Unfortunately the kitchen is only open till 2. They charge 20$ extra If a friend wants to swim in the pool which is very small. Other than that the rooms are clean and air conditioned so that’s all you really need.

Place felt like home. Breakfast was incredible there, quiet pool area. Just very relaxing and staff is incredible. Luis who runs the bar/pool downstairs was incredible. He’s thoughtful, attentive and just an overall great human being. He made the stay at the hotel that more enjoyable. I’m def going back

Great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Room and hotel was clean, Air Conditioner and wife made it a great place to catch up on work. Staff is great, Saul from front desk helped arrange SJO. Airport to hotel at last minute. Some hotel guests could be noisy late night when they return from partying, was not an issue for me. Food was very healthy and made to order, each breakfast costed just about $10/person was worth it. Hotel swimming pools were clean and well maintained.

The hotel was a little gem, they have a bar/restaraunt which was great but closes at 2pm. We went during rainy season and our room had multiple leaks, they moved us to a new room with no other issues. I think the room was comfy for 2 people, but we had a 3rd person and the makeshift 2nd bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, would probably not rent this again if more than 2 people. And there is a very loud bar next door (with karaoke and a total blast), but very noisy location due to that. Overall the staff are fantastic and friendly, there are cats that frequent the property and were friendly, the location was great, the pool and restaraunt were great. The noise level at night due to the bar was awful, and the beach that is walking distance is dirty, huge waves, multiple bars on the beach that play loud music on the weekend and the nicer more usable beaches were a 30 min drive or so.

We enjoyed our stay because the room was clean & comfortable & the air conditioning worked well. We also enjoyed the large clean, well maintained pool. There was no coffee maker in the room, so we had to go get coffee from the office, but it was very good. The free breakfast was good. On the downside, there is a bar/pub across the street that played very loud music at night until the early morning hours (not sure what time they stopped). However, we had ear plugs, and it didn't affect us too much. I would not recommend the hotel for anyone with kids because they may not be able to utilize ear plugs & the music is VERY loud & goes on for hours. Adults will probably enjoy the hotel for the above as stated & you can walk to the town of Jaco if you so desire. If we were ever in the area again, we would probably stay here again.

Hotel Ibiza was perfect for a stay in Jacó. Near the beach and all the shopping areas, you won’t miss a beat. Also I can’t speak more highly of the staff. They were always so nice and so helpful. I recommend this hotel and I definitely would return!!

Gross, shower wasn’t cleaned. The previous couple peoples soaps were piling up on the window sill which gave me the creeps. Keep in mind I guess I got a suit?? Room was NOT sound proof and just gross. You’ll see

Our stay at Hotel Ibiza in March was excellent. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good, especially the Tico breakfast. Luis our waiter is exceptional. It’s a short walk to the beach. I would recommend Hotel Ibiza to family and friends.

This hotel is an oasis in Jaco. Comfortable, clean, charming with a resident cat (bonus!) and a host of visiting wildlife to entertain us nature lovers. Many conveniences in the room and a variety of coffee drinks at the bar. Location is just off a busy shopping strip. Staff is very helpful and accommodating; we’d stay here again if we ever come back to Jaco.

A nice small hotel in the middle of Jaco. Only a block off the beach, and there’s a nice pool area / pool bar in the center. Nice value with friendly staff. We did have some issues getting the AC to work well, and there’s a big of a noisy bar across the side street. Large rooms and walking distance to a lot of Jaco

Nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms and good value for money. Only negative is room overlooked street and bar, which was very noisy at night. Bar music did not stop until midnight, later on weekends. It would be so much nicer if room had soundproof windows. But overall facility was good and staff excellent.

The hotel is decorated in Greek style and is really lovely. Staff are fantastic about room was actually a suite with a very comfy bed. Great location with beachfront bars for the sunset about 2 mins away

The hotel Location is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Yet what kind we made reservation for Standard one bed Room. It was located above the kitchen in a different entrance from the rest of the hotel and felt like somebody added that section. There was no not much viw and the water from the shower kept dripping in an unconsistent way. The facility is very nice and I guess it an uncomfortable Room. The other rooms looked better. I would recommend to make sure before ordering what kind of room you get.

