44 Spanish Street Inn - Adults Only

This bed and breakfast was in a great location, parking is included but it’s about 2 blocks away from the property. The room was cleaned and decorated nicely. the breakfast was really good and Kim the chef was very attentive. We do have some disappointments though. Their wasn’t enough hot water to run the hot tub and if you ran the hot water while you tried to shower the pressure was really really low. definitely a downfall when you picked a room with a hot tub and not be able to try it out. Also the bathroom door knob was inoperable, so the door would stay slightly opened. Other than those few items. it was an okay stay. i wont be staying there again though.

The staff was very friendly, helpfull and accommodating.

Fantastic experience, from check-in to check out it was memorable. Chef Marc went above and beyond to make us happy and served great food without us even. Highly recommend.

Pictures of hotel were not cute. Clearly photoshopped. No AC inside room. No proprietor to greet us. Had to call phone numbers for access codes. Should have been warned this was an air BnB so I could have booked somewhere different altogether, The. Proprietor hung up on us.

Breakfast very good! Bed was a double, not a queen as reserved, and very sloped. Light almost nonexistent. Steep stairs.
