Overall we had a great stay, clean, quiet, great complimentary breakfast (hot and cold). Only issue was only one elevator. 2nd elevator broken. We were there all weekend and never fixed. We were on 4 th floor and the hotel was very full - so waiting for the elevator at rush times was inconvenient! I would stay again just hope for 2 elevators the next time.

We were traveling with our 2 dogs and were having trouble finding a nice hotel that would allow them. We found La Quinta through the FIDO app. La Quintas allow pets $20 each. very reasonable considering their rooms were also priced reasonably. Clean hotels with comfy beds and convenient locations.

It is a great newer hotel, reasonably priced and convenient for our needs. The room was large with couch and seating area and 2 televisions. The televisions are a little quirky as they are web based. The hot tub was not warm and the pool was murky and uninviting. The morning breakfast is typical of most mid priced hotels, some form of eggs, waffles,, cereal, etc. Overall, I will stay here again.

The hotel looked nice and new from the inside but our room wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the floor and carpet felt dirty. The shower head was low flow I was afraid I couldn’t get the shampoo out of my hair. The elevator floor had the same spill on it for two days. The water in the lobby was never refreshed and the floor in the breakfast seating area was not cleaned up from the day before. Overall just unkept. I emailed the general manager and never heard back from her. Just being honest.

The breakfast food was invariably cool and probably unhealthy. Certainly RT eggs and sausages were off-putting and didn't get better on subsequent days. Most importantly, the TV, cell, and wi-fi were each below expectations. The wi-fi simply stalled, whereever on the property I tried. That caused me infinite frustration when trying to confirm the next flight etc on-line. The TV also was sluggish and operationally nonsensical at times. Really not relaxing.

I had to cancel one of my 2 days booked but because the hotel had no available rooms Expedia wanted me to pay for both nights and get refunded the one. I mentioned this at the checkout and the hotel only charged me the one day saving me the headache of refund. Thank you so much for saving me the red tape.

The breakfast is okay, somewhat limited and things weren’t always stocked. The coffee is very good for a hotel. Hotel room floor was dirty. Staff is hit or miss - I booked the reservation on Hotels.com and the girl who checked us in told me that the virtual number with Expedia wasn’t working and that she would need my credit card and that I might get charged the $350 for my stay twice. She acted like this was not a big deal and said that I could just dispute it with my credit card company. I’m assuming that she just didn’t know what she was talking about and that my credit card was just put on file in case of incidentals, but she kept saying they needed a card for the payment and didn’t seem to understand that I had paid for this room months ago. After I complained on hotels.com, the assistant general manager quickly reached out but after I explained my issue, I never received a response. The young man who checked us out the morning of 12/26 is fantastic though! He understood our frustration and printed out a receipt and went over the charges with us and assured us that we would not be charged anything beyond what was initially paid. Without his excellent customer service, we wouldn’t even think of returning to this location.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE! We recently held a company meeting here, and I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was. From the start, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us — always with a smile, no matter how many requests we had! The rooms were immaculately clean, honestly comparable to a 4-star hotel. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious hot breakfast, and every interaction with the team was marked by kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The price point is well below what it should be for the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail they provide. I’m so glad I convinced the other three attendees from out of town to stay here as well — they were equally impressed. If I ever find myself in Upstate New York again, this will absolutely be where I stay. Highly, highly recommend!

They checked us into the wrong room but corrected error quickly. The Elevator door clamped the luggage cart against the wall, and I had to force it open. The phone in the room did not work. Neither TV remote would work wo the TV's. I had to do to the desk as the phone didn't work. They brought a third remote and they proceeded to tell me i needed to know the difference between a TV remote and a Cable box remove, except the room did not have a cable box. The General Manager showed up and after about 20 minutes in the room switching things one and off and changing things told me if I held the remote just right at just the right angle the channels would eventually change but only on one of the TV's. The GM never suggested moving me to a room where the phone and TVs actually worked but once I requested a different room and they did give me an upgraded one. In the morning there were two toasters but only one side of each one worked but the said a new on was on order. This used to be a nice place to stay for the money but now the details as not be taken care of so next time I'll stay somewhere else.

It was difficult to get the room cleaned. One day it took all day and a visit to the front desk. Even asking for clean sheets with the "Green sign" did not get us clean sheets. I had to track down the housekeeping guy to get replacement coffee. There is lemon water in the reception area. It was refilled int he morning and not touched again even though it was 90 degrees outside. The staff is not well trained and it seems everyone is coming to work stoned.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet with a good breakfast. Apple Maps directed us to the Tractor Supply across the street rather than the hotel. We used the address the hotel provided. The sign for the hotel had burned out letters -- which made it harder to find, but we had a pleasant stop.

I believe the LaQuinta is probably the best hotel option in Clifton Park. The rooms are nice, the property is well-maintained and the pool and gym are a nice amenity. The free breakfast is good and the location is just off off Exit 9 on I-87, close to both Route 9 and Route 146.

We booked a king room. Upon entering, we noticed that there was food on the floor, massive stains on the bed top cover, and holes in the duvet. I called the front desk and requested a new room. We were given a room with 2 queens and I was told that since it was a "more expensive" room type, there'd be no refund. This was irritating because we booked a king on purpose. Breakfast was lackluster. The hot options were pretty gross, and the toaster took forever to toast a bagel. Given all of the other hotel options in this area, we won't be coming back here.

We were town for a concert at SPAC. The hotel was a short drive to the venue, and they were very accommodating with an early check in before heading to the show. There were restaurants and shopping close by. The only thing about our stay that was disappointing was the breakfast. Options were extremely limited, quality was poor, and it was not kept well stocked at all. We ended up leaving and having to pay for breakfast elsewhere because it was so bad. I never have extremely high expectations with the breakfast included at hotels, but this was not good at all. However, everything else was good, and it didn’t ruin our stay.

This Laquinta hotel is modern and nicely decorated. The parking is spacious and offers easy access to the building. The beds are comfortable. The tv channels provided a lot of variety. The cleanliness had a lot to be desired, however. Upon visiting the breakfast room, I was unable to find a clean table that seated 4 people. The food area looked to be in disarray and disorganized. The food offerrings were slim. There were scrambled eggs which were ok. Thete were a few apples. The 3 cereals were all sugary type, no raisin bran even. Despite searching, I was unable to find milk or cold water. As far as the room goes, there was dirt along the tops of the bathroom baseboard.
