Very nice property but two small complaints: 1. My room was facing busy road. The sound-proofing was poor. Had I been staying more than 1 night I’d have needed to move rooms. 2. There is no gym here, not even a small fitness room. I find that incredibly odd for a property of this standard to lack a fitness room with a treadmill and a few basic bits. Massively overlooked in my opinion.

Staff were very friendly. Bar was very relaxing and had a good selection. TV in the room was particularly frustrating as we wanted to have a chilled evening and watch TV. The TV kept freezing. When this was raised with reception the response was “yes we are having a problem due to the storm on Friday” that didn’t help outlet stay!

This was the most amazing hotel! It is absolutely beautiful. The theming and decor and right in point. We loved wandering the hotel looking at all of the photos and artifacts and really feeling immersed in the history of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This stay was more than we could have hoped for and we wish we could have stayed more than 2 nights. We will definitely stay here again when we can make it back to Belfast. If I were going to nit pick, the only things that possibly could have been better was there is no on site parking and the shower was kind of small, but that’s only if I’m being super picky. Parking was not too far and was a reasonable rate and the bathroom was so beautiful that the smaller shower was really fine.

This is a beautiful. The room was fantastic. High ceilings, lovely bed, super comfortable. Our issue was the bar and the breakfast the next day. In the bar, 2 staffers were kissing, hugging, being playful with each other as we sat at the bar trying not to notice. Super unprofessional. The breakfast the next day was confusing. Not very well explained. Ate off the menu, but got other items at the buffet - customer service was horrible. We got there and most the food was gone from the buffet and not refilled. Bad experience for a pricey breakfast. Loved our room, but the staffing in the bar/restaurant need some revised training, badly.

Have stayed here a number of times on business and really enjoy it. History is amazing! My only negative is that the bar food menu is small and it hasn’t changed all the times I’ve been there. What is available is very good, but maybe even have a special or seasonal menus?

Another trip to this beautiful hotel, spotless rooms and each one full of character. It’s more than a hotel, it’s Titanic and history and luxury all in one! I was celebrating retirement and a lovely decorated tray of chocolate strawberries left on arrival!

On the second day of our stay the room was not serviced the waste bins were overflowing and the the bed was not made also the toiletries were not replenished in the bathroom, we also had to request replacements for the tea bags and milk. My wife found it difficult to use the hair dryer as the plug was to far away from the mirror.

Possibly the cleanest hotel, I’ve ever stayed in, and with the friendliest service I’ve had in the UK. Amazing breakfast, beautifully decorated bathroom, stunning hallways and entrances. Genuinely warm service like you would expect in somewhere like the United States but wouldn’t normally get closer to home! Night staff seemed a little bit confused about how to get to the car park and how to pay for parking. I got one night in the car park free and one that I had to pay for. They didn’t seem to understand the system very well. Amazingly well located for the Titanic tour. Would happily call this a five star hotel.

Very overpriced. The rooms were fine, there was mould on the shower screen and around the bath. Housekeeping tried to usher us out of the room around 9.45am when checkout was 11am. Paid £10 for fake rose petals and another £10 for a fruit platter which only comprised of an apple, an orange, a banana and some grapes which had withered and some resembled grapes. No breakfast tea available, only camomile in rooms, clearly they want you to pay for a cup of tea. Air conditioning unit very loud. The restaurant was good, but overall the hotel was overpriced and not worth the markup.

For the most part this is a good hotel. Large rooms, great conversion of the old building, very good staff, good food. But there are a few things that stop it being very good - lighting is not great in the rooms (the lights look great - there's just not enough light), no safe in the room, instant coffee and kettle (would have hoped for a proper coffee maker such as a Nespresso for the prices charged), cracked toilet seat, a lot of street noise if you face the road (original windows - no double glazing and the strip the hotel is on seems to be drag-racing central for Belfast guys to put their cars through their paces).

We stayed here as we were attending an event at the SSE Arena. The location was perfect as it’s just a short walk from this venue. The hotel is stunning. The rooms too were tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need - toiletries, hair dryer, iron, A/C. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was street-side and VERY LOUD. The king bed was 2-twin beds “attached together” and the seam in the middle was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. The fire alarm went off twice in the morning at 5am which woke us up. This was HORRIBLE.

