Courtyard by Marriott Toledo North

Room had damage in the room. Looks like they will be updating the AC. Staff accomadates if there is a problem as my first room had a couple. Plenty of parking but pretty far back with potholes.

We used Hotels.com for this room even though it is nice place we wanted a one night get away and showed up checked it payed and then found out the pool was completely dry ! So I returned to front desk and asked the m to return our money so we could stay somewhere else. He told me could do it because there was no manager . So we were stuck and had to make other plans stuck in this hotel . And all the ice machines were broke and the channel selection was terrible. The staff is incompetent and asked me to tall to the manager in the morning and still no discount . Trap house lol

Walls were dirty

Hotel/room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is: I've stayed here a couple times and they refuse to give me a first floor room.

Bad service. Everything is out of order. Rooms have broken trim, handles, latches, and handles. No food options. Bar area closed for most of stay.
