Great location, close to Dollywood. Convenient drive if going to Cades Cove, Wears Valley. Older hotel, but has been updated nicely. No housekeeping offered during your stay, but office will provide you with coffee, towels, etc. Pool looked very nice if weather had been warmer. Nice chairs for sitting outside. SE end of the Parkway, away from most of the traffic. Close to everything.

The Pool was Green with Algae and reported it to staff who simply said the pool guy is coming. No closest space. Had to paid for bucket of ice at .25 cents each bucket. Zero Amenities. Surrounding motels advertised for less with free breakfast/ice and their pool appeared to be clear/clean. Parking lot not kept up and parking was limited to location of your room. Expedia needs to have better information on their list of places to stay.

Parking area lighted felt safe. Several fastfood & restraunts near. Comfrotable, clean, coffee pot, microwave, desk, fridge, queen beds. The only minus was no real closet or good place for hang up clothes. Needed another towel rack in shower area.

Newly remodeled. Rooms are decent sized. New furniture, vynal flooring. Outside rooms. Plenty of free parking. Located on extreme south end of the strip. Near Texas roadhouse and Dollywood. Overall a decent place for the low price. Keep in mind you get the clientelle that goes with $45 rooms....doors slamming, people yelling, up at all hours of the night. Overall 7/10.

For $40 a might, this place was excellent. It had some rough spots, but it was modern and clean. No breakfast but we knew that coming in and you can't complain at this price point. Conveniently located next to a gas station, grocery store, and several fast food restaurants. I was also worried about thin walls, but am happy to report that I never noticed any of the other guests.

1. Although booked months in advance, was put in the only room up a concrete walkway and only window to room faced a concrete wall 3 feet away. Cold and dark Motel was EMPTY . We asked to switch rooms which they did. 🙏 2. Dried urine on bed covers from previous guests. I tried to sleep and couldn’t figure out the foul smell at first . Staff did change sheets at 1130 pm at night 3. Floor was so dirty I put towels and sheets on floor so I didn’t have to walk on sticky floor ; mss as king my feet blsck 4. Went go strip the bed to help cleaning crew. Urine and other on mattress cover and cover underneath that . Wow!!! 5. Hair on rim of toilet seat seat. I booked this through Expedia.com package deals. So foul … don’t stay there

The front desk person was extremely rude and Unaccommodating. She made our check in more difficulty then necessary. The next person on duty arrived, took over and had us checked in with in minutes. We usually stay here when i. Town. It used to be cleaner and the staff was amazing. Now... only one person was kind. The floors to our room were so dirty my socks are ruined. Then, when we went to check out the lobby was closed until 7am. What??? No drop box for key cards. What do they think? Surely they understand guests will be checking out at all times. Also they only left us the very minium of towels, so if you plan to shower more then once in a day, hang your towels to dry. Needless to say, we will be looking for a new regular hotel for our Dollywood visits.

This was a reasonably priced hotel. When we arrived, the tv did not work and the shower had hair in it. The room itself was clean, bed was fine. They did come and fix the tv I probably would not stay here again it was rated 8 but that was too high

This is my new favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge. I chose this place because of previous reviews. Rhonda checked me in and then out when I left. She is extremely nice and friendly. She is definitely an asset. This hotel is extremely clean. The floors don't have carpet and you can tell they clean the floors because I didn't end up with dirty socks. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. They take the time to clean the windows inside and out when someone checks out. They have nice chairs outside your room but it was too cold to enjoy them. I will definitely be back.

Reception staff were very feiendly and helpful with any requests. Large room with all the basics, except no ironing board. The window would have benefitted from net curtains for privacy. WiFi was not very good, poor signal on some devices and on others it was never posisble to connect. This let down an otherwise good budget option.

It was very clean , the only problem is that the bed had an iron frame , so every time I or my wife moved when sleeping , the frame did a horrible noise , so we waked up several times during the night and didn't sleep well.

