The pool was closed the night we were there but otherwise everything was ok. Waited at the counter a bit longer at times to get a replacement key and pay for snacks, but the staff was still nice.

I booked this hotel STRICTLY because they had a pool, so when my daughter and I were going to the concert the family could swim, I spent more than I would to make sure they had a pool...we got there, the receptionist said the pool was open blah blah blah..got suits on and went to the pool, note on the door said pool is closed for the next two days....needless to say had a very disappointed group of kids

We stayed at the hotel for a baseball tournament. The room was huge. The lobby was great and large enough for a couple teams to enjoy it at breakfast and at night. The pool was perfect for the kids and the staff was very friendly.

When we arrived staff was far more worried about talking amongst themselves. When they finally checked us in they wrote down the wrong door number on our cards so we had to walk around 5-10 mintues trying to figure out which room was ours. When we finally got to our room my husband found an empty beer can wedged behind the chair in the corner. Which just shows how little they clean inside the rooms. Its probably still there. Room 234.

There was a big spill of food directly in front on our room for two days. We were there for two nights coming back to our room after a long day at the hospital 8 am -4PM our room was not cleaned nor the trashed food cleaned up. the man at the desk had seen it when he came to help me with the tv...but did nothing. the breakfast was good and the morning staff was good...will never go back. Not at all like the Hamptons we stayed at before.

My only real complaint is that the WiFi shows up as unsecured such that neither of our phones and neither of our laptops would allow us to open any webpages or emails. Had to stay disconnected from the WiFi. I’ve never had that happen anywhere I’ve connected to WiFi in the past.

Our room was great. There were two small issues. The fan on the air conditioner would only work on high. There was hair covering the drain on the shower:( The room was very comfortable, roomy clean. We would stay here again. The breakfast was great!

The outdoor trash cans were overflowing with garbage. I moved the couch to open the drapes and several beer cans were under the couch. Outside doors (other than the main entrance) were not accessible to go in the hotel. I was told that the batteries on the doors needed to be changed. Very limited channels after putting a “smart” tv in the room I was in.

Loved everything about this hotel- our new favorite! Will definitely be back this year! The pillows are perfect without the extra fluffiness and bed was very comfy, slept very well! Love the black out curtains- you find them BEHIND the sheer curtains 🙂

My wife and I are Hilton members and have stayed at this chain many times. The Brighton Hotel was a a big disappointment. Our room was so tiny not like we have had before. Our sheets kept coming off the bed because it is so close to the night stands and headboard.Shelving in the bathroom coming off the well. Toilet paper hanger not properly installed. My wife was in the shower this morning half way through the lights went out. No water pressure. Air conditioning wasn't working in the hallway. All in all it was a bad two days .

We were in town to attend my dad's funeral. I had reserved 3 rooms. One of the 3 rooms was supposed to be a suite with a fold-out couch to accommodate 2 small children. When we checked in, the Hampton staff said they did not have any of those rooms left, and gave us the standard 2-queen room instead. We paid extra for the other room, but they said they couldn't do anything about it since we went through a 3rd party. Can we get a refund for that room, or discount?

When we arrived at 11 pm to check in there was no one at the desk to check us in. I yelled hello several times. There was no sign or note. 15 minutes later the worker came to the desk. I stated we were yelling to anyone for 15 minutes. He responded I was only gone 10.

We first visited Hampton Inns in the 80's on Spring Break trips with our kids. Forty years later Hamption Inns is still doing a fantastic job with outstanding employees who understand the mission. Take care of the guests, whatever it takes, in a kind and personable way. This trips MVPs were Melissa at check in, Sarah for our perfect breakfast needs and Malachi on check out. We are grateful.

I waited at the front desk for 15-20 minutes before seeing any staff member to check in. It was later in the evening at 9:25 pm. Staff me.ber was cordial but not overly friendly and did not acknowledge my wait.

I reported that our sink would hardly drain 3 times over a two-day stay and they did nothing about it. Also, they need more handicap parking spaces. The positiver was the lady who handles the dining room during the complimentary breakfast. Very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was not edible. Room wasn’t cleaned after first night and when we requested towels for the following morning the woman that brought said “ we were busy today. We can’t always clean all the rooms”. Very disappointing.
