The resort was absolutely beautiful. This was the friendliest staff that I ever encountered in all of my travels. On-site dining was exceptional. The location was a good distance away from most of the activities that we did or were interested in doing. The beach was nice but too many rocks so standing/walking around the water could become an issue unless you found a clear spot.

I wish I could leave 6 stars. This Ritz Carlton is the best of the best. I cannot say enough about how amazing this trip to Bali was! From the second you arrive at the property you are treated and pampered to like you are the most important person on earth, but not in a fake or ‘we have to because it’s our job’ type of way. Every single staff member, from reception to cleaning to groundskeepers to the spa was genuinely kind, always greeted you with a smile and would bend over backwards to help you. I cannot say enough. Ritz is always wonderful but this is by far the best hotel I have ever been to anywhere in the world. The property is heaven on earth. The rooms (I had the room with lagoon access) were incredible, the pool and beach view from the pool is just beautiful, many food options, an incredible spa and so much more. I booked this spur of the moment and am soooo glad I did! It was the best vacation I’ve ever been on!!! The breakfast buffet is absolutely insane. I could go on and on. Absolutely recommend staying here!!!!!! You will be blown away by the hospitality of the Balinese people! I loved it so much that I already booked a trip back for 2026!! The only downside had nothing to do with the hotel. Traffic takes forever so plan excursions accordingly. (Concierge will help you and assist in scheduling a driver to get you to and from) But you could easily spend a week at the resort and not leave the hotel and still have the most amazing time!!! Could not recommend more!

The entire stay at the Ritz was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. They helped us with dinner recommendations, getting the shuttle to Bali Collection, booking the hydro pool and making reservations. Room service was great. The AC worked fantastic, beds were comfy.

The service, the view, the beach, the swimming pool, kids club, and the facilities are top notch! The hotel is enormous, busy and always filled with hotel guests. Yet, they managed to arrange buggy and room service timely! Just that it’s not a very quiet place, in room you can hear music coming from outside til 10pm. Probably because of different events took place there.

Loved the spa services. And absolutely love Diptique shampoo & conditioner. Wanted to purchase them but they were out of stock…. The manager of the spa, sent ample samples of the products to my room with a nice card. That was very much appreciated for her thoughtful gesture!!! That’s Top service..

Massage was amazing, resort grounds are beautiful and the service from staff is impeccable. Felt so incredibly spoilt all week. Our favourite restaurant was the Missori down by the beach. Couldn’t fault anything except my stay for 5 days wasn’t long enough!

Fantastic hotel, good check-in, good service, good food, delicious pool, good fitness, nice staff and a nice clean beach with good opportunities for walks along the beach. We did have two unfortunate experiences, but they were handled very professionally. The first was that there was actually surprisingly dirty behind the bed. It wasn't something you could see immediately, but since I suffer from dust allergies it hit you very hard the first night. The staff took it very seriously and they came 3-4 men and took the whole bed apart and cleaned behind the bed. The second problem we had was that an AC pipe burst in the room above us, so there was water in our entire room including in my wife's suitcase and in all her clothes. The staff again took the problem seriously and all my wife's clothes were cleaned at the hotel's expense, we got a new room, and were compensated very fairly. Many thanks to Wenten who handled the problem very professionally. This is a hotel we will come back to.

Exceptional buffet with vast amount of choice on offer. On demand freshly squeezed juice. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. One thing to note about the room was that we found it smell a bit damped. Would be better if they had a scented dehumidifier to make the room smell nicer. I would have no problem booking this hotel again.

Beautiful property and great staff. However, upon checking into our room there was food left on the deck near the pool and the robes and towels had stains on them showing that they were overlooked and we’re not replaced. This made us a bit worry about the cleanliness of our room as certain amenities were not replenished as well.

"Our 7-day, 6-night Bali trip included stays at Aloft, Westin Resort, and culminated with one night at The Ritz-Carlton. Frankly, our experience at The Ritz-Carlton, despite being the most expensive leg of our journey (at double the price of the Westin), left us feeling that the value simply wasn't justified. While the Ritz-Carlton name conjures images of unparalleled luxury, the reality fell short in several key areas. The bathrobes and towels were surprisingly subpar, resembling what you'd find in a basic motel rather than a five-star resort – thin and an unappealing off-white. We also encountered functional issues, such as a loose electrical receptacle that rendered it unusable, and a television that was disproportionately small for the spaciousness of our room. Even small amenities like the toothbrushes were a letdown, shedding bristles immediately upon use, which is simply not what you expect from a luxury brand. These details, while individually minor, collectively painted a picture of a property not living up to its reputation or price tag. When comparing it to our comfortable and well-appointed stay at the Westin for half the cost, the Ritz-Carlton's shortcomings became even more apparent. We left feeling that for the price paid, the overall luxury experience was simply not delivered."

Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time. Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room. Overall, a decent experience.

Absolutely amazing! The property is gorgeous. Top notched service and attention to details from the incredible staff. The pool was lovely with a few restaurants to select from. I really appreciated the buggy available readily to take you anywhere around the property. Free activities were available for guests and partial spa facilities as well. The daily breakfast buffet had so many choices and a soup bar. The room was spacious, and super clean. It was a definite place to relax and you never want to leave.

It was fantastic. The Jr. suite was spacious and beautiful. They celebrated our birthdays the entire time we were there. The staff was warm, welcoming and always available. Gorgeous beach area with a restaurant, pools, etc. The breakfast was amazing. Loved every minute of being there.

Absolutely recommend staying here!!!!!! You will be blown away by the hospitality of the Balinese people! I loved it so much that I already booked a trip back for 2026!! The only downside had nothing to do with the hotel. Traffic takes forever so plan excursions accordingly. (Concierge will help you and assist in scheduling a driver to get you to and from) But you could easily spend a week at the resort and not leave the hotel and still have the most amazing time!!! Could not recommend more!

The resort is 10 years old, and it shows. Previously, we stayed at Mandapa, which is also a decade old. In Bali, it seems that there’s little attention paid to the decor, which is unfortunate. Just some examples: the lights in the pool were held up with strings, the whole furniture is so old, even the tv couldn't be connected with internet. some lights were hanging to one side. The pool chairs were rusty, despite staying in the cliff villa, which is the most expensive option. the food delivered to our room almost always arrived cold. You get a group chat for the butlers. overall, the experience doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel or a five-star establishment. quite disappointed!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Ritz Carlton in Nusa Dua which is where we went to kick off our honeymoon. The property is stunning, right from when you walk into the main lobby with a gorgeous view overlooking the Indian Ocean, to the tropical village feel as you're walking around and the gorgeous rooms, where we had access to a pool lagoon right from our room, it really is a very luxurious experience. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel so special on our honeymoon, from decorating the room to sharing special treats with us when we dined, we really felt spoilt. In particular we'd like to call out the immensely friendly staff at The Lounge who made every single evening we spent there special, with their friendly nature and lovely customized dessert plates and also the lovely Yenni who welcomed us and who always took the extra time to come and talk to us, attend to our needs and make us feel special with some gifts for our trip, she put a huge smile on our face! A hotel's venue and amenities matter of course, but it's always the people that make the place and this was very true for our experience at The Ritz Carlton. We can't wait to come back!

The entire stay at the Ritz was fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. They helped us with dinner recommendations, getting the shuttle to Bali Collection, booking the hydro pool and making reservations. Room service was great. The AC worked fantastic, beds were comfy.

The service, the view, the beach, the swimming pool, kids club, and the facilities are top notch! The hotel is enormous, busy and always filled with hotel guests. Yet, they managed to arrange buggy and room service timely! Just that it’s not a very quiet place, in room you can hear music coming from outside til 10pm. Probably because of different events took place there.

Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time. Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room. Overall, a decent experience.

A stunning resort, beautiful beach with cabanas. Staff are very service focused. Just lay back and relax, anything that should take 5 minutes takes 50 minutes here. Check in was not private, everyone could hear our room rate, bed type etc. however, they did provide access to our room for Early arrival. My favorite part was the private beach, Lunch in one of the free cabanas, we even loved the rain while lounging. Hotel location in Nusa Dua is adjacent to a few other high end resorts, but requires 20 minute Taxi rides to get into town. Two areas of improvement for the hotel to manage screaming children in the Lagoon and very loud groups in the Restaurants, which prompts me to book another resort in the future. Overall spacious rooms and in room amenities are good. Management did not offer any accommodation for the negative feedback during our stay. The concierge was super helpful with shipping quotes.

