No parking other than valet on property. There is street parking but you have to walk. No free breakfast. Internet was horrible but I think it was the room location also. Basically it’s great if you don’t have a car, don’t need the internet and don’t want to have breakfast.

Front desk staff was great at check-in. In and Out valet service worked well. They had our car ready by the time we got downstairs - honestly less than 5 minutes. The room and bathroom were very clean! The bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to eat a short drive or walk from the hotel. The only con was getting stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. The elevator adjusted itself and let us go! We walked up and down the 6 flights the rest of the time - we were just too chicken to try it again. The person in guest services was very kind when I called to report it. He apologized right away and asked if we were OK. All in all a good stay. We will stay here again.

Room had a funny smell and dont bother adding the breakfast on. Its a complete rip off, they charge you 30 dollars for either a bowl of lumpy, watery oatmeal or a breakfast sandwich on a hamburger roll with a coffee. Not even a choice of a substitution if youre not a coffee drinker. They did have a nice area out back to relax in. Overpriced for what you actually get.

Very nice place, only bad thing is parking is over $40.00 per night. But then again it's in Queens. I did park on the side street for free. Rooms are very nice. Great location.

Altogether, the facility was clean and inviting. There was only one working elevator out of two, which made for long waiting times. The heating component in our room could not be turned up or it would bang, sounding like an engine about to explode. The customer service was great. There w weren't many close food options near by. We did manage to find an Applebees about 4 blocks or so. All in all, it served the purpose for the overnight stay.

Clean nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and very clean. Stocked well with all necessity. Convenient to buses and shopping. Very walkable. Parking should be included. We found close street parking.

I wish this would allow me to upload a picture I took. When we opened the door to our room a large, maybe 3-4 inch cockroach was climbing around the table by our tv. We had just gotten in after two hotels closing and canceling our reservations and never telling us and all the surrounding hotels were booked. This was the only hotel that had an opening and it was about 45 min away from jfk (not 6 miles as advertised). Now I see why. They have an infestation of cockroaches. Also, it cost us $60 plus tip to get a taxi to the airport and back from this hotel- our previously booked hotels has free airport shuttles- just to give you a sense of what you are getting with this hotel.

It was a good stay however the sink in my bathroom would not drain when I first got to my room. I called the front desk and they told me they would send someone to fix it but never did. I was not able to use the sink the entire day

I didn’t like how there was a leak underneath the sink and one of the light by the bed didn’t have a cover. For the price I paid, I feel like it could have been fix. Overall, it was not to bad of a stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, but was not ready upon arrival. The front desk told us it would be about 20 minutes and he would come get us in the lounge when it was. After 45 minutes I went back to the desk to check and it was ready, but no one over told us. I was not prepared to pay for a valet service, but did, because I didn’t know where else to park. Be prepared ahead of time Most staff was friendly but not very informative. We did not have breakfast because we didn’t know where it was located. We visited the bistro and paid for our breakfast

For a business hotel that serves the principal needs of a business traveler, this establishment checks all the boxes. Obviously, if you are looking for fancy dining and that kind of stuff, this won't suit you. But if you are looking for a good-value, clean, and well situated facility, this place checks all the boxes. The Q17 and Q30 buses are literally two minutes away at the gas station right outside the doors of the hotel. Both takes you to a subway station about 15 minutes away. Central Manhattan is then a 30 to 40 minutes ride by train. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean, spacious, and modern, as the building is new.

The buses are a block away and they can get you to a train or into the City. Across the highway there is a variety of food. It was convenient and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and present.

The hotel is very nice. Easy to get to by public transportation. Check in and out easily. Room was clean. They offer food but not gourmet. It's convenient if you don't want to walk or order delivery. Only minor issue is the location being close to the highway. It's noisy at different times. But overall a very good stay. Would go again.

Only 14 min to LGA, right on hwy so it can be a bit noisy. Nice and clean, with some restaurants across hwy, about 7min walk.

I'll start with the good. The room was very clean, with newer contemporary furnishings and the expected room amenities like a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, Smart TV, etc. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Now for the not so good. The description on Expedia of this hotel having a restaurant and bar is misleading. We ate at the 'Bistro,' as the hotel calls it, on our first night there and were not at all impressed with the service or the food. We had burgers that tasted more like mystery meat, and I could swear they were cooked in a microwave. The 'bar' had very limited drink options, and the person working there seemed very uninterested in actually working. He pretty much stayed in the back room until he'd hear patrons at the bar. Then he'd come out and unenthusiastically do his job. Add to that, the Bistro only serves breakfast and dinner, and they close earlier than most restaurants. So if you're late-nighters like we sometimes are, just plan on ordering out instead.
