Hotel DC Boutique & SPA

Elevator not working USB port in wall in room didn’t work No guests allowed in room or pool area. TV or remote did not work. One soda machine that only takes coins. No paper money. Hotel staff could not make change for me. No ice machine. Fancy rainfall shower head not so good. Sparse flow of water. Not much of a rainfall. VERY NOISY as it is on Main Street. Very loud traffic. Full service spa??? False advertising. No spa. No hot tub like the picture shows. My room looked nothing like the pictures. Room smelled like moist clay. Smell absorbed in all my cloths. No restaurant. Again false advertising. Pros Seems to be clean enough. Convenient location. I guess you get what you pay for.

Read the reviews ! I gave it chance… yes they have you sign a waiver for almost anything and want to charge you for everything as well. The receptionist gave me a walk-through through my room, letting me know that the TV does not work and the fan has a slight delay. The next day I left my room and I came back and my key didn’t work and she continued to blame me because it was something magnetic that made it not work. The second night I took a shower and the water came out out of the shower and spilled all over the restroom, looking like a flood towards the exit then her telling me it was because the shower head was not placed correctly, but that wasn’t my fault. Another thing is if you get a junior suite it’s facing towards the highway and it’s very loud at night, mind you the AC was having issues turning off in the middle of the night. Also the glass on the roof top was not was it looks like, it’s not maintenance well. Overall, it is a cute hotel staff at the pool are nice and attentive.
