Had a lovely stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel and property, very clean, beautiful location. Loved the beach access and the promenade on the other side to walk along the Palm. Really appreciate the upgraded room and kind treatment during my pregnancy. The balcony and view of the palm were stunning. The fruit bowl was so sweet and we really appreciate the staff giving us extra water. The gym was convenient and had a good selection of equipment and was very clean. The restaurant was also delicious for dinner. The Ramadan decorations on the beach were also lovely. Staff also helped us advise and secure a taxi for the return trip on the spot. Thank you for helping us have an amazing trip! Would highly recommend

Tres bonne expérience globalement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, trés propre et bien equipées. Le gros + , son espace piscine et plage privée avec vue sur la palm jumeirah. Vraiment reposant. Les seul bémols: peut etre un peu loin de tout (prévoir location véhicule, ou budget taxi), petit dejeuner pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Il sagit d’ailleurs plus d’une expérience 4 étoiles que 5.

Everything was perfect. The hotel had just opened, and everything was brand new. The staff was excellent, especially the reception team and the woman who served the welcome drink. The facilities on the beach were entertaining, and the pool was great. They also have a dance instructor who leads workouts with guests while they are in the pool.

War ganz gut . Die Zimmer sauber aber der Teppich im Zimmer wurde nicht gesaugt beim sauber machen . Das Essen war gut . Nur beim Frühstück gab es jeden Tag das selbe ,sprich keine Abwechslung, aber die Säfte waren sehr lecker . Strand war schön und sauber ! Pool wirkt klein ist aber voll kommen ausreichend . Was mir sehr gefallen hat das die bademeister sehr aufmerksam waren und es im Hotel Schwimmflügel , Weste und sogar Wasserspielezeig für die kleinen gab .

Great place to relax and unwind on the private beach. Excellent choice of food in the buffet. We had breakfast and lunch all very very good. A little out and away from the main parts of Dubai on the Palm, however its really easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions. Only around £9 one way to the Dubai Marina Mall and around £18 one way to the Dubai Mall. Makes it a great place to stay. This time of year the breeze made the temperature bareable and with the addition of the cooler swimming pool you can certainly cope with the heat. All the staff go out of their way to help you.

Das Hotel ist leider keineswegs ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Ich würde ihm maximal 3 Sterne geben. Es waren alle freundlich vor Ort, doch der Service entspricht leider nicht mal ansatzweise einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Kein Service am Pool, die Qualität des Restaurants leider überhaupt nicht gut. Das Spa ist toll und auch die Behandlungen, doch ähnelte das drumherum einer nicht sehr erfreulichen Verkaufsveranstaltung. Auch am Pool war es oft sehr unangenehm und ähnelte einem türkischen Bazar, da gefühlt alle 30 Minuten jemand versuchte dir etwas aufzuschwatzen. Dies habe ich zuvor in keinem 4-5 Sterne Hotel erlebt und somit war der Preis auch nicht verhältnismäßig

Fantastic place to stay with an in house restaurant and spa. Wide selection of food available and the catering staff/chefs were more than happy to help with specific dietary requests. Private beach faces the 'leaves' of the Palm and was great, though a bit pebbly. Rooms were cleaned every day which were relaxing to use. The only downside was the noise from the construction site where, I assume, they are building another hotel. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay on the Palm Jumeirah.

Lovely hotel, great location - note, there is construction working going on at the front of the property at the moment, so recommend getting a Jumeirah Palm view room at the back of the property. Great facilities, spacious rooms and the staff go above and beyond to meet your requests and needs. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately we didn’t receive a room upgrade as per gold status. The Manager gave us access to the special club lounge .The staff could not do enough for you, very welcoming and outstanding hospitality especially from the Housekeeping team and the special club room staff. Our room was spotless the views amazing and we will be returning. Also really liked that the hotel does not sell alcohol and you can only smoke in a designated area . We plan to return back. Poor housekeeping. Property was okay. People in the reception are very poor at communicating for what something is charged. I was about to miss my flight because of the check out delay. Use their water bottles carefully, my husband and I cut our fingers trying to open them.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—special thanks to Ghizlane and Amjad for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Rummet var bra. En konstig lukt, som att det varit rökrum en gång för länge sen. Sen låg det smulor på ett av borden vilket inte är ok. Men vi blev uppgraderade till rum med havsutsikt så det får överväga det negativa.

