Decent place. Staff was friendly & helpful. Unfortunately there was a little girls Bday party there the same time as us so the pool area & breakfast area was super crowded and loud. My daughter was excited to swim but the pool was so cold she very disappointedly changed her mind. No hot tub either.

Overall property was fine for a local getaway with young children. With this said the pool was FREEZING cold so my kids would NOT go swimming in it which was the main purpose of our family getaway to feel more like a vacay. Otherwise a fine property to stay at and staff was very friendly.

The whole hotel had a very strong fragrance smell which was overpowering. Only 1 elevator was working which make long wait times for getting to/from room. The beds are awful and so uncomfortable!! The front desk lady looked like she hated life..I asked her for extra pillows and she stated the wntire hotel was out of extra pillows. 4 pillows for a room with 2 beds (bed & pullout couch) is not enough! Definitely wouldn’t recommend and would never stay here again.

Checked in and room was decently clean besides the bed skirt, it was filled with splashes of chocolate and food. I took my daughter straight to the pool, which was disgusting. The pool looked to have a chunk of poop in it and was so green. It had dirt and debris all along the deep end of the pool. It was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I had asked the manager on duty for more towels and swam for 15 mins before realizing it was poop in the pool. He never brought towels and dismissed how dirty the pool was. Their resolve was to send us to the Hampton Inn to use their pool as that was the main reason we did a local stay. I ended up canceling the room and leaving. Customer service did nothing when I tried to call and give them another chance to fix the stay.

Room was spacious with full kitchen. Bathroom door did not lock and kept sliding. No conditioner in conditioner dispenser. Pool was ice cold. Breakfast was ok.

Loved our stay, wonderful breakfast. My kids loved the waffles. My only complaint is the pool had way too much chemicals. Made my skin feel so dry and itchy afterwards.

Needs a heated pool. The pool was freezing cold couldnt stand being in it for a few mins

One elevator. The smell of the room was really stale. Needed candle.

Location was easy to get to. Property could use some maintenance overall - saw lots of rusty metal and damaged walls especially in pool area. Room was dusty on check in. Decent breakfast selection.

From start from checking in, no staff was around. Had to stand around and look for staff for 5-10mins until a cleaning guy came into work and find me a staff to help me check in. Check in is at 3:00pm got there after 4:00pm went to room by 4:30pm. Room was not ready, bed wasn’t fixed (horrible) After a long drive and hassle with all the check in and room wasn’t being ready and waiting until room was ready, decided to just rest and to find out bed and sheets wasn’t clean, probably old sheets and wasn’t washed. On top of that in the morning, woke up to use bathroom, open the drawer in the bathroom and found a DIRTY wet/slimmy you don’t want know EWWWWW. Went down and told the front desk about everything before we left for our adventure in Chicago. Came back that night and yet still find that nasty towel with you know what still haven’t been cleaned or removed. But, since it was our last night there, I didn’t bother complaining and just rest up before our adventure home. So, yes this place sucks with cleaning up. I would never go back to this hotel again.

We chose this hotel because of the kitchenette option but it was a mistake. No room cleaning Tuesday to Saturday, we rook out our own trash. The room was dirty, having stains on everything and a smelly carpet. Very old dusty ac unit where filters were never changed. We had acute allergy with hospitalization for the 2yo baby because of the dog smell of the old carpet in the room. Everything is pretty dated. Dry clean came back as dirty as we gave it but nicely folded. Area around the hotel offers parking all around with no place to run safely for the kids. Larger area offers a few nice dining and breakfast options and proximity to mall.

The hotel room was large with a good size refrigerator/freezer and a microwave. However our room was dirty when we checked in, the floor looked like it had not been vacuumed and the mirrors had not been cleaned in a long time. We complained about it to the front desk but it took almost 2 days to get someone to come clean it which the mirrors never got cleaned.

Room spotless and everything was in proper order

We traveled to Schaumburg to go to Medieval Times with a group of 7 people. We had 3 rooms one room smelled like dog pee. Second room smelled like someone had just smoked a whole pack of cigarettes. The third room actually smelled clean. The rooms over all where clean it was just the smell of the two rooms. We did bring it to the attention of the front desk she said that she would let the manager know and they would reach out later that afternoon. Next day and still have not heard from the manager.

Was put in a dirty non cleaned room. Was moved to a clean room after 30 min wait. Breakfast was good pool was small

Pretty nice place, very close to a lot of restaurants and a mall. The room was spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. No stove or oven though, not that we needed it. The AC was noisy when it was running and the bathroom door did not lock, which is an issue if you're traveling with a group of 4. Free breakfast is a nice plus, but it could use some variety. It gets boring after the first two days. The staff was very helpful and professional.

No rattling HVAC, no ice machine symphony, no hallway stampede at midnight. Just the hum of a working hotel doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s not perfect. One night in, you notice the little things—a slightly scuffed wall here, an odd stain on a lampshade there. But nothing sinister. Nothing that makes you want to flee. For a one night stop on an 8 day road trip, it was enough. A place to drop our bags, shake the road off.

