Beautiful property and amazing staff. The rooftop pool was over priced and trying too hard to create a party atmosphere with overpriced drinks. The rooms were not as clean as they could be and the carpet was dirty. Overall a nice stay though and good value.

The hotel was very very nice, room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was large, with large clean updated shower and mirrors and vanities. The room was quiet and neat. Valet parking was very prompt and organized. I wish there was a closer self parking option but valet was efficient. 15 min walk from bourbon street. Would definitely stay again.

Room was big and great! Bed was very comfortable. Pool area was very nice, rooftop with enough options to sit , clean pool and they gave couple complementary drinks. Some areas like gym or elevator/lobby need renovation to be more modern, but overall very nice stay, good location, and service was just top notch.

I was very upset and disappointed that after 10 mins of being in the pool that security kicked my grandson and I out the pool. We were told that the entire rooftop was rented out and that it was a private event. We were guest as well and paid a good bit of money to stay but yet we couldn’t utilize the pool.

Great location just outside the crowds and noise of the French Quarter, very nice rooms, and a very nice rooftop pool and bar. Only complaints are (a) service in the restaurant was sub-par, and (b) the gym is an abysmal setting. Moving the gym to a spot with some windows would be a substantial improvement (and likely a draw for some guests).

The property was ok can use a makeover. I was in room 623 from 6/30-7/2 my room was comfortable but, both sinks in the bathroom were slow draining and the faucet to the left was loose. I noticed the hallways on that floor were not vacuumed. It also was a slight mildew/stale smell in the hallway. The staff that I came in contact were awesome! Very friendly and professional!!.I like the location of the property. It was easy to get around and quiet area.

The hotel desperately needs some updating and attention to cleanliness. I was afraid to put my bare feet on the floor in the room and wasn’t really certain it had been cleaned recently. The carpet was dirty. While the hotel staff was lovely the room itself was horrible. I requested a refund after being in the room less than an hour and the opportunity to rebook a room somewhere else, but the manager on duty denied this request. Hotel cleanliness is critical. I would not recommend staying here. Find another place.

Hotel has a great location in the central business distric of NOLA. The onsite restaurant has good food, service was kinda slow but overall good. Hotel room was nice we had an issue on check in with cleanliness and then during our 4 night stay we didn't get any housekeeping service other than delivering towels each day.

The positive sides: beautiful, well kept, nice room, lovely bathroom. Location perfect ie not too much but close enough to everything. Staff overall did fix some problems. Downsides: doesn’t answer the phone, needed managers to fix reservations on 2x’s, some of the lights in the room flickered and room had a slight stale smell throughout stay.

The property is ok. My room had stains in the carpet, the mini refrigerator didnt work and when I called for maintenance he said he would send another one, no one came. Our waters and drink and leftover food just wasted. I asked for my room to be cleaned they did the bare minimum didnt even put the decorative pillows back on the bed after they changed the sheets.

Property was located close to Bourbon street, casino and the riverwalk. Oherall the hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. The only bad thing was the mattress was terrible. It needs to be replaced, it had 2 holes where everyone sleeps and it was not comfortable.

Our room #902 was gorgeous. If I had known I would have stayed at NOPSI my entire vacation. I wasted my stay at the Roosevelt and the Monteleone. The room at Nopsi was contemporary and immaculate being right on the roof top made it perfect. Walking out our room and having a pool and bar just steps away was beyond our expectations and a gorgeous view…We were just blown away with the room. It was very roomy. 2 Bathrooms was a plus. I don’t know if it was a suite or what type of room it was. I reserved a kingsize bed, but this room was way more. The hotel is still close enough to the French Quarter, but far enough away to not hear the noise. The only issue was there was a wedding and the wedding party was on the same floor. They were extremely loud outside our door, so luckily it did not last long. It sounded like our room was connected to them somehow. The rooftop is small and so is the pool, but it’s sufficient. I highly recommend it! Room 902 is perfect!

Upon entering the lobby is beyond impressive. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The rooms are huge. The bathrooms are simply gorgeous. I took pictures to use as a model when I build my house. What a fabulous stay.

We enjoyed our stay the hotel is in a great location for walking. The rooms are a little dated and could use a few little upgrades. There are restaurants near by. Rooftop area is comfortable and an added bonus. They give you two waters per day, room has refrigerator. There is a great little bakery with good coffee and excellent breakfast sandwiches on croissants called tM Bread and pastries...

Property was nice but we got a room right by elevator that made it gard to sleep. Our room also was booked for three adults and we had to ask twice for an extra towel set and the room didnt even have spare toilet paper that we also had to request. Complimentary wine and macarons were a nice touch.

The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed the accomodations. The only issue I have is that I chose "pay at property" and my card was charged a day before check in. When I got to the hotel they charged an additional $110 for incidentals and a $40 resort fee which it says $30 on hotels.com. I'm waiting for the return of the $70 incidentals charge which I was told would take 4-7 business days. If I choose pay at property then that's what I want to do. Charging my card a whole day PRIOR to check in is crazy. I wasn't even late checking in on the day I was SUPPOSED to check in.

Single night stay, so was a tight trip. Check in time 4pm, room not ready until after 530. Left the next morning early, so lost almost 10% of my stay, no rate change or discount offered. Had to finish check in after my event, desk is not staffed well after hours so took a while. Won’t be staying again

From the moment I arrived at the property, I was treated like royalty. The valet attendant was incredibly kind and took the time to explain all the valet services in detail. He wouldn’t even let me handle my own luggage. He assisted me in every way possible and did so with genuine courtesy. At the check-in counter, I was warmly greeted by Sean. His attentiveness and welcoming demeanor truly stood out. Sean’s customer service was hands down the best I’ve ever experienced in hospitality. It’s clear he loves what he does at the NOPSI Hotel. He answered all my questions with care and helped make my birthday stay truly unforgettable. I am looking forward to staying at NOPSI Hotel for my next solo-cation! I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. 10/10!

This is an excellent property when staying in New Orleans. It's centrally located in the CBD. Quieter than the French Quarter which was desirable for us. Beautiful hotel lobby. Great service. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very nice. Our room was HUGE and nicely furnished. Every member of staff from the front desk, bartenders, waitress and valet gentlemen outside were professional, friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel is great (within walking distance to the French Quarter but in an area which is quite quiet) and within walking distance of lots of great restaurants. The rooftop pool was awesome and was welcome after a day of lots of walking around.

Myself and a co-worker were traveling for a business conference and trade show at the local convention center. This location was super convention, about a 15-20min walk. I loved the style, location, room size, quality of the shower and the roof pool deck! the staff was very helpful and there were a few nice extras: free drink on the rooftop bar, and a free Gin tasting and cocktail making course at the lobby bar. this was a real gem and we enjoyed hearing about the history of NOPSI and also the generosity of the bartender Tara. This will be my hotel of choice next time I am in New Orleans, very much enjoyed the trip!

“My stay at The NOPSI Hotel in New Orleans was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcomed right away. So, the hotel itself is nice with wonderful views large rooms, which was awesome and it was clean and close to the Superdome, which is why we chose the hotel. However, the drinks were hotel average which is fine, but the food not so much! If I stayed here again, I would choose a different restaurant for sure! Also the morning breakfast staff, could do a better job listening and with communicating