I could not sleep due constant banging in the room next to my room and smell of cooking every morning in that same room that I was awakened by. I put on do not disturb and was still disturbed by hotel staff about cleaning the room. DND is just what it is DND! Restaurant food choices were very limited and the one thing I did order was under season and not tasty at all. We were harassed by the by the gift shop store employee inside of the hotel to try tea and by gifts after we said several times we were not interested he followed us outside to the pool area and continued to ask and afterwards we was approached by the female employee about getting henna done. At checkout I was told that I used the mini bar in my room and I never even touched anything from the mini bar. I noticed that after my room was clean the cleaning staff checked the refrigerator to see if anything was missing from the refrigerator because they never fully closed the door on the refrigerator. We had went to the supermarket and brought fresh fruit and water for our room because the mini bar items were over priced and the items looked like they haven’t been changed since they put them in the room.

I had a very horrible experience the room that they gave had NO AC working and i kept telling the reception about the problem NO ONE CAME TO MY ROOM TO FIX IT FOR TWO DAYS ! And on the third day they changed my room to a lower standard room ( THEY DOWNGRADED MY ROOM) and on top of that the other room was also hot …! And i was on a business trip and I needed to rest at night because i have early morning meetings!

My plan was to arrive to my hotel, check in at 3pm, and relax a bit in time for the tour I had booked for 5pm that evening. Due to the delay of housekeeping cleaning my room, I was finally able to get into my room at around 3:45pm. I was annoyed because I was tired, and I had a headache, and the front desk receptionist kept telling me that it would be another 10 to 15 mins, and it ended up being 45 mins. By the time I got up to my room, unpacked and prepared to go on my tour at 5pm, it was about 4:15pm. When I got into the taxi and asked how long it would take to arrive to the location of the tour, I was told it would take about 30 to 45 mins due to the rush hour traffic. Needless to say, I missed my tour, and I lost my money. The room was nothing fancy, but the lighting in the bathroom was far too dim. I had to go to the window to make sure my makeup was okay, because even the lighting on the true to light mirror in the bathroom wasn't that bright. Overall, the hotel was lovely, the staff was great, and it was in a good location, but I was highly displeased with the delay in my check in.

Due to the delay of housekeeping cleaning my room, I was finally able to get into my room at around 3:45pm. I was annoyed because I was tired, and I had a headache, and the front desk receptionist kept telling me that it would be another 10 to 15 mins, and it ended up being 45 mins. By the time I got up to my room, unpacked and prepared to go on my tour at 5pm, it was about 4:15pm. When I got into the taxi and asked how long it would take to arrive to the location of the tour, I was told it would take about 30 to 45 mins due to the rush hour traffic. Needless to say, I missed my tour, and I lost my money. The room was nothing fancy, but the lighting in the bathroom was far too dim. I had to go to the window to make sure my makeup was okay, because even the lighting on the true to light mirror in the bathroom wasn't that bright. Overall, the hotel was lovely, the staff was great, and it was in a good location, but I was highly displeased with the delay in my check in.

Got there to find a building site facing our room and the started working around 7am which was very annoying.. they did swap our room to the beach side .. bear in mind this building work has just started and may go on for sometime. Quite surprised to be charged for ice to my room should be free . Breakfast very good and beach food excellent as well..

Super freundliche Angestellte die immer ein lächeln auf den Lippen haben. Strand und Poolbereich sehr schön und sauber. Leider hatte ich keinen erholsamen schlaf durch das vorhandenen Bett. Tres bonne expérience globalement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, trés propre et bien equipées. Le gros + , son espace piscine et plage privée avec vue sur la palm jumeirah. Vraiment reposant. Les seul bémols: peut etre un peu loin de tout (prévoir location véhicule, ou budget taxi), petit dejeuner pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Il sagit d’ailleurs plus d’une expérience 4 étoiles que 5.

I am in a wheelchair. The hotel is not very handicap friendly. The room had an extra doorway to enter. I had to constantly move thst door open to pass through. The door rubbed on the carpet so it was always an effect to get into and out of my rooms Im. The buffet in the breakfast was built high so it was hard to reach the food to serve myself. Few ramps lots of tightly designed areas such as entering the restaurant. Even the check in desk was high. For a five star property I was unimpressed

J’ai passé une semaine au sein de l’hôtel. Très déçu au départ de la chambre où nous séjournions car en face d’un immeuble en travaux. Et mêmes avec la fenêtre fermée nous entendions le bruit des travaux. Impossible de profiter de la terrasse. Ceci dit, la chambre était bien équipée et confortable. Menage fait tous les jours avec rigueur. Les équipements de l’hôtel de qualité.

