Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall

I stayed for a full week, good hotel, Ibn Battuta Mall and metro station are both a few metres away, I found that very convenient. The gym is good with all the necessities. Went for a quick run - 3km around the hotel and the mall, clear and accessible pavements were good. Staff were amazing, Joana was very helpful, and the rest of the team. The service at the bar could be better as it seemed like sometimes there was just one person taking orders and serving the entire bar.

swimming pool closes early at 8 pm. few pool tiles missing, leaving sharp edges at the bottom

Hotellet har god service og rengøring. Tæt og koblet med en bro til et Ibn Batouta Mall, men langt fra centrum. Pool området kan forbedres idet pompen larmer konstant mega høft og kan ikke slukkes.

My second stay at the Premier Inn and it ticked all the boxes. I will definitely go back. A big shout out to the bar staff who were great at Mr. Toads bar and diner.

Recently enjoyed a fabulous two-week stay at Premier Inn IBN BATTUTA in Dubai. Perfectly located, it offered easy access to the city's sights and sounds. The room was a dream - spacious, clean, and modern, a real value for the price. Loved the amenities, especially the refreshing pool and the well-equipped gym. The Wi-Fi was super reliable, a big plus! The staff were stars, always helpful and friendly, making my stay extra special. The dining experience was top-notch, with a fantastic breakfast spread and great meal options. For anyone visiting Dubai, I highly recommend Premier Inn IBN BATTUTA for its unbeatable mix of comfort, location, and service.

Par contre, il est a plus de 30 minutes du centre de Dubaï en métro. et la vue des chambre donne sur les centrales électriques ce qui n'est pas le plus beau. et son wifi est pas assez puissant.

Close to shopping, and the kids loved the swimming pool.

El hotel tiene parquing gratis, està cerca del metro y justo al lado de un Mall con tiendas i zonas para comer. Puedes acceder al Mall directamente des del hotel. El desayuno esta muy bien. La piscina no es muy grande pero para un chapuzon esta bien. Nuestra planta olia un poco a humedad.

Ele resolve o que se propõe. Hotel simples. Bom pra quem não vai curtir o hotel e sim os passeios. Cama boa, chuveiro bom. Tem uma piscina simples no terceiro andar. O café da manhã é de acordo com o hotel.Fica dentro de um shopping q tem carrefour. O shopping tem vários outlet. Sai dentro do metrô. Eles te levam pra praia de grátis se vc quiser. A JBR...que é muitooo legal fomos a noite e é dmais!

Les + -Hotel propre et literie confortable -Le personnel est au petit soin -Le petit déjeuner est varié et délicieux -L'accès au mall qui est gigantesque avec plusieurs espaces restaurants, jeux pour enfants, boutiques etc -L’accès au Metro qui dessert la Marina en une station, JBR, Deira et plein d’autres endroits -Le parking gratuit et souvent vide Les - -De la moquette partout dans l’établissement, ce qui donne une sensation d’humidité et une odeur désagréable -La fenêtre de la chambre est minuscule, vue horrible sur une usine et le toit du mall -Manque un peu de service, pas de savon dans la salle de bain, peu de serviette pour 4 personnes, pas assez de rangement (mes vêtements sont restés dans ma valise tous le séjour)

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The rooms are damp and humid and the bedding and carpet feels cold and wet. The smell of the building is disgusting and it’s one of the first things you notice when walking in. There is a rancid aroma in the rooms and the pillows smell horrific. You don’t notice it at first but once you have settled into the room you will notice the smell. The smell is so ghastly it’s woken me up at night. Your clean clothes constantly feel wet and damp to touch. Don’t expect your sweaty gym clothes to dry either! Books and paper has crinkled, which is a sure sign of dampness/humidity. Upon raising my genuine health concerns about staying in the room any longer they offered to move me to a different room. I went to check it out and it felt the same - cold and damp. If I wanted to “upgrade” to the new tower, I would have to pay for that! What a joke. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a hotel. I have now moved to a new room purely as it is 11pm at night and I need to sleep and I refuse to sleep in the room I had. Sadly I booked this hotel for 7 nights and I will be checking out after just 3. What a waste of money. I appreciate it is summer in Dubai and it is humid, but I have never experienced anything like this before in any hotels or apartments I’ve stayed in. I don’t believe this property meets health and safety standards. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Zeer prettig hotel. Ruime kamers voor de kinderen ook een goed bed. De kamers werden dagelijks goed schoongemaakt. Het zwembad is klein maar prettig en voorzien van zonnebedden inclusief handdoekservice. Je kan goed eten bij Mr. Toads of gezellig een drankje/borrel doen. Let op, kinderen tot 18 jaar zijn vanaf 21.00/22.00 uur niet meer welkom in Mr. Toads. Ibn Battuta mall is vanuit het hotel te bereiken, de metro ligt aan de overkant. Met de metro reis je veilig en binnen enkele minuten gemakkelijk en voordeling naar de Marina, The Beach of de Burj Khalifa. Kortom goed hotel met een zeer gunstige ligging.

Großes Zimmer. Sauber. Freundliches unaufdringliches Personal. Direkt an der Batutta Mall und an der Metro. Sehr gute Matratze. Kühlschrank hat sehr gut gekühlt. Vier große Aufzüge. Saurer Geruch um den Kühlschrank herum. In manchen Etagen feuchter Geruch. Keine Liege am Pool bekommen. Keine USB Anschlüsse am Bett.