The hotel is clean but looked very worn. Chipped paint, broken tiles...it needs to be freshened up

If you want a good night’s sleep you might not get it here. The beds are very stiff and the pillows are not supportive enough. My kids were cold with the thin blankets and the neighbors above us just walking was loud. They also had little kids that were jumping off the bed the entire time. I wouldn’t stay here again if I got a free stay. Sleep is so important when you’re on the road and now I’ll be driving home exhausted with a sore back.

Staff is friendly and attentive but the room was a bit run down and dated.

The room we got feel like it was a real apartment studio with full size refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Wifi connection was strong, and location was perfect for shopping and variety of restaurants. It is also a plus to have it near major highway like 290 and I-90. I have to make an improvement; I would replace the full bed with queen-size bed. Breakfast was good with lots of coffee and juices.

I was very pleased with my room. Very comfortable and spacious. The pice was very reasonable as well. Great location to explore Woodfield Mall and a various amounts of places to eat. I highly recommend this place.

There was a family traveling with pets across the hall from us. They left the dogs alone for at least 5 hours Friday night. They were barking until 11pm. We called and even went down to the front desk to advise. Nothing happened. On Saturday morning the family left around 730am and the dogs started up again. We went to the front desk to advise again. They said they would check it out. However we went back to our room after breakfast and the family had left them alone again or they were still barking. We’ve stayed at this property several times and was very disappointed with the lack of caring.

I enjoy staying at this hotel I love the staff and the rooms are clean and is close to shopping and Danielle and Michael are wonderful clerks

Its clean, quiet, there is always parking available and it's located very near to Woodfield Mall (always a stop on the Chicago Circuit for me). The front desk staff is always kind and helpful, especially Danielle! Hotel is very near to the hughways that you can take to head in any direction, including downtown Chicago! The rooms are spacious and feature full-size fridge and dishwasher. There is a lot of counter space as well so you'll have ample room to set up a workspace if necessary. Really, about the omly negative thing i can say is thag i think the bathroom needs some sort of ventilation/fan to suck pit some pf the steam? The showers are spacious and feature sliding glass doors (so much better than shower curtains) and the water pressure is perfect (and adjustable). Price point is usually cheaper than some area hotels that arent as nice! Highly recommend this property! (They also have a smaller indoor pool but i have never used it; it tends to get busy as there always seems to be a fair amount of families staying whenever I am there.)

I stayed from July 15th till the 24 th and I really enjoyed my stay the staff was so nice and friendly and very helpful and Danielle was so helpful and friendly and I really like her and Michael and I would definitely stay again and the room s were so clean

From the staff to breakfast, it was a perfect stay!!

I called the hotel prior to booking to ensure that they had wheelchair accessible rooms available. The rep assured me that they could accommodate guest with wheelchairs. When we arrived the representative who checked us in mixed my room up with another guest and left me in a room that I could not fully access. No grab bars and a shower I could not use. This was not a great experience at all. I tried to explain this to the manager and he was very rude and stated that he would contact the general manager. The customer service was poor and my experience was also poor. I am a Hilton rewards member and I am considering never using Hilton again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY EXTRA FOR A ROOM UP CHARGE THAT YOU DO NOT ASK FOR. I GUESS THIS IS HOW HOTELS MAKE MONEY THESE DAYS!!!

Great location for our activities

Had a great stay. Super close to joong boo market and the woodfield mall. Breakfast was good and rooms are clean.

Stayed for a bridal shower nearby. The location was easy to find and you cannot beat all of the nearby options for shopping, entertainment and dining.

Great stay in burbs. Clean and new. Near tons of shopping and restaurants.

We liked how close it was to Lego Discovery Center and restaurants.

Very nice place to stay. Morning breakfast was nice, but the set up is quite cumbersome and keeping utensils and plates available seemed to be an issue later in the service. If you go, go early.

Big rooms, clean, nice area, breakfast needs improvement. Plenty restaurants around to dine in walking distance. Aside from breakfast itbwas perfect.

We didn't do any shopping so I am not sure what's around the hotel. The room was, bed was okay. Breakfast was very lack luster. Not much too choose from and what was there look dried out. Didn't have any milk, apple or orange juice. They had hot and cold water and coffee. Also not much in the way of baking or breads.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Being I only stay with hilton this is not consistent with the brand

First off I was traveling with 4 teenagers. I called the hotel asking for adjoining rooms I was assured that was would be available. I messaged through Expedia double checking on the adjoining rooms have the screen shots saying no problem we have it makes on your reservation. Check in no adjoining rooms my teenagers had to be across the hall. I hardly slept because of loud people next door and above us. On to breakfast it was sad lumpy waffle mix and as for the other hot breakfast foods that was a joke soggy under cooked hash browns, cold sausage and mini omelette all in the same warmer. It was nasty. I have stayed in a home 2 before and had a wonderful experience this was definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed in.
