Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower. It was very quiet as its located on a side street 2 blocks off Ave de la Reforma. It's a small enough hotel that there's not a lot of travelers coming and going so less noise. There's an OXXO 24-hour convenience store (7-11, Circle-K) out the front door to the right about 100 yards. Sells bottled water, coffee, beer, ice, etc.. Great restaurant that sells pastries around the corner called "Azucar Y Sal". Also 2 Taco restaurants to the left, "El Huequito" and "El Aguachilazo", inexpensive and quick. Lots of other food options close. While the area appeared questionable initially (not Polanco), it was safe as I was out at night. Lots of hotels to choose from in Mexico City but this one is centrally located with easy access to most of the city. We were happy with our choice. Would stay again.

Staff was great. Room was very clean. It was a bit dark and difficult to do my makeup, but otherwise I was very happy with the room. The location was perfect.

This is one of the worst hotels that we have stayed in. The room had no natural lighting at all and the light fixtures are difficult to navigate. The room was unbearably hot and the AC was ineffective. The amenities in the bathroom were not super useful - you could only press the shower gel bottle once or twice to get substance out, so could barely use any shower gel. No lotion. The room is also very small and there was a lack of privacy as it was easy for people to look into the room when exiting the lift. One day after cleaning, room door was open. Therefore, several issues with this hotel and would never recommend