Special thanks to Thet, Ahmed, and the egg station chef for their excellent service and attention to detail. Most importantly, the staff at this hotel are outstanding. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Madelyn and Affan for their friendly and efficient service during check-in and check-out, and for accommodating my late check-out until 2 pm. Their professionalism made the process smooth and stress-free. Additionally, Sandip from housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping my room spotless and comfortable throughout my stay. It wasn’t a good experience from arrival. We understand that there’s flooding in Dubai. No guidance or email to let us know of alternative route and where to park. We ended up searching for few hours to get into the Ibn Battuta Mall. We tried calling the hotel gor guidance but no answer at all. We had to park the back of Ibn Battuta Mall, waiting for another half an hour for available spot. We had to drag our luggages inside the whole mall to get to the hotel. The carpet room smelt so bad that we couldn’t sleep. I had to buy room spray to spray the room! The location is fine but the hotel could do the necessary to inform guests. This is standard hotel 101 protocol! and procedures. Hope this can be improve and future guidance. Thank you.

Great location. Breakfast affordable and okay, nothing special but for the price it's fine. Other than that, extremely average. Rather dirty (some small insects found in the room). Waiting for lifts can take forever despite there being 4 of them. Not sure if I'd return.

The first room that I received had issues we the window making it impossible to sleep due to the highway. The second room I was moved had issues with the air conditioner - Noisy and rattling. This is the first time I have experienced such issues

Helt ok rum och frukost men vattnet i duschen kom och gick. Oerhört irriterande att vattnet i duschen slutade att komma när man duschar. Fel anmälde detta flera gånger utan att de fick ordning på detta.

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig an einem Busbahnhof und der Ibn Battuta Metro Station. Außerdem gibt es einen direkten Zugang zur Ibn Battuta Mall. Die Zimmer (zumindest in Tower B) sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Die bodentiefen Fenster bieten einen tollen Ausblick auf Dubai Marin in der Ferne. Leider ist die nahe Aussicht auf das große Kraftwerk und Entsalzungsanlage nur für Technikliebhaber ein Genuss.

I was in a special access room. Wonderful. New deco. Wide doorways. Huge bathroom This hotel is right on metro line so very convenient going downtown.

One night stay. Soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. Had to catch early morning flight. Had no time to wait for them to refill it. Showerhead water flow was also low. Informed these issues while checking out. Otherwise nice hotel, convenient location.

This far exceeded my expectations of a Premier Inn. Couldn't fault any of the staff, the room in tower B was huge/clean/modern. Location, with the metro was great especially with the unbearable heat outside. Pool was great to get some relief, and very quiet last week. Maybe the bar staff should be pro active and offer drinks at the pool as a missed opportunity.

Our first room had a ceiling leak in the bathroom and wet carpet in the living area. The shower continually shifted from hot to cold. It was difficult to drive to the hotel, but that was because of flooded roads—not the hotel’s fault.

My Flight to Dubai was cancelled by the Air lines due to the Iran attack on Israel, so they closed the air space at my travel location. I reached out to the Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall location and explain my uncontrollable circumstance, and they did not waive or refund my money. Note: The rental car company Sixt gladly refunded my money. and also FlyDubai airlines refunded my money. However, Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta Mall did not!!! Unacceptable !!!This is not good business at all. They kept my money and sold my room to some else!!

This is a very handy location. Hotel rooms are no frills but good. The facilities are great. Connected to a good shopping mall that has everything you need. Food is good and reasonably priced. The staff here are really nice and go out of their way to help.

Poor service in calling the front desk especially at night. Nobody answered the call. How about if it’s an emergency?

DO NOT STAY HERE!! When Dubai was completely flooded, this hotel was surrounded by 5 feet of water. I contacted the hotel in advance and they ignored me. When I arrived to see the condition of the hotel I called them and they didn’t answer. I received a message the next day saying the hotel is operating as normal, staff said I could have walked through the water with the 20kg bag on my head - risking electrocution and walking through what is presumably sewage. Its laughable! I couldn’t check in on ANY day to this hotel because everything was closed, including all roads. They have refused to refund me, and the hotel manager Niumal Fernando has agreed to this decision. It is disgraceful, this has happened to 90 people PER DAY! They will lie to you, anything to try to decline you a refund. Stay in Avani next door! Pay a little extra; trust me it’s worth it.

At the check in counter Mr. Mohammad was the worst experience I had.

La estancia fue muy placentera, como llegamos mucho mas temprano de la hora del Chek in, al llegar a dejar las maletas, el Manager, muy amablemente nos permitio el hacer el chek in en ese momento, sin nosotros solicitarlo, fue una experiencia increible. nos quedamos una noche mas y lo recomendamos ampliamente con un 10 de puntuacion.

Nice hotel connected to Ibn Battuta shopping mall. Ideal for Dubai Metro and bus connections. The bus to Abu Dhabi leaves here every 20 minutes. Dubai Marina is close by.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, its attached to ibn batutta mall and the metro station, this proved to be very helpul to me and my family. The staff was very helpful as well

Overall this hotel is not only best value for the money, but also it provides with all you need in a single spot. In addition, all the staff is friendly and helpful. They will try to go the extra mile to meet your needs. Hotel is next to a big mall and you have everything around. I had breakfast and sometimes dinner and the Nuevo restaurant offers some of the cheapest prices in Dubai.
