Beach Tennis 217

This condo was nicely updated and decorated. The location and property were fine. Our first night there, we discovered that the fridge, freezer, AND hot water heater were not working properly. I called the after hours number and reached an answering service, who wanted to give us directions on fixing the water heater ourselves, but didn't have anything noted in the account. I'm on vacation. It is not my job to fix appliances. That is not a suitable solution. They stated they'd contact the prop. manager and call be right back. 45 minutes later they called back saying that the property manager would not come out tonight for the water heater OR fridge. We had to boil multiple pots of water to get the bath warm enough to give our toddler a bath. And because the freezer wasn't working, our frozen food we had purchased didn't last. My husband eventually found a screwdriver and was able to get the panel off of the water heater and fix it himself. He also tinkered with the fridge and we discovered that the seals on the doors were not strong and they kept popping back open. The property management company didn't call me back until 10:00 the next day, offering to finally send someone out to fix it. I told them not to bother and the damage had been done and we solved the problems ourselves. The condo itself was nice, but I would never stay here or any other place managed by this company again.

Beach and Tennis 217 has no tennis. The picture of the 10 tennis courts are no usable by renters. Complete misrepresentation. I called to complain and they said the tennis courts were the view from the 2nd bedroom.... incorrect. VRBO and management company were in call with me and VRBO confirmed it was misrepresentation. Management company said I shouldn\'t have assumed it had "Tennis". They said they would follow up and speak to management and see if they could find me another place or discount the stay. They never returned any calls and had no follow up. Complete lack of compassion, misrepresentation and unprofessional communication. Stay away from this into and any rentals with the management company. They are the PITS!

The property was great. Good location, very cozy and beautiful. Just need a little bit cleaning at the master bathroom. Other than that was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
