We found out you can park your vehicle in the back and take a shuttle ( for a small fee) and take your shuttle to the airport. It saves you a lot of money! we had an emergency and they were so accommodating for a later check out.

I phoned ahead and asked about the shuttle from the airport and was told just to call once I arrived at the airport and they send someone over We get to the airport and call and was told 5 to 10 minutes So I go stand were I was told four other hotels shuttles have come and left 25 minutes go by and no shuttle So I call again and they said they look into it One of the hotels shuttles that came by for the second time and saw us still sitting there and asked they still have not come to get you Which we said no and that driver shook their head Another 20 minutes go by and finally the shuttle arrives Get to the hotel there was no sorry for the wait nothing from shuttle driver saying sorry for the wait I asked if there was any queen beds as when I booked four months ago there was none She informs me if there none on when I book there is none Which I reply there might have been a cancellation since so that is why I asked She gave me a look and said no My first interaction with the hotel was not welcoming I would not stay there again or tell others to stay there

Hotels provided shuttle service was flawless, simple, call to the hotel, the shuttle at the airport to pick us up in 10 minutes. The man driving the shuttle was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the area with our questions. Very easy check in, took only a couple of minutes, the young lady at the front desk was extremely nice.

The room is nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and chase lounge. Lighting in the bathroom is bright and so much nicer than in chains where dimness seems to be the standard. I would recommend changing to Smart TVs if possible. It’s so nice to be able to stream shows using our own subscriptions.

Could not shut the drapes on ground floor. Front desk personnel had to come to the room and mess with it to get crepe shut. Lighting poor in room. No ceiling light 3 small table lamps, 1 of which did not work, no TV channel listing card given in room, front desk did not know how to figure what channel was what, other than going through the guide on the TV. Lastly no bathtub in room, shower onlly, which was disappointing.

Cable TV did not work. Property mntc. Tried for 30 minutes (I checked in at 11:30 pm). Could not fix it. Said they couldn’t do anything about a price break bcuz it was through a 3rd party. I asked about another room and Matt said they were sold out. Electrical outlets are worn out near the bed and tv (my charger and heating pad plugs just fell out). Staff was polite and tried to help. Breakfast was good. I will not stay here again. I traveled as a regional sales manager for 35 years. Our company (Altec Industries/Global Rental) stayed at many Hampton Inns. When we arrived at hotel before 12 am. We found that our room had been cancelled. At first we were told we’d have to go to another hotel. The hotel was full. We stood in hall for 1 1/2 hours. Not a good experience We had to check out early to make it to another family gathering.

We love Hampton Inn. Clean, comfy beds. Had to ask for desk lamp which was promptly provided. Had to ask for garbage cans to be emptied, promptly handled. Great breakfast buffet: eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pkgd pastries, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. 2 complimentary bottles of water each day. Nice ladies at front desk!

The admission person was rude. I honestly dont like to complain ever about admissions but she was rude. She didnt explain anything unless prompted and we were told they could only give out one key per room even though Most of our party had their reservations for quite awhile. We were also told we couldnt get late check out due to housekeeping staffing. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere but it is certainly frustrating when we live quite a ways away and dont have reservations until early evening.

I wanted a place to stay away from the heavy traffic of the central business district (CBD). Although this hotel was a little further, near the airport, it was just what I wanted. Even with the airport nearby, we never heard any air traffic. Staff was super! Easy to get to, and free parking.

Not a bad place, but it fell short in a couple of important ways, for a hotel in this range. First I arrived with children, assuming there would be SOME food in the little store. They only had beer & wine, candy, and flaming hot snacks, nothing I wanted the kids to eat (or me to eat, for that matter). No food or anything else within walking distance, either. Then the room amenities were substandard: eg., just a couple of paper cups for coffee, no cups in the bathroom. The breakfast was just okay, with sausage and eggs but neither cooked well. On an up note, the pool was open and well maintained.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great and included many options. The area around the hotel isn't stunning by any means, but it is on the airport and some construction was happening nearby, so that is to be expected. Overall, it was a great stay experience!
