Literally only chose this hotel because they had a hot tub and pool It was closed for the entire weekend due to a broken light in the pool area they didn’t want to have repaired until Monday. Weekend ruined .

The whole point of our staying on New Years Eve was to swim and hang out with our kids. We got to the hotel only to find out that the heaters for the hot tub and pool were out of order. I wish we would have been notified prior to arrival so alternate plans could have been made.

I would recommend this hotel is very clean , the staff very helpful , excellent breakfast options, very good Bar open until 23:00 pm everyday .beautiful patio outdoor with the fireplace I enjoyed sitting outdoor .

The hotel was very nice and the bed was comfortable. This hotel was overall a great experience. To be honest, and it's my fault I didn't say anything, the bathroom and towels could have used a little bit better cleaning. I would definitely return here though.

The hotel is average in terms of its facilities. However, we got a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk as soon as we entered, and the person there said he didn’t notice the smell and that they had sprayed air freshener. Of course, that didn’t eliminate the smell. The next day we requested a room change, but the other room smelled like a dog. So, we decided to stay in the one that smelled like cigarettes. It was really uncomfortable, as the smell was quite strong. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was good but not having NBC or Fox networks on the tv was disappointing. At least have the option with your streaming for peacock or Hulu or being able to connect your phone wirelessly to the tv. I would have rated this higher if that had been an option. Otherwise it was clean, safe area, and convenient for what I needed it for.

We’ve never been in a room that did not offer a microwave. We were told that some rooms did not have microwaves, but, we did not know this until we had checked into our room and were comfortable. We were told we could go down from the fourth floor to use the microwave in the lobby. I think we should’ve been told there was no microwave in the room before we checked it. Otherwise it was convenient, clean, and the beds were restful.

My only complaint- i could hear my neighbors to the north. I was in room 115, so the connecting/adjoined door was likely the source of the noise, but either way, it was a decent amount of noise and did wake me from sleeping.

The tv didn't work most of the time. We had tv about fifty percent of our stay. My neighbor next to my room kept knocking on the conjoining doors. She knocked 4 times. We couldn't sleep.

Overall, it was a great experience. I did have to ask the front desk to have maintenance turn up the brightness on my TV because it was super dark when I first arrived but they were quick to fix and it was a great stay for the price.

Facility was good except our checking experience was miserable. We had to change the room twice because first time the room was not cleaned so they gave a new room but the card was not working. So we had to go back again to the front desk to get the new cards .

Hot tub and pool were great. Front desk check in was super easy and friendly. Needed extra pillows and even though they were sold out of rooms they delivered them within 5 minutes! Super clean rooms and hallways. Breakfast/bar area is super nice!

It was a standard hotel - nothing terrible, nothing outstanding. I was in town to visit my daughter at Purdue. I notified the hotel that I would be checking in very late because my first two flight were canceled. When I arrived at 02:15 , I waited for over 20 mins for someone to show up at reception. Clearly the person on duty had been sleeping. Other than the slowness to check in all was fine. Next time I’ll try to stay closer to Purdue campus

My only complaint would be that someone from the morning cleaning staff was talking at FULL VOLUME outside my door early in the morning. Tired from a long road trip, I thought I could sleep in a bit however this person woke me up with her noisy phone conversation.