Overall a great place to stay with beautiful rooms and public areas oozing with history. The only criticism for the room (Deluxe)is that it needed a fridge, a mirror with a plug socket nearby and a little more lighting. The bed and furniture were excellent and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Public areas were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a buffet style and was fine. The staff were excellent and friendly, as is the Irish way. Would I stay again? Most definitely.

The hotel decor is absolutely incredible. It really does feel like walking back in time to the early 20th century. The main bar and dining area is a wonderful room with big windows allowing plenty of natural light in. The fish and chips on offer in the main dining area was very good, I would definitely recommend that. In terms of negatives - the TV in our room didn't work, neither did the phone. Also, the breakfast at £19 per person represents extremely poor value for money. At that price, I think it's reasonable to expect a breakfast to be cooked fresh and to order rather than the buffet hot plate that is on offer.

The hotel nice and a convenient location for the museum. The down side was the mattress on the bed was lumpy and was too soft and uncomfortable. The lighting was very dim. The bar and food was very nice.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a better hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a log. The service was outstanding. Vegetarian breakfast was delicious. The cocktail bar is a great venue - I could have watched the bar staff making cocktails all night. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Last but definitely not least, William the concierge is an absolute rock star. We enjoyed it so much we’ve already booked to go back again next year

Lovely hotel, but it was the service that really stood out - every staff member was exceptional. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and this was one of the best experience's. I felt like I was staying at a true luxury hotel, but at an extremely reasonable price. Room very spacious and of a good standard. The only possible improvement I would suggest is decent coffee in the rooms - a sachet of instant just doesn’t suit somewhere this classy!

I’d love to rave about this hotel, I loved the location next to the Titanic Museum, I love the design and the fact that it was in the old white star offices… Also the dinner was very good, and the breakfast buffet was adequate and seemed reasonably good value. However, the hotel tried to charge me twice for my room and then have me come back to try and charge me twice for breakfast which took time out of my one-day stay in Belfast and was very frustrating. It’s a shame they’ve let themselves down.

We had a wonderful stay at the Titanic Hotel in Belfast which is steeped in history. It lived up to our expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Caroline on reception was most helpful when I requested a change of room. Due to my husband's health I needed to change to an accessible room. William the concierge gave us a very informative tour of this historical hotel and was always on hand to attend to our needs.

Its proximity to the Titanic Museum/exhibition is worth the extra cost. The hop on hop off bus stops at the rear of the hotel and an excellent way to see parts of Belfast. Staff were all helpful and courteous

Lovely hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Around 25 mins walk into city centre and very convenient for City Airport. Not many places to eat/drink other than at the hotel. A lot of modernisation going on in the area so anticipate a better range of restaurants nearby soon.

We loved the rooms and uniqueness of the entire property. The food was good in the restaurant but service was not great. There were a lot of staff but many standing around. We asked for water 4 times before it was brought to us. One of the male servers was excellent and was genuinely trying to help. Our original server was not very friendly and not helpful. Rest of the stay was absolutely excellent. Front desk staff were great. Loved the location.

A bit dark and dreary. Corridors almost completely dark except for room number illumination. Breakfast mediocre for the price. No food of any description was available late at night even nibbles at the bar. Reception staff were great. Breakfast staff not so much.

Fantastic stay here for a long weekend. Rooms fairly big, clean and have everything you need, lovely bathroom (only slight qualm was not having anywhere to hang towels in there). Staff very friendly and happy to help, we left luggage there before and after check-in to save us carrying it about. Breakfast was great too, such a wide range of hot and cold food on offer, plus what the kitchen would make up for you. Had a meal in the Wolff Restaurant which was excellent, well worth the experience and real quality food there. Also had lunch in the bar area too, which is not only a fantastic space (where the plans for Titanic and other ships were drawn up) but also had good food. A little way out of the centre but either the Glider bus or a 30 minute walk along the water's edge gets you in. Overall very satisfied with our stay, and a must for history lovers as well as anyone wanting a luxurious stay.
