We had a fantastic 8 night stay. Hotel has a stunning beach setting. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Food in every restaurant was delicious. Best of all were the wonderful staff who were all so helpful. Especially Ariana the concierge who helped arrange bespoke excursions, boat trip and all our reservations. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the St. Regis in early April as a family of five, including two small children, and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. Initially, we had checked into another 5-star property, but the location didn’t meet our expectations, and we decided to move to St. Regis—a decision we’ll always be glad we made. While the physical property itself is breathtaking, what truly sets St. Regis apart is its exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members, including the Manager, Felix, who consistently provided extraordinary assistance throughout our stay. It felt as though the entire staff knew our family by name, greeting us whenever we walked by or entered a restaurant—this level of personalized service was remarkable. We were assisted by several butlers (Putra, Ernie, & Edi) during our visit, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our children still talk about Edi, who kindly drove them to the kids' club when we realized we were running late for our spa appointment. Beyond the impeccable service, the breakfast options were incredible, with a wide variety to suit every palate. The private beach was a unique feature, elevating our Bali experience, although we spent much of our time relaxing by the stunning pools. We’re already planning our next trip back to St. Regis. The only downside is that the team has set such a high standard that we’re unsure if any other hotel will be able to compete!

This is one of the most beautiful resorts! Truly a tropical paradise with lush gardens. The seawater lagoon is the highlight. It feels like swimming in a river running through a jungle. Envoy picked up my a private vechile arranged by the st Regis resort. Upon arrival everything was faultless. Room was very spacious and clean. The room comes with your own butler. Th grounds and beach area are spotless and staff are friendly and polite. The food and service at every bar and restaurant is faultless. We couldn’t recommend this resort highly enough. It is a world class resort.

Amazing! My new favorite place to stay if in Bali. By far the best for service, people, property, room, spa, food, beach, lagoon, and don’t forget to have a Bloody Mary while at the beach bar. Truly beautiful!

This resort is complete luxury . The food excellent the facilities incredible . It is a beautiful resort . The gardens are so tranquil. The staff are all very helpful and friendly . We did have a little problem initially with noise from building works and some other guests crashing their drone on our roof despite a no drone policy . However management upgraded us to the most amazing villa as an apology so peace was restored and I could not only meditate and enjoy the lovely garden but it made our 30th wedding anniversary extra special because the Villa was beyond luxurious . We were treated like royalty and I am very grateful for a truly wonderful stay . A big thank you for spoiling us !! 🙏😊💗

The hand shower was broken when we checked in for a 10 nights stay. The room should have been inspected for that (we arrived at midnight so the hotel had plenty of time to inspect the room). We did not get an upgrade, considering we were staying there for 10 nights and dining at the hotel restaurants every evening, it’s really not what we expect from a luxury level customer care experience.

バリ島には十数回訪問をしており、同等ランクのホテルにも多数宿泊経験ありますが、やはりセントレジスは格別でした。10年ぶりの訪問でしたが、施設のラグジュアリーさ、朝食のレベル、スタッフの対応、庭園やビーチの景観いずれも、他のホテルとは格差を感じます。 特に、今回は結婚記念日祝いも兼ねていましたが、ホテルからの各種おもてなしはとても嬉しかったです。 本当に快適な滞在をさせてもらい感謝しています。 ただ、さすがに開業して15年程度経過したせいか、一部の部屋内設備やシーツ・カーテンなどはそろそろ新調しても良い時期かもしれません。 ほぼ毎年バリ島には行っていますが、次回もお世話になるかと思います。 それくらい全く飽きることなく、素晴らしいラグジュアリーリゾートで、観光ではなくゆっくりホテルで過ごす方には強くお勧めできます。

Just came back from a one week stay at this property. We stayed in the four bedroom villa (917) and we had the most pleasant stay ever. We would like to give a special thank you to Wawan and Ari for their exceptional service during our stay! They were truly AMAZING. The hotel itself is stunning and beautiful. There is so much to do and so many little details to this resort that makes it that much more beautiful.

