always good here , the pool though has not been well maintained these last 2 trips, i see the maintenance man each day but still the water is cloudy / dirty - it didnt used to be , always crystal clear in the past :(

This is a fairly basic hotel for those looking for a less expensive and longer-term stay. Very few restaurants or eati g options nearby. Room was clean and pleasant enough - limited breakfast options. Parking was great though.

The room was great and the hotel was very nice. Lots of space for breakfast and good options to choose from. The pool was nice, but really over crowded the first night and then too dirty from that to use the next day.

When I first arrive into my room, I noticed there was leftover food, tea, and beer in the fridge. I notified the front desk immediately and they did give me the option to change rooms (it was late and I had my 3 year old so I opted out) they attendant assure me the food would be removed the next morning. The next day I came back in the evening, and the food was still there. The manager came up and removed the food herself and also switched my room. The towels had hair in them in both rooms. The ice machine was not working on floor 3. The vending machine was down, so you had to go to the front desk to buy drinks, which isn't unreasonable, but they could only take cash (similar to the vending machine so again, not unreasonable). For a place to just lay your head, it wasn't a terrible experience.

I booked a pet friendly hotel on Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel with my small dog, they charged me a $100 non-refundable pet “cleaning” fee. I was not happy, especially for the fact that I am a Titanium Elite Member and my pet is cleaner than most people. The front desk could have cared less that I was a TE member and she wouldn’t let me earn my points since I booked the hotel through Expedia where it looked like I wouldn’t have non-refundable pet depasit.I won’t be staying here again.

Property is clean. Surrounding area is not good. I had gone only by the ratings online and when we arrived wished I had researched the area. We drove in late and picked up pizza from a local place which was still open. Breakfast was poor for a Residence inn. The drinking water was super chlorinated, boiled eggs tasted like had been refrigerated several days and the waffles were dry. The scrambled eggs and rest were ok. If you just need to spend a night in transit, it will work. Just figure out the restaurants before you drive in.