My room had a magnificent view of the river and nature. However, my windows did not have screen so I couldn't keep my windows open for fresh air.my bed was very clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower. Very helpful and friendly staff. Loved the hotel.

Very disappointed with this hotel. I was charged a deposit for staying here, which is the only place in Jaco that charges a deposit and they only charge you a deposit to try to force the mini bar in your room on you which ain’t needed and the prices for the mini bar were absolutely ridiculous. I was told at check in I would be refunded upon check out and they double charged my card and when I spoke to them about it they gave me a run around and told me to contact my bank and it would take 3 weeks for the refund. My bank has told me numerous times no refund was initiated by them. Very unprofessional on this hotels behalf. I Would never stay here again. Do Not stay here unless you plan on having your funds stolen and not returned. Shame on them for this game that they play.

The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but I encountered a significant issue upon arrival. The staff took a photo of my driver's license using their personal phone, which I found unprofessional and concerning. Additionally, I was presented with a form to sign that included extra fees and information not disclosed during the booking process on Expedia. They also requested my credit card for an additional $100 charge, which I declined, as my stay was already paid in full through Expedia. Despite several phone calls, the front desk was unable to reach the hotel manager for clarification. This lack of transparency in their policies, combined with the use of personal devices to capture sensitive legal documents, made me uncomfortable. While I understand they need to verify identity, using a personal phone for this purpose is inappropriate, especially when I had printed and provided the confirmation documents. Due to these issues, I would not recommend booking with this hotel in the future.

The staff at Hotel Ibiza are absolutely amazing! Very customer oriented and so friendly. We were so appreciative of the service and support provided by Javier and the service provided by Luis. The place is kept very clean and we loved our time there.

The manager started communicating with me through emails on my wants and anything specific. He arranged multiple local trips for us. He was really proactive and courteous at all times. Managers deputy did the same being really helpful. Hotel was clean and well kept. All Amenities was available and clean. Strongly recommend this place to anybody with or without family.

We had no issues checking in. After we got settled we found that our A/C wasn’t working. After informing the people at the front, the kind man came to our room, saw the A/C was clearly broken and got us into a new room asap. He then worked for 2 hours to help us arrange a night walk. He was brilliant. This resort is not on the beach but a short walk to the beach. And Ruis at the bar is fantastic.

This place was right in the center of the Jaco Strip. 1 minute from the beach. If you're looking for clubbing and night live this place is exactly where you want to be. This is not a resort so make sure you don't have those expectations. The staff is nice and the owner is friendly. They gave me a bottle of champagne because it was my birthday.

Unless you are looking to sleep inside a disco with techno music blaring until 2am, don’t stay here. This very basic hotel is near Jaco beach, so the location is good, but parking is TIGHT and the noise level at night is off the charts- and not in a good way! Not for family travel!

The hotel is located on a side street between the main drag and the beach, perfect! Beach and many restaurants are in close walking distance. Our room was on the first floor, with the door going out to the backyard / pool area, perfect! We would stay there again!

It was a lovely visit. Staff treated us well and always with a smile. The bar closes before 6pm so that was a disappointment. Great coffee and breakfast. We did not eat lunch or dinner there. Sunsets on the nearby beach were great.

Lovely hotel in a great location, only downside was the bizarre opening hours of the pool bar and restaurant, which appeared to close at 3pm every day? So alcohol available all morning but not at times when you might actually want to drink it. Odd! But a lovely hotel, would happily stay there again.

Hotel Ibiza was a beautifully setup hotel to make it feel like you have everything you need all in one little area. The Room was clean, well laid-out, and right in front of the pool for a walk-in/walk-out experience. The Hotel had a Greece feel, and was a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The Restaurant was well-priced with many options. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and quick with service. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This little hotel was very clean with friendly staff. I stayed 4 nights and over the weekend. I noticed some other reviews saying the club next door was loud, but it wasnt open any of the nights I stayed. The breakfast that is included was very good. Overall it was a great value for the money.
