So many food options around. We want to also acknowledge our hardworking security person, Luis, always opened the gates for us with a smile and warmth, and memorized our names right away! The upside is that the staff (Laura and the security) are great--very good communication, too. It's also a great location in the Polanco. The downside is that the apartment is very basic. No heating or A/C, and none of the windows have screens, which means that on a hot evening, you must choose between a stuffy atmosphere, or mosquitos. Also, the refrigerator barely worked, and the wi-fi was spotty. Great location, but we would only stay here again if they upgrade the apartments.

Great location for our needs. Thank you to the property management for providing much needed ear plugs because eve thought quiet time is aftre 10 pm you can hear bathroom activities and small talf from the neighboring units. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

La estancia estuvo muy bien, muy cómoda la ubicacion, el tamaño del departamento esta adecuado, los problemas que le vi es que el cuarto no cuenta con aire acondicionado y si llega a ser un poco caliente para dormir. Cuentan con un ventilador de piso pero seria mejor que la habitacion cuente con a/c…. Igual, se escucha demasiado el ruido de los otros cuarto, si a algún huésped de otro cuarto se le ocurre salir a conversar a su balcón a altas horas de la noche ya estuvo que vas a tener mala noche porque se escucha como que estuvieran hablando en tu cuarto. Pero si te da de buenas y ni un vecino sale a conversar en la noche a su balcón y te toca el clima de la ciudad frío, entonces yo creo que si te la vas a pasar super bien

No hay recepción como tal sino un vigilante que hizo todo su esfuerzo para asignarme la habitación. Nunca recibí ningún código para acceder y fue toda una odisea que el vigilante manejó muy bien, pues hizo varias llamadas hasta que pudieron darme uno y poder acceder, pero estuve esperando bastante en lo que se arregló el problema y eso le quitó bastante el encanto de un lugar tan lindo. Deben mejorar ese punto porque uno no es cliente Airbnb. Las habitaciones están muy bien puestas, todo nuevo, cómodo, y funcional.

Octavio, Naty and Sandy are amazing people and make the stay worthwhile. The actual ULIV brand lacks in other areas and properties, with respect to prompt reservations and personal treatment for regular customers. Mexico 🇲🇽 is always top notch service, but ULIV tries to cut corners and sacrifices in the name of practicality. It’s tailored to other cultures not for Mexicans or Mexico

Laura the Mgr was very accommodating & she spoke English! She provided towels everyday bc she explained that there’s no cleaning service if the stay is less than 6 days but would provide replacement towels when needed. I decided to cut my stay one day shorter and she was fine with it bc I had prepaid through Hotels.com.

Laura… the property manager… very very kind a wonderful human being…..detailed precise. The unit was the cleanest most architecturally compact unit with full utensils and nice large fridge. This location is perfect to all restaurants, shopping malls, including high end Rolex ferrigamo, Gucci types as well as normal stuff. I used Uber everywhere however taxis and buses are easy to get at. I am a foodie as is my wife 10/10 all locations no bs simply wonderful albeit at world prices. Chapultepec park is a one Mile walk. The price to stay at this prime location was very fair. I would stay there again ANY time and hope I can again soon. See photos attached

Everything was great. I don’t know if I’m being self centered but I did ask for an upgrade and I ended up getting a smaller room than I booked my room had a table rather than the built in bench. I called ahead of time but that still wasn’t enough. The pace was pretty empty surprisingly during June. Other than that it was great. The security guards are so sweet and take pride in the service they give. Would I stay here again ?! I don’t know because I was given a smaller room, completely different………… I noticed when I was cleaning my room and the housekeeping was was next to my unit and I stepped in to ask for trash bags and noticed 103 was the room I originally booked and it was so much spacious. So for that I bring everything down to a 5/10 Also I noticed 3 people checked on to that room during my stay. Don’t need to say more if you get me 🙃