I wish I could leave 6 stars. This Ritz Carlton is the best of the best. I cannot say enough about how amazing this trip to Bali was! From the second you arrive at the property you are treated and pampered to like you are the most important person on earth, but not in a fake or ‘we have to because it’s our job’ type of way. Every single staff member, from reception to cleaning to groundskeepers to the spa was genuinely kind, always greeted you with a smile and would bend over backwards to help you. I cannot say enough. Ritz is always wonderful but this is by far the best hotel I have ever been to anywhere in the world. The property is heaven on earth. The rooms (I had the room with lagoon access) were incredible, the pool and beach view from the pool is just beautiful, many food options, an incredible spa and so much more. I booked this spur of the moment and am soooo glad I did! It was the best vacation I’ve ever been on!!! The breakfast buffet is absolutely insane. I could go on and on. I’ve stayed at many other 5 star resorts like Kempinski,Mulia,ayana,Sofitel,Conrad, renaissance Uluwatu, padma, alila ect. So my expectations were VERY HIGH when I booked it. I felt skeptical at first since I was let down by other hotels, but everything went smoothly….from the Check in process, breakfast, the room and much more!!! The one thing that I’d like to mention is that the staff are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! Every single one of them …. Even the gardeners are so polite they will bow and greet the guest…. (Which doesn’t usually happen at other resorts) the spa was also amazing, we didn’t want to leave this place!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. This was the friendliest staff that I ever encountered in all of my travels. On-site dining was exceptional. The location was a good distance away from most of the activities that we did or were interested in doing. The beach was nice but too many rocks so standing/walking around the water could become an issue unless you found a clear spot.

Very nice and massive property in Nusa Dua Staff excellent Room excellent, bring your chargers; no USB charging outlet in the room Monkeys will come on your balcony while you are eating breakfast. Location is not very accessible to town/ shopping area like Seminyak. On the same street as other 5 star hotels. No motor bike rentals nearby. Will need to take taxis when you leave the property unless you like to walk a lot. Overall, excellent place to stay and relax.

Ritz-Carlton does it right - this is a beautiful hotel!! The staff is courteous, and attends to every detail of your stay. The beach and pool are beautiful with a great menu. Plenty of activities. There were many choices for dining and I found the food very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel!!
Ritz-Carlton does it right - this is a beautiful hotel!! The staff is courteous, and attends to every detail of your stay. The beach and pool are beautiful with a great menu. Plenty of activities. There were many choices for dining and I found the food very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel!!

The resort is 10 years old, and it shows. Previously, we stayed at Mandapa, which is also a decade old. In Bali, it seems that there’s little attention paid to the decor, which is unfortunate. Just some examples: the lights in the pool were held up with strings, the whole furniture is so old, even the tv couldn't be connected with internet. some lights were hanging to one side. The pool chairs were rusty, despite staying in the cliff villa, which is the most expensive option. the food delivered to our room almost always arrived cold. You get a group chat for the butlers. overall, the experience doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel or a five-star establishment. quite disappointed!

Pros: Beautiful!! Beach is lovely. Staff is so nice. Yoga on beachfront amazing. Gym nice. Pool great. Breakfast amazing. Cons: My room towels were dingy white and frayed. The night table was falling apart and washroom cabinets need replacement. Shouldn’t really be happening at a Ritz. Didn’t get room until 5pm, so manager comped out lunch. Need more food options.

This place sucks for a 5 star resort. To be clear, it’s still a 5-star resort (property is awesome, it’s right on the beach, food is good and there are plenty of options) but I’d spend my money elsewhere. The biggest issue is everything is overpriced. You pay $10-12 (that’s USD) per cocktail and you get tiny portions disguised in tall glasses, but it’s like 6 oz. Wine was $20 per glass. It’s also a huge headache to do/order anything because you always have to sign for it (we wanted a couple towels one day and had to sign a checkout form). The bureaucracy was crazy. And they were always having weddings that are loud and disruptive. The main restaurant was closed one night for a wedding party. When you spend that much on a room you don’t want to get nickel and dimed on everything else and that’s what it felt like.

풀빌라에 묵었는데 객실이 깔끔하고 직원분들이 엄청 친절했습니다. 뷰고 좋고 수영장과 해변이 연결되어 있어서 아이가 있는 가족들에게 추천드립니다. 중식 위주의 조식이 좀 아쉬웠지만 리조트 내 다른 식당들 퀄리티가 인상적이였습니다. 스테이크 맛집이에요ㅎㅎ

Every single staff, without exception, were attentive, helpful and happy. I’ve never smiled so much over 6 days! I will be back, just as much to enjoy Bali as seeing the wonderful staff and enjoying the beautiful property!

Stunning property!! Received 2,000,000 IDR credit per day which allowed me to eat and drink for free daily at the many restaurants on site and room service. Every staff member was kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. Would absolutely recommend.
