DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay

Well, I travel a lot, but, rarely find a great hotel to stay in such as this stay. Everything was perfect- from the quick check in , through an upgrade to a larger room with Burg Haliffa view, the great meals both breakfast and dinner, up to the quick check out process and keeping our luggage for a few hours more. I will definitely come back!

Great stay. Reception, rooms, pool, cleaning, room service 5/5. Breakfast was good, but not great.

The staff and amenities were quite amenable. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we are in Dubai. Over time, this beautiful hotel has become our second home. Because of the staff, we have chosen to return to Dubai—and to this hotel—four to five times a year, simply because we enjoy it so much. After every stay, we leave completely satisfied and always recommend it to friends and people we know. This time I brought a friend with me, and once again, we had a fantastic stay. Everything works exactly as it should. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff and the unique culture they create. We travel a lot, yet we have never experienced such a consistently warm and friendly atmosphere anywhere else. I would especially like to mention a few from the reception and concierge team: Narendra, George, Joel, Neha, Vishnu, and Norgers. I could mention many more, but I have highlighted them in earlier reviews as well. We have come to know Narendra and George quite well, and they are consistently helpful and genuinely interested in us. Neha at the front desk is elegantly professional and very knowledgeable. I would also like to mention Kristoff, who is responsible for the spa, gym, and pool area. He is truly exceptional and seems to be a leader with a capital L. His team is wonderful as well, which speaks to his leadership style. I truly hope many others choose this hotel, because it is a “one of a kind” experience.
