You get what you pay for. We save money and that’s good. No breakfast and ice machine is broken.

The manager(s) front desk people were Indian but extremely hard to communicate with. If you book the hotel for more than one room, please make sure you have the same name on both the rooms. They have a strict policy where whoever’s name is on that room has to pay for the room, even if you’re paying for both rooms on one credit/debit card. They checked our ID’s and it had to match the names listed under the room but since the 2nd room we booked was under a doggie rent name, we couldn’t use my credit card and my friend had to pay cash. It was frustrating to know this and they weren’t lenient at all allowing us to use the credit card on my friend’s room. This place is you get what you pay for. What frustrated me the most is that the Hotels.com booking says it includes breakfast & a pool which is why I booked in the first place. Come to find out they have neither which made our trip worse. The amenities are misleading and I talked to the front desk which said they stopped breakfast 2+ years ago. I think the place was good at cleaning your hotel room every single day during your stay, even though we didn’t ask for it. They restocked our towels, toiletries and redid the bed but didn’t touch any of our items. Overall, the hotel is located in a good location I am just upset at how poor their service was.

They would not except my digital card so i didnt get my points they put us 9n the 2nd floor with a baby going up and down stairs and they do not have a pool witch was why i booked in the first place

It was straight just need amenities

Towels are quite old. The white towels are grey now. The hotel is bit old. The location is good though.

All linens were in rough shape, from sheets to washrags. Stained and worn down over time leaving them looking and feeling dingy and uncomfortable to use. The room was clean though, so there's that.

I didn’t really feel safe checking in to a person behind billet proof glass. He was friendly but it was not comfortable. There were roaches in my room, we got there late due to our whole day being messed up with the crowdstike glitch. I would never have stayed on any other day.

The room smelt unclean. When I went to the bathroom, the toilet seat was dirty. It was actually yellow (dried up urine). There were two flies in the room and 1 lizard. I did not have shampoo and the comforter smelt dirty. The door did not lock so when I when to get dinner I took all my belongings with me. It felt like I was staying at one of those cheap motels. “Noises” from other rooms were pretty loud.

I have stayed here many times. I was very surprised on this trip to have friends in the room with me. Roaches crawling around the bathroom, the nightstand. This used to be one of the cleanest most economical places around. Now it’s gone down hill quickly.

There is tempered glass completely covering the front desk area. Only a small metal filter cover to communicate, and a very small access to provide card payment and receive key. Front desk guy acted as if I was bothering him. Room did not have a single lamp or desk lamp, only room light.

Condition has gone down from 2yrs ago. Sofa bed with no mattress so the sofa has a dip when you sit down. Nonsmoking room has marijuana odor. Bed mattress has seen better days..

The tv didn't really work in the room the network kept going out , the staff aren't so friendly or welcoming . The rooms are a lil outdated . My room had broken drawers .

Didn like how the other guest stayed up all night for 2 days straight. They were very loud and inconsiderate of others

Broken toilet seat when checked in the room. No Internet in the room. Need to step outside of the room to get any WiFi

Great value for the money, clean and modern inside. Mattress that just swallows you up and puts you right to sleep.

Door is broken and the staff was so rude

The room and location was clean and in great conditions. Lobby workers are a bit too serious and a bit rude, no smile, no curtery, very dry.

Do not rent this place owner was rude. They can't even let you get late check out. Most hotels check outs are 12. This place is terrible

Low water pressure barely dripping to take shower. The light switches are all jumbled and the switch by the bed doesn’t control the main light. Bedsheets looks like it’s from Salvation Army. Rust around the tub, and the calking around the tiles looks like someone just slapped a coat on without discernible skill. Overall the building looks like it was erected in a few months, or just need more TLC. Location is good if you want to access Chinatown and food.

Everything was fine except the The microwave and phone wasn't working they replace Microwave everything else was fine. Oh they don't have breakfast but they have coffee.

We checked in here after the windstorm here and it was pretty decent for the price...this particular location doesn't serve the breakfast but overall it was good

Cheap motel. Run by Far East Indian. No shampoo. No coffee. Room is dirty. no friendly front desk guy. 1/10

The best parts about this hotel was the quality and cleanliness of the room. The price was very reasonable as well. However, I was expecting a free continental breakfast and there was none to speak of. Though Orange Juice was available (through fountain drink setup); the strange-looking color of the OJ I saw Saturday morning made me scared to drink it. This hotel should not advertise having breakfast available.
