Very friendly staff. Lots of breakfast choices. Wonderful Costa Rica coffee, individually brewed. All in all a comfortable night close to the action (in our case, Ann Arbor happenings).

Stayed 2 nights. First morning there were many breakfast choices. Second morning things were no refilled and mostly gone. I had stopped by the front desk for extra towels. I was told they would bring them up to the room. After about 30 minutes I called to inquire and was told I’d have to come get them if I wanted them because the front desk person was too busy to help. I shared that I had tried that and was told they would be dropped off but the new front desk person said they could not help due to many excuses and said the other person was no longer there. Towels never arrived.
