Un hotelito con las 3B (bueno, bonito y barato). Un hotel con una decoración muy particular y lunda que le hacen un encanto personal. Muy amable su personal. El hotel súper limpio. La alberca muy disfrutable, aunque sugiero un pasamanos para personas de tercera edad. Las recámara doble del primer piso que le asignaron a mi mamá perfecta en tamaño para su movilidad. Las habitaciones tienen su propio internet, las TV smart. Tuvimos un problema de señal de wifi y nos cambiaron a otra habitación. A pasos de la terminal de autobuses y a pocas cuadras de la plaza municipal y del mercado. Tiendas de conveniencia a la mano y muchos comercios. Una calle transitada pero con mucha seguridad. ¡Yo voy a volver!

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca del ado sobre avenida principal. El trato fue inmejorable en recepción, nos orientaron con todo. Alberca buena Nos faltaron días en Tulum para disfrutar.

No tiene estacionamento propio, no te ayudan a bajar las maletas del carro cuando te estacionas en calle para que sea mas facil y no cargar las maletas desde lejos, viajamos en pareja, solo por una noche, el hotel esta centrico y tiene mucha comida y tiendas alrededor, mobiliario viejo, cama comoda, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, ambiente tranquilo, descansamos muy agusto. Nos toco la habitacion 2, al baño le hace falta una renovada. Lo recomiendo si solo vas de paso o si planeas andar turisteando todo el dia y solo lo usaras para dormir y bañarte.

Ansonsten ist es wirklich sehr schön, die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gesäubert und das bis ins kleinste Detail. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei und sind sehr modern. Der Pool lädt zum abkühlen ein. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen!

Very noisy environment. If you dream to have a rest in your room, forget it. There was not even a curtain in my room, so I requested a shade for the window which costed my 1 hour. Staff was helpful but the hotel's facilities are not enough. Rooms are not in good condition and not really clean.

Dentro del hotel no se tiene señal, PERO SU WIFI TAMPOCO SIRVE JAJA, entonces pues olvídate de poder estar conectado y trabajar o recibir llamadas de familia, amigos etc, adiós internet, la puerta del baño es una puerta corrediza que no deja nada NADA a la imaginación, y nosotros íbamos amigos…. Ya sabrán!

Quarto espaçoso, tudo simples, era esperado pelo preço. Não li a descrição direto e não vi que não tinha ar condicionado, então sofremos bastante com o calor, o ventilador não é suficiente. Sem frigobar tbm, mas isso dá pra viver. Limpo e organizado. Atendimento na recepção muito bom, wi-fi no quarto praticamente não funcionava. No domingo tinha um som muito alto no restaurante, acabou as 22h, mas nos incomodou pq nesse dia fomos dormir muito cedo, cansados do dia. Na segunda feira não teve som alto. Localização muito boa em Tulum Pueblo.

My stay at Casa Colonial Vintage Hotel was very pleasant, and I extended twice. The staff was amazing, when I needed help Franco and Said were always ready to assist in any way possible, they gave advice on where to go and what to do. The room was nice, spacious and clean. I can highly recommend the hotel.

I had suffered a theft of passport, credit cards, cash etc. The staff helped me sort out this mess, Alberto assisted greatly with this although we were using a translation app. A staff member also assisted with the required police report - you need a translator in Mexico arranged by you. So thank you all for this!! The rooms are simply, but furnished with a real eye to create a unique look throughout the hotel. You have a fan in your room, but that was sufficient for my needs. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and linens changed as required. It was a great value stay.

No se respeto el precio pagado en Expedia, ya que en su página se ofrecía habitación con aire acondicionado y al llegar al hotel nos dieron habitación solo con ventilador, por lo que se tuvo pagar 150 más para que otorgaran la habitación con aire

When I checked in, no one asked if it was OK if I was on the second floor I just had a knee replacement and had a very difficult time walking up and down to the second floor. The power went out. No one checked on me at all to see if I was OK. I came down to the lobby and I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to the desk.

Bad experience! Security wouldn’t let me tommy room because I forgot my key card in the room. Security made me pay 15 USD to open the door without giving me a receipt. I checked out at 12:47pm so 47 minutes after official check out time and reception made me pay half a night because of that. Greedy people!

I found this property to be ultra convenient Just a few steps away from ADA bus stop. It is not extremely luxurious, but Good for a night or two in Tulum centro. I really appreciated that the AC in our room was good as we went in August and it was extremely hot!

Nice and close to bus depot and lots of restaurants. Staff were extremely friendly! Only complaint, I wish it would have had a ceiling fan instead of having to use the air conditioner!

We stayed here for two nights and had a very nice time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The building was very cool and next door was an amazing restaurant with great tacos and gringas. The location was awesome, walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We were a little worried leaving our bag in the luggage storage because it seemed a bit unsecure but in the end it was fine. 10/10 would stay there again.
