into the more modest areas. It was a bit $ much for what it was in my opinion.

We stayed there for 4 nights & 5 days, it is an Airbnb property and when we stayed there, there was a construction which was going on, which was a put off since we did not know about that and this property is nonrefundable. Hence we had to stay there because we booked it. It is a continental breakfast included while you were staying there - tea, coffee, milk, cream, fresh fruits, cereals, granola, bread & jam. Their email address does not work, it is only their phone number which works for WhatsApp calling & messages (‪+52 322 728 9537‬). I had requested for early check-in and early to check out because of my flight timings & they were kind enough to do so. There are total of four rooms named in alphabetical order, but we stayed in the first room called as A (Amapola), the room was more like a two bed two bath apartment type of suite, but we used only one room which was a master bedroom as we needed the bathroom attached to the room. The property was well equipped with basic room, amenities & kitchen amenities with the exception of commodities. On my first day of staying, I had found a gecko near to the jam jars, I took a recording and sent the same to the same WhatsApp number, this photo of my husband and me and because of this we did not go back to eat for breakfast. There is one housekeeping lady who is available from 9 AM to 2 PM. So if anything is needed on the same, WhatsApp number it has to be contacted prior to arrival so that necessities can be done accordingly.

TV didnt work properly and wifi is really spotty. Bugs in the place. I think with a little attention to detail this place would be amazing

Our apartment was huge and lovely. Truly like living in a Mexican family home. Staff was wonderful too.

It was loud, but we really spent so mich time away doing activities that it didnot bother us that much. The breakfast could use some more variety, and the coffee could be a bit stronger. However, overall we are very happy we chose this jem of spot. The room was perfect.

Potential customers should be aware, room B is on the ground floor in the front of the building on street level right next to the main entrance. The bed is on the same wall as the main entry corridor, which is really loud. Also, being right on the street you hear all the noises outside. When we were there it was surprisingly loud all night long, with people walking and playing music on the sidewalk right by our room. The entry door (from the corridor) to room B is glass, with glass windows on each side and above. There aren't any curtains, so light from the corridor comes into the room all night. We brought up our concerns and asked to be moved, but received a message there weren't any other rooms available. We never saw any other guests, and breakfast in the morning was empty of other people. There isn't a front desk, so all communication with the hotel is through Whatsapp. After our initial request to move, the hotel ghosted both us and the hotels.com representative. We never heard from them or saw them again. Alsp, a new multi-story building is under construction next door, so it's really loud with construction noise during the day and there's no vehicle access. Overall, it was an extremely uncomfortable and disappointing experience, and I do not recommend staying here.

Es un lugar cómodo y agradable para llegar, descansar y disfrutarlo, se nos atendió super bien, en la limpieza y desayuno 10/10 En cuanto a comunicación tomen en cuenta que solo te atienden de Lunes a Viernes y en cierto horario por lo que se nos complico un poco 6/10 El wifi nunca funciono y si se reporto pero se ignoro el mensaje 0/10 El acceso, la cercanía al centro y para moverte a pie y en transporte esta super 10/10 La chica de limpieza siempre fue amable con ella nos comunicamos mejor que con el contacto de WhatsApp 10/10

My car was parked close to Casa Miramar. Construction workers managed to slop cement all over one side of my car! I still haven't been able to remove it all. Also, check-in: The reception was chilly because I arrived after 2 (but before 3.) There were no explanations about the 6 remotes that were in my room. I slept with no air & sparse lighting.

Not far from Conchas Chinas where I was to meet a group for retreat. Near Romantic zone and walkable. I appreciated the rooftop and Uber eats delivery. Easy in and easy out. I would stay here again.

La primera impresión al llegar, la calle no se ve segura, pero al entrar a la casa es un lugar muy agradable, reducido de espacio pero bien distribuida, muy llena de plantas super linda la casa 😊, consideren espacio para cochera

This property is great with easy access to both the boardwalk and access to some stores and restaurants that don’t feel touristy.

Respecto a la atencion lo recomendaría mucho, únicamente que el desayuno que ofrecen nada tiene que ver con lo que en relidad te dan, solo nos picaron fruta, pan integral, mermelada y cafe, supieetamente era desayuno continental, pues en ningum dia nos dieron el plato fuerte (huevo y frijol o huevitos con jamon, etc.).