The location of this hotel is awesome, it's right by Dollywood and is basically surrounded by limitless options for food and entertainment in Pigeon Forge. However, it's also surrounded by a ton of noisy roads. It's very hard to sleep here, even with white noise and AC on. The property definitely had quite a few annoying guests hanging around smoking cigarettes and being loud near my room and car. The bed only has very thin paper like sheets...I had to go buy a comforter. Apart from that, the room was pretty clean and the price is definitely great. The staff seemed fine...I didn't really interact with them much. Most of these complaints are out of the staff's control. I'd just recommend bringing extra blankets and something to generate white noise. Apart from that, it's worth grabbing for the low price and convenient location.

Had a single king room, turns out it was 2nd floor above the office. Huge/spacious room and recently renovated. Only complaint was the side of our room faced the main blvd which had major traffic noise until midnight.

Great location and room was perfect!! The bed was super comfortable and the whole room was so clean and spacious! Great water pressure and ac worked great also! Everything in our room had been updated! It was so nice and I absolutely loved the fact of having no carpet in the room! I didnt get a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and also really clean! All employees at this location that we had interaction with was super nice and was always smiling! Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely be back!!!

Good choice for a home base for a 3 night stay. The room has been remodeled. It was very clean & everything worked well except the tv. I called front desk & within 30 minutes the staff had replaced the failed tv with a brand new one. Wow great service! The room was on 2nd floor & close to front office. It was quiet & the beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice we have stayed there twice now. It would have been nice to have an attendant there around 2 am because the downstairs people were outside partying and had their vehicles radio blasting. But there is no one in the office after midnight so I couldn't make a complaint. Check out was difficult. Office opens at 7 am at 7:15 am we try to check out and there is no one in the office. We have to call a number on the door to find out how we can check out and where to leave the keys.

The staff was EXCELLENT! Communication was top notch! We were arriving late at night, and after hours, following a concert in Knoxville. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!
The staff was EXCELLENT! Communication was top notch! We were arriving late at night, and after hours, following a concert in Knoxville. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

The person checking us in was rude and she had an attitude which I don’t understand why, she took the job to check guest in, room was average bed covering was very thin and the stairs and hall going to the room was dirty, would not stay here again

The location of this hotel is awesome, it's right by Dollywood and is basically surrounded by limitless options for food and entertainment in Pigeon Forge. However, it's also surrounded by a ton of noisy roads. It's very hard to sleep here, even with white noise and AC on. The property definitely had quite a few annoying guests hanging around smoking cigarettes and being loud near my room and car. The bed only has very thin paper like sheets...I had to go buy a comforter. Apart from that, the room was pretty clean and the price is definitely great. The staff seemed fine...I didn't really interact with them much. Most of these complaints are out of the staff's control. I'd just recommend bringing extra blankets and something to generate white noise. Apart from that, it's worth grabbing for the low price and convenient location.

We stayed two nights. We had a large room that we enjoyed. It was quiet after all traffic stopped. We were right on the road so it can get quite noisy. But I would stay again.

The room is spacious, modern interior with everything one needs including microwave, fridge, and single serve coffee pot. My biggest need is cleanliness and it was! It doesn’t include breakfast but the price made up for it and there are plenty of options across the road. It is also right next to Dollywood Lane. It’s a winner!

Check-in was easy and the lady at front desk was extremely friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice walk to The Old Mill especially if you go to the back. I will definitely stay here again.

For $40 a might, this place was excellent. It had some rough spots, but it was modern and clean. No breakfast but we knew that coming in and you can't complain at this price point. Conveniently located next to a gas station, grocery store, and several fast food restaurants. I was also worried about thin walls, but am happy to report that I never noticed any of the other guests.

This motel has been remodeled. The room I stayed in was like new, including bedding. Although the tub was not replaced, it was perfectly fine. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained. The outside still looks its age, but don't let that keep you from booking at a great price. Solo female - I was quite comfortable and I would definitely book again. Beds were very comfy, room was quiet, and I felt at ease with the surroundings. I saw a review with pictures of the sheets looking yellow... they are actually brand new , but off white and do not match the crisp white fitted sheets. The comforter that person criticized as being like a curtain is a thin coverlet. The warm blankets are neatly folded in the drawer.
