Excelente hotel num estilo antigo.bom para reviver os anos 70. Quartos muito limpos com ótima vista mar com ar condicionado. Piscina com serviço de toalhas, camas e redes. Deram a possibilidade de aproveitar o hotel até à hora do avião com uso do chuveiro e todo o conforto.

Wer nachts schlafen möchte, sollte dieses Hotel meiden. Die neue Diskothek gegenüber brachte unsere Betten bis 4:00 zum beben. Eigentlich schade, denn der rund um den Pool angelegte Garten ist schön, mit vielen großen Leguanen (aber auch Mücken!!!) und die Lage ist sehr gut. Dieser Krach nachts und damit die geringere Betten-Auslastung scheint aber auch die Mitarbeiter zu nerven; speziell Armando und Mateo wirkten unausgeglichen, fast schon unfreundlich. Nur Nancy an der Rezeption und Anita in der Küche waren immer nett. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im geräumigen Zimmer, aber leider kein Trinkwasser und TV. Das nett gelegende Restaurant ist nur morgens kurz zum Frühstück geöffnet. Es würde das Hotel aufwerten, wenn es immer für die Gäste geöffnet wäre - mit oder ohne Bewirtung!

El de recepción David tiene una mala actitud y muy apresurado en todo lo que hace. El desayuno excelente me gustó mucho y la vista ni que se diga. Del hotel me gustó la piscina y las amacas. Si piden vista al mar que no sea planta baja. El aire acondicionado bien y regadera a presión bien.

Great classic Spanish style property. Tired but clean with nice pool and gardens. Included breakfast was nice with views across to the beach. Sadly the non stop deep hum of base music from neighbouring bars went from 9pm to past 3am nightly. Ear plugs helped.

Hotel in a great, safe, very commercial area just across from Zicatela beach. This beach is mainly for surfers because of high waves, but it is a short walk from the main beach which is good for swimming. The hotel is nice, but it needs some maintenance here and there and some deep cleaning, but we had a very nice stay. The pool is very good and service is also great. Breakfast was also great. Parking is a very nice plus. We would stay there again

Good location but there is a disco bar nearby, open just 4 months ago, and the music is very loud from 10 to 2 am. They warn you when you check in . There is no TV, the breakfast is average. The workers are very friendly, room was very clean.

Hotel Arcoiris is a great spot, the hotel itself is wonderful. Rooms are large, clean and well equipped. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The wifi is crap but that's the same anywhere you go in Zicatela. Nothing wrong with this hotel... Except that it's next to clubs that start playing music at 11pm and continue all night, bass that is so loud it vibrates through earplugs. Didn't sleep for 6 nights, shame.

Me dieron un cuarto con número 600, es muy cansada la subida hasta ese cuarto, si tienen problemas físicos mejor buscar un cuarto de número 300 o menos, los cuartos no tienen TV, el hotel está caro a mi manera de ver por los servicios que ofrece.

Bel endroit ayant beaucoup de potentiel, mais qui aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour et de rénovations. Bon déjeuner de base inclus avec notre séjour. Salle manger avec vue sur la plage et les surfeurs. Piscine bien entretenue, mais les tables et les chaises longues ont besoin d’un peu de nettoyage. La chambre propre sans extra (pas de TV), lits confortables, air climatisé neuf et belle terrasse face à la plage pour l’apéro ;) Par contre, salle de bain mérite une cure de rajeunissement. On doit laisser l’eau couler 5 minutes pour obtenir un peu d’eau chaude.

Nice hotel, but very loud in the nights (parties next door until 3am). Pool area was wonderful and we had the area almost for ourself the whole time. Breakfast was terrible and VERY basic: no juice, no fruit, no milk for the coffee…

La propiedad muy bien. El problema es que expedia me cobró por adelantado la reserva y al llegar allí me dicen que no estaba el pago reflejado y tuve que volver a pagar.

The hotel is well located and clean. The problem is the staff. The receptionist (a guy in the afternoon) was very disrespectful and dishonest. My group of tourists arrived at the hotel in the evening, already tired from the trip. The receptionist made my group pay for an extra room unnecessarily. The reservation was already made and paid for. When I spoke on the phone with the receptionist, he was dishonest, rude, and racist. He did not have the courtesy to apologize to my group. A regrettable situation.

Trocamos de quarto pois o nosso primeiro tinha um odor fortíssimo de esgoto, mas só conseguimos fazer isso no dia seguinte porque após 10:30 pm o único funcionário disponível no hotel inteiro era o segurança da portaria. El de recepción David tiene una mala actitud y muy apresurado en todo lo que hace. El desayuno excelente me gustó mucho y la vista ni que se diga. Del hotel me gustó la piscina y las amacas. Si piden vista al mar que no sea planta baja. El aire acondicionado bien y regadera a presión bien.

Good location but there is a disco bar nearby, open just 4 months ago, and the music is very loud from 10 to 2 am. They warn you when you check in . There is no TV, the breakfast is average. The workers are very friendly, room was very clean.

Great classic Spanish style property. Tired but clean with nice pool and gardens. Included breakfast was nice with views across to the beach. Sadly the non stop deep hum of base music from neighbouring bars went from 9pm to past 3am nightly. Ear plugs helped.

Hotel in a great, safe, very commercial area just across from Zicatela beach. This beach is mainly for surfers because of high waves, but it is a short walk from the main beach which is good for swimming. The hotel is nice, but it needs some maintenance here and there and some deep cleaning, but we had a very nice stay. The pool is very good and service is also great. Breakfast was also great. Parking is a very nice plus. We would stay there again
