Please be aware that if you’re booking through Expedia, the listing is very misleading. I was under the impression that I was renting a private apartment (I have rented small private apartments for a similar price point). This is not a private apartment. You rent a room in an apartment complex, share all common areas with other guests and have to climb lots of stairs to get to your room and to the kitchen. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious enough for two people to share. It’s a comfortable place and I’d be more than happy to stay here again. However, I feel like it’s important to inform people of what they’re getting.

The guesthouse was beautiful and conviently located. When I got there it was extremly hot but after the thermostat was adjusted it was very comfortable. Not a big deal, but there was no TV remote in my room and the TV in the common area didn't work (or at least the remote didn't). Otherwise it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Great location. Needs an iron and had sink issues in our bathroom but the owner communicated with us. Parking can be an issue since you have to park off the street, whatever’s available. Lots of steps depending on which room you get. AC was another minor issue but easy to fix. Room was cozy and clean. Space is just enough for 2 in the space we chose which was a double bed. Would recommend but not sure if I’d stay again.

On what you are looking for. This is an airbnb with rooms on three floors. If you have a question or problem you have to call because no one is on-site. You will be given access codes for the front door, garage, and your room. On the plus side: Place was new, common kitchen/area on second floor had the essentials. Price was good. Not-so-good: Two-car garage for multiple units. There is not a good line-of-sight when you pull out of the driveway into traffic on a fairly busy street. You will probably end up parking on the street. (Over three days I always found street parking within a block.) There is no elevator, so count on carrying your luggage up to your room. All floors have high ceilings, so you will have some extra walking up stairs. My room did not have a luggage stand (even Motel 6 has these!), wash cloth, shampoo, or Kleenex. If you don’t like the temperature in your room you are asked to adjust the thermostat for your floor, which is on the landing area. To adjust the thermostat you have to re-program the thermostat schedule. Good luck with that.

The stay itself was very nice . When booking initially I thought it was for the whole house but it’s for a room in the house . Tho there are codes to get in the house I could not sleep the second night knowing there was someone else walking around . If you’re ok with a shared space the place is perfect . I never saw the other guest

We did enjoy our stay however since you are sharing the house it can get really loud from the other guests. I was having trouble sleeping due to the noise from the other people staying in the house. Parking was also an issue. Other than the stay was nice, the house was great and convenient location for us! More towels and bath mats would have been nice for the bathroom too!