Lovely hotel, great location - note, there is construction working going on at the front of the property at the moment, so recommend getting a Jumeirah Palm view room at the back of the property. Great facilities, spacious rooms and the staff go above and beyond to meet your requests and needs. Highly recommend.

Overall stay was nice. Unfortunately there was on-going construction in the space opposite the hotel which mean sleep was disturbed on a few of the days, however the staff did offer other rooms during the stay, but the hassle of packing and unpacking again meant that the offer couldnt be taken up, plus the room spec was different to the booked rooms. We booked half board, the food service was generally ok, however with certain dietary requirements it took a lot of effort for our needs ro be understood by the service staff/management. This wasnt shared with the chef's in appropriate time, so we ended up asking and re-asking for the same requirements on most days- that made the experience less positive. The chef Gurpreet Kaur did prepare evening dishes to our needs and her food was delicious. The pastry chef did finally prepare pastries for us for breakfast, but almost half way into the stay which was a shame, although they tasted delicious- the egg-free pastry should be a regular feature. It was a shame that some chefs said they couldnt prepare it first, then within the hour they did... The spa facilities were fairly nice (sauna, steam room, and shower/changing facilities with lockers for valuables). Some spa/salon services being promoted were not available when enquired about, due to staff, so that wasn't as positive. Without the construction, the sea view would be wonderful, and the view of the skyline from the is lovely in the early mornings.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—special thanks to Ghizlane and Amjad for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Leider befindet sich derzeit direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle, die rund um die Uhr in Betrieb ist. Nach der ersten Nacht hat uns das Hotel jedoch kostenlos ein anderes Zimmer mit besserer Aussicht angeboten – ein toller Service! Der gesamte Aufenthalt war durchweg positiv: Der Service war hervorragend, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und wunderschön gestaltet. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Essen – einfach fantastisch. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt. Man benötigt etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi. Trotzdem kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es besticht durch seinen besonderen Charme und die persönliche Atmosphäre. In diesem kleineren Hotel bekommt man individuellen Service und fühlt sich nicht wie bei einer Massenabfertigung. This is a really nice hotel. Provides good value on the palm. Youssef at reception provided wonderful service. He saw how tired I was from my stay at my previous hotel and was kind enough to provide me with a free upgrade to a sea view room. He also mentioned the VIP benefits I was due to receive without me having to prompt him. Breakfast is a really good experience but staff could be more attentive. Poolside is wonderful and relaxing with many varieties of food and drink.

Gleichzeitig mit dem Taxi in 20 Minuten an der Marina und in 30 Minuten in Downtown Dubai. Frühstück war ok, das Bait al Nakhla Restaurant sehr gut. Man muss wissen, dass es im Hotel keinen Alkohol gibt, aber das ist in Dubai generell schwierig. Gut, dass wir vorgesorgt hatten. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Allen im allen Hotel, wo man sich wohl fühlen kann, mit schönen Strand und schönen Ausblick auf die Skyline von Dubai. Personal war stets nett und das Essen war sehr abwechslungsreich. Kleiner Minuspunkt: für Kinder hätt ich mir noch anderes Essen gewünscht.

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Hotel. Top Lage auf der Palm Insel (Mietwagen empfehlenswert, gilt generell für Dubai). Zimmer geräumig und sauber, großes Bad mit Badewanne. Schöner Strand mit ausreichend lieben und Handtüchern. Sehr nettes Personal.