The staff was magnificent in welcoming us back to At Regis. Once again the buffet breakfast was a very special treat, with lobster omelette, Wagu steak and Foie gras. Freshly squeeze fruit juice on demand and also a wide range of other food on offer. The staff would also take the food to your table so you don’t have to wait around. Last time we visited St Regis, the also offered a complimentary afternoon tea, but on this occasion it was chargeable. However, the management kindly offered us one free day. The room we booked was supposed to be sea facing, but we wasn’t able to see the ocean. Over ground plantation and the distance from the room to the ocean was quite a different away. Again the management gave us a discount on the room. Overall we really enjoyed coming back to the St Regis.

This resort is complete luxury . The food excellent the facilities incredible . It is a beautiful resort . The gardens are so tranquil. The staff are all very helpful and friendly . We did have a little problem initially with noise from building works and some other guests crashing their drone on our roof despite a no drone policy . However management upgraded us to the most amazing villa as an apology so peace was restored and I could not only meditate and enjoy the lovely garden but it made our 30th wedding anniversary extra special because the Villa was beyond luxurious . We were treated like royalty and I am very grateful for a truly wonderful stay . A big thank you for spoiling us !! 🙏😊💗

We had a fantastic 8 night stay. Hotel has a stunning beach setting. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Food in every restaurant was delicious. Best of all were the wonderful staff who were all so helpful. Especially Ariana the concierge who helped arrange bespoke excursions, boat trip and all our reservations. Highly recommend.

The hand shower was broken when we checked in for a 10 nights stay. The room should have been inspected for that (we arrived at midnight so the hotel had plenty of time to inspect the room). We did not get an upgrade, considering we were staying there for 10 nights and dining at the hotel restaurants every evening, it’s really not what we expect from a luxury level customer care experience.

Initially, we had checked into another 5-star property, but the location didn’t meet our expectations, and we decided to move to St. Regis—a decision we’ll always be glad we made. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members, including the Manager, Felix, who consistently provided extraordinary assistance throughout our stay. It felt as though the entire staff knew our family by name, greeting us whenever we walked by or entered a restaurant—this level of personalized service was remarkable. We were assisted by several butlers (Putra, Ernie, & Edi) during our visit, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our children still talk about Edi, who kindly drove them to the kids' club when we realized we were running late for our spa appointment. Beyond the impeccable service, the breakfast options were incredible, with a wide variety to suit every palate. The private beach was a unique feature, elevating our Bali experience, although we spent much of our time relaxing by the stunning pools. We’re already planning our next trip back to St. Regis. The only downside is that the team has set such a high standard that we’re unsure if any other hotel will be able to compete!

This is one of the most beautiful resorts! Truly a tropical paradise with lush gardens. The seawater lagoon is the highlight. It feels like swimming in a river running through a jungle. Hotel is beautiful. Service is great. Pools and beach accommodations excellent. Breakfast buffet best ever. Other food prices are on the high side though. Although not related to the resort, traffic made wandering around the island difficult.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff cannot be beat! Everyone is so nice, so attentive. We could not have asked for more. The food at the restaurants was so good including the breakfast and highly recommend the high tea service.

Envoy picked up my a private vechile arranged by the st Regis resort. Upon arrival everything was faultless. Room was very spacious and clean. The room comes with your own butler. Th grounds and beach area are spotless and staff are friendly and polite. The food and service at every bar and restaurant is faultless. We couldn’t recommend this resort highly enough. It is a world class resort.

Last time we visited St Regis, the also offered a complimentary afternoon tea, but on this occasion it was chargeable. However, the management kindly offered us one free day. The room we booked was supposed to be sea facing, but we wasn’t able to see the ocean. Over ground plantation and the distance from the room to the ocean was quite a different away. Again the management gave us a discount on the room. Overall we really enjoyed coming back to the St Regis.
The staff was magnificent in welcoming us back to At Regis. Once again the buffet breakfast was a very special treat, with lobster omelette, Wagu steak and Foie gras. Freshly squeeze fruit juice on demand and also a wide range of other food on offer. The staff would also take the food to your table so you don’t have to wait around. Hotel is beautiful. Service is great. Pools and beach accommodations excellent. Breakfast buffet best ever. Other food prices are on the high side though. Although not related to the resort, traffic made wandering around the island difficult.

Accessible to almost everything. Walkable to Bali Collection, coffee shops and restaurants. Resort is very clean, staff are very helpful and pleasant. Very personable, they treat everyone well. You don’t get hungry. There’s always a nice treat everyday; fresh fruits, goodies and other treats.
