Our go to hotel in when we visit Florida due to the convenience of its location to the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Wish there were more dining options and parking in the garage was a bit inconvenient due to limited parking spaces outside the hotel.

I specifically booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. But when I got to the airport, I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle. And I tried to call the hotel, but no one would answer the phone. It was extremely frustrating, and I will never stay there again. Very poor service.

So close to Tampa airport - very convenient ! Comfortable bed. Easy parking (10.00) and right next to World Of Beer so easy to grab a meal. This place will be my go to when I fly out of Tampa !

Check in and check out process very easy. We stayed here since we had an early morning flight and hotel offered free shuttle. It was on time and we were taken to airport. No to-go breakfast available but not a big deal. It was convenient

Denis at the front desk checked us in. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about Tampa area. She knows the good restaurant and nightlife. She made our stay very delightful, we will be coming back in the future. The rooms, pool and gym were very clean, breakfast was excellent.

Very clean property but could not get the shuttle in a timely manner. Waited over 40 min. then took a taxi. Hotel did reimburse the $20 fee. Poor shuttle service. Also would suggest refilling tea supply and having free water available. Super clean room and friendly front desk.

We had to go down to the front desk numerous times. First due to the key cards not working, but it turns out we weren’t even given the correct key card to begin with. We had to return a second time because the parking garage barcode wasn’t working. We returned to the office, but had to wait until the group of flight attendants that arrived after us was fully served, then we could be helped. Once we got to the room, we discovered the shower handle was broken and thus couldn’t be used. We informed the front desk, and were told we had to wait until after check out for it to get fixed. Additionally, the room had black marks all over the walls, wallpaper and paint peeling, carpets were stiff from lack of cleaning, and numerous amenities were missing from the room including hand soap, coffee cups, and fresh hand towels. Maybe we just had a bad experience, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to relax and refresh before or after a flight.

There was a used panty liner in closet. Shower water pressure was terrible. “Hot” water was only warm. The bag with the extra blanket smelled and seemed unwashed.

One of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in. Lobby area was nice but room was dated (looked like bathroom had been renovated but actual room was outdated/damaged furniture). Mattress was super uncomfortable and stiff and the entire room was gross. Hair and food crumbs everywhere- looked like it hadn’t been swept in several stays

The first room we had was dirty (nail clippings and contact lens on the floor) and the hot water in the sink or shower did not work. The staff were over the top helpful and moved us immediately. The new room was clean and did have hot water. In general, the hotel has wear and tear. Stains on chairs and comforters with threads loose.

Just a quick night to be close to the airport for an extra early flight. Front desk was friendly. Shuttle drivers friendly. Room smelled like dirty feet. The carpet was extremely stained. Even with what looked like blood stains. But the stench was awful. To the point that it was hard to sleep. It was just the room. The hall was fine as was the lobby. They were sold out or we would have asked to move. Thankfully there less than 12 hours. Will not return.

Our stay was okay. The bed was very, very firm. One of the most uncomfortable hotel beds I have experienced, but I understand some people prefer a firm bed. It was just surprisingly uncomfortable for a Hilton chain. Also, the window AC unit blows directly at the bed and there is no flexibility to divert the vent. You are either hot or extremely cold while sleeping.

Comfy and very ample rooms with comfy beds. Good size bathroom too. Quiet even though we were facing the runway and a Main Street. The hotel has been remodeled but they don’t have central AC so it can be noisy at night with the wall type AC.

The AC units need an upgrade. Noisy wall units had to change rooms for my second night stay because I couldn't sleep from the noise. The second room, both on the 6th floor was the same and smelled a little musty. The front made the change without an issue. They said they would send maintenance but i was gone all day not sure if anything was done but it felt the same from the morning. Clean building, very basic breakfast offered and tiny pool. Ok for overnight stay waiting to catch a flight home.

Carla at the front desk was awesome!!! She gave us 2 coupons out of her own purse for the restaurant next door. Carla was able to get us into our room early and very welcoming us to the hotel. Carla deserves 10 stars!!!

The good: clean rooms (2 different stays, so 2 rooms), quiet enough even though hotel was full, breakfast offerings decent, and hotel shuttle came for free when I called, even after 2 am when flight was delayed. Hotel is in keeping with its level (so, screwed down pump bottles in bathrooms rather than individual shampoos/lotions, only 2 paper cups in a 2-queen room to cover coffee AND water, and white powder rather than liquid coffee creamer in in-room coffee bar). The not-as-good: I called hotel before the stay about the shuttle and was put on hold 54 minutes. I called back, got the front desk person right away and was politely and professionally told the hotel was very busy and she was the only one available to answer calls. Also, no one asked about my Hilton Honors points. I remembered and asked on my second stay but it would have been nice for them to mention it. But I dealt with the front desk several times otherwise and they were polite and knowledgeable. I'd stay there again.

We always stay here when we have an early flight out of Tampa. This time, we could see the hotel was undergoing renovations and look forward to the improvements when completed. However, we were disappointed to have the Digital Key we had from Hilton Honors canceled and our chosen room reassigned without any explanation upon check in.

The night clerk was really awful (I checked in after midnight-- he was not happy to help me). The day people were better. The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable. It is a property in need of a facelift. Parking was miserable to locate and use. The hotel is hard to find. I would not stay here again.

Handy for the airport near, but fairly soundproof. Lovely big room? Nice furnishings, well decorated . Good size pool and lovely seating area with fire pit. One eating place with good food next door. But not much else in the immediate area. Extremely friendly staff and very accommodating.

Great shuttle from airport. Not walkable to much. Only one restaurant close by. Very good continental breakfast. Great coffee. Nice pool and patio area. Big clean room and bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Would have been nice to have walkable restaurant options and convenience store close by. Overall great experience and would stay again.

We chose this hotel because it is pet-friendly, has an electric vehicle charger in the nearby parking garage and is close to Raymond James Stadium. I was concerned about noise because it is across the street from Tampan International Airport but noise wasn't an issue. The room and breakfast buffet were very good.

Rooms are exquisite, breakfasts are plentiful and the proximity to the cruise port can't be beat! Far enough away from the craziness but close enough to get there with ease. We especially enjoy the contactless check in/out, as we frequently arrive/depart at busy or off hours. Will definitely be back prior to each and every future cruise!

Really convenient having a shuttle available from the airport. The hotel was nice and clean, however I did have problems with the toilet running and not flushing. I had to pull the lid off the toilet to pull the chain to get the valve to close. Then when I went to take a shower, I had no hot water. The water was barely luke warm. The breakfast was ok but it wasn’t hot either. Cool eggs, sausage and potatoes.
