If you only need a place to sleep for a few hours for a reasonable price and don’t need any amenities, this is a reasonable choice. Stayed just long enough to sleep a few hours. Staff were polite and said staff were available 24/7. First impression pulling in made me uneasy as it is very run down and had a vehicle parked with two flat tires. Libby has a window with a small gap to slide things in and a sign that said no refunds after 15 min, made me a little cautious. I asked to see the room first and he was great about allowing that. Bed Box springs were visibly stained but sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. The window unit worked and kept the room a comfortable temperature. Had a microwave and mini fridge but we did not use. Had a chain on the door for security. Overall, the room was worn but functional for our needs. No sign of bugs. Price for the room was reasonable when we only stayed about 8 hours to sleep and back on the road.

Rooms were clean but really need to be repaired for wear and tear on walls, doors, flooring. Light between beds didn't have knob to turn it on. Freezer had frozen dirty ice in it. Doors to front counter were locked so you have to converse thru plastic window. Place was quiet which was nice. Close to highway and restaurants. Just needs cosmetic updates.

Too tired after long drive and did not pay attention to the red flags. (1) Empty parking lot (2) Cash only (3) Room funk smell (4) Run down look of room. Most positive thing was the well lit parking lot since I was worried about my work truck getting broken into. Travel frequently and always budget minded which this place met but I still was pushing the limit for staying in run down motels.

Absolutely filthy!!! OMG! If I could have went to another place I would have! You are not allowed to even go into the lobby! They have you check in through a back door! Very very hot in the makeshift lobby. At least pretend to care! Do better Knights Inn! I don't think I could come back!

As A Real Estate Investor, I could not help but notice that the property LACKS "Curb Appeal". To be fair, the price paid to get a couple of hours sleep reflected the lack of sparkle. Nonetheless, the room had several areas that reflect Deferred Maintenance. The only "light" was in the Bathroom. every other light was either "burned out" or simply missing. Upon Checking in, having to pay for a "Key Deposit" should have been a warning that my stay however brief would LIKELY not be repeated. To that point, my Credit Card has yet to be credited for the return of the key. Bad Business practice on the part of someone. Again to be fair, I have NOT pursued calling either the Front Desk at the Property NOR placed a complaint with the Credit Card as there could be a multi-day waiting period. However that time frame is about close out. I have to wonder if the Operator at the Property "counts on" Guests "forgetting" about the Key Deposit. So with that I close this "Tell us about your Stay"

I checked in around 2:00PM but didn’t go to my room till later. The room was filthy with cigarette butts behind the nightstand and cigarette ashes in the nightstand drawer. The room stunk like dog urine and looked like dogs had been urinating on the wall. The carpet wasn’t even vacuumed. I called the front desk and he said the odor was from paint. I’m not stupid I know what paint smells like. He wouldn’t even let us change rooms

One of the terrible stay I have ever stayed. Smoking smell is everywhere in the property. Definitely not advisable for families and with small kids. It was said as non-smoking room but the bedcover bed chairs everything smells smoking. Very inconvenient and pathetic one. I never recommend property to anyone.

Not the best place to stay. Couldn’t use the shower because there was something black stuck in the tub. Also not sure what it was but there was a lot of banging noises throughout the night as if something metal was colliding with something else. It was hard to sleep. I was woke majority of the night and checked out at 7:30 am. I felt like I was cheated. The soap was so hard and small it didn’t work had to keep scrubbing it against the towel and it still didn’t suds up smh

This place is disgusting. Why were we charged more for the room then the daily rate? It wasn't even a clean room. Also charged a certain fee for deposit. Door doesn't seal correct. A chain on the door for which looks as if its been kicked in. Will not stay again, and I will not ever use Expedia again, after the price hike. Hope you do better at being a good company. Was required to submit multiple reviews because they dont want me mentioning prices. Whatever

It was a decent hotel for the money. Bed was mediocre, no bugs except the ones that made it through the door gap, poor lighting, tv was poor reception, definitely not winning any remodeling award, took a week to get my deposit back.

The front desk is a bulletproof window. The sign in the window says, “no refunds after 15 minutes.” That’s how long you have to change your mind, and they have figured out that it takes most people longer than that.

I'm giving this a low rating because when I booked the room I booked it because it said pets were allowed. As soon as I got there, the front desk lady said their policies changed and only service animals are allowed. Please update your website or something because now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund since the room was prepaid
