It is really good for its price among London's other accomodation options. The staff was really nice in helping out with my check in, luggage storage as well as finding my lost items. It is good for a short stay, just remember your own pad locks.

Overall was a great stay, washing machine wasn’t working during my stay, at no fault of anyone on staff, and the bathroom outside my room wasn’t the most clean. Staff was friendly and helpful

I stayed in a 4 beds dorm for two nights and I had a group of polite roommates. The staffs in the reception were very polite. This hostel is located not far from Euston station and Oxford circus. Both are walkable. The four-bed dorm has its own bathroom within the dorm which is quite convenient. However, it’s a little bit too warm during summer as no aircon in the building. And there is no locker in the room and no curtain for each bed.

Unfortunately it was a very noisy night so this gets off to a bad start. There is no air conditioning so on a hot summer night we needed to open the window. The noise from outside and then inside at 3am resulted in little sleep. Beds are not comfortable. The hotel is cheap compared to other hotels and I guess you get what you pay for.

There were three of us and we stayed in a private room with a private bathroom. There were two bunk beds, no TV, you have to rent the towel and no toiletries. There's hardly any space for our luggage. We have to go to the laundry area in the basement to use our hair dryer-- I was told the power plug in our room bathroom can't handle it. This is a hostel so the lack of space and amenities is understandable. It's pretty close to train stations and a Tesco, some restaurants around the area, but we never tried any. The one elevator broke two days before our check-out. Luckily, we were only on the 2nd floor so, not it wasn't a big deal bringing down our luggage using the stairs. This is our first time in a hostel and although the experience isn't bad at all, I will most likely not book another one.

Very convenient as a stop over before catching Eurostar. However, room was very warm, even though temperature outside was not particularly high. A fan was provided, but was noisy. Did not make for a good night's sleep. Bracket for shower hose was broken, making showering tricky.

Great stay. Private room for young family (4, 7 and 9). Clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. For the price we paid of under £80 a night we could not complain at all. Location to park/London Zoo ideal. Tube just at end of road. Would stay there again even if it were to be more expensive. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a comfortable stay in London at a good price

I booked it because my flight home was leaving at midnight and I wanted a place to stay until then. As it is a hostel, I wasn't expecting the facilities, but my expectations were overturned, but in a good way. Cleanliness! Bright! Everything is NEW! And, very quiet (as long as the time I stayed there). I had stayed in another hotel for five days that was almost twice the price, and I wished I had stayed here in the first place. Excellent place.