Hotel in Palm jumeira molto buono, pulito e con personale sempre super gentile e cordiale (aspetto che nell’hotellerie italiana non è affatto scontato), in particolar modo uno special thanks a Hamza, Muskan e Islam che a colazione sono stati davvero bravissimi e a Matarr in palestra! L’hotel ha una spiaggia privata che ti permette di avere relax e tranquillità a pochi mt di distanza dalla camera oltre a una piscina molto carina. In spiaggia sono possibili anche diverse attività acquatiche (provate km flyboard!) Cibo super top a colazione, molto varia da 5 stelle pieno. Una cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato è stato il rumore che nella nostra prima camera non fronte mare era presente durante le primissime ore della mattina perché stanno costruendo un hotel. Ragazzi, so che non è colpa vostra ma dovete: - INSONORIZZARE QUELLE STANZE - FAR LIMITARE I LAVORI IN ORARI NON DESTINATI AL RIPOSO (come appunto notte e prima mattina) Il cliente in un 5 stelle non può sentire questo. È vero ci hanno cambiato la camera appena possibile e vi ringrazio ma non mi potete dare una camera dove il box doccia ha la tenda stile anni ‘80 in un 5 stelle di Dubai che è una città di recentissima costruzione.

Great place to relax and unwind on the private beach. Excellent choice of food in the buffet. We had breakfast and lunch all very very good. A little out and away from the main parts of Dubai on the Palm, however its really easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions. Only around £9 one way to the Dubai Marina Mall and around £18 one way to the Dubai Mall. Makes it a great place to stay. This time of year the breeze made the temperature bareable and with the addition of the cooler swimming pool you can certainly cope with the heat. All the staff go out of their way to help you.

The spa facilities were fairly nice (sauna, steam room, and shower/changing facilities with lockers for valuables). Some spa/salon services being promoted were not available when enquired about, due to staff, so that wasn't as positive. Without the construction, the sea view would be wonderful, and the view of the skyline from the is lovely in the early mornings.
Overall stay was nice. Unfortunately there was on-going construction in the space opposite the hotel which mean sleep was disturbed on a few of the days, however the staff did offer other rooms during the stay, but the hassle of packing and unpacking again meant that the offer couldnt be taken up, plus the room spec was different to the booked rooms. We booked half board, the food service was generally ok, however with certain dietary requirements it took a lot of effort for our needs ro be understood by the service staff/management. This wasnt shared with the chef's in appropriate time, so we ended up asking and re-asking for the same requirements on most days- that made the experience less positive. The chef Gurpreet Kaur did prepare evening dishes to our needs and her food was delicious. The pastry chef did finally prepare pastries for us for breakfast, but almost half way into the stay which was a shame, although they tasted delicious- the egg-free pastry should be a regular feature. It was a shame that some chefs said they couldnt prepare it first, then within the hour they did... Got there to find a building site facing our room and the started working around 7am which was very annoying.. they did swap our room to the beach side .. bear in mind this building work has just started and may go on for sometime. Quite surprised to be charged for ice to my room should be free . Breakfast very good and beach food excellent as well..

this hotel was great from the service we received at check-in to check out! the staff were efficient and kind and always happy. I an GF and the chef and staff were very helpful in letting me know what I was able to eat if i was unsure.

This is a beautiful hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff and the buffets are excellent with a wide variety. Our only complaint would be that there is no indication when booking that there is no alcohol served anywhere on this resort. I know in Dubai many hotels do not serve but it should be said on the website.

I had 1/2 board package. If you want a cup of tea (tea bag and hot water) with your lunch or dinner, you get slugged $9AUD. Coffee and tea is not included. Absolute gouge. Will never stay there again.

Great place to relax and unwind on the private beach. Excellent choice of food in the buffet. We had breakfast and lunch all very very good. A little out and away from the main parts of Dubai on the Palm, however its really easy to travel by taxi to the main attractions. Only around £9 one way to the Dubai Marina Mall and around £18 one way to the Dubai Mall. Makes it a great place to stay. This time of year the breeze made the temperature bareable and with the addition of the cooler swimming pool you can certainly cope with the heat. All the staff go out of their way to help you.

While the hotel is generally not bad, but i had 2 big issues: 1. They didn't acknowldge the VIP status from Expedia, hence none of the benefits were received. 2. The dining options are generally limited, and the quality of food can be better.

Claiming to be a 5 star, but it isn't. At least not anymore. Rooms smell mouldy, carpets are dirty. Staff misplaced my pillow and claimed it had never been there, getting back to me took hours, and when they did, it was in the middle of the night. Stayed there for my birthday, mentioned it on check in, on the day itself- not even an acknowledgement. Other hotels have made little cakes, messages when the room was made up etc. for minor occasions. Cutting the trees at 8:30 in the morning at peak breakfast time, loud party music until 10pm. This was anything BUT a retreat.
